• Chris (10/5): What a great group of people from management to the cleaning maid who helped me back to my room after a fall. Highly rec - The location staff and amenities are exceptional. Clean rooms beautiful breakfast. I enjoyed the place so much extended the stay for another 7 days. The most enjoyable part of the stay was the interaction with the staff. So friendly. Nice at reception helped me daily with shopping needs and places to visit. The lovely lady May and thidarat always greeted you with a smile and a hug which brightened the day. I’ve been travelling across Thailand for 30 yrs definitely a hotel I would go back to at a drop of a hat

• Vladislav (7/5): Všetko fasa ale lokalita nič moc, hlavne kvôli hluku - Extrémne milý a ochotný personál, veľmi pekne a čisto. Nepáčilo sa nám extrémny hluk z ulice, nepriek vysokému poschodiu bolo všetko počuť, každý jeden výfuk.. jedna noc sa tam dala vydržať ale neviem si predstaviť viac. Inak všetko fajn.

• Eviatar (10/5): - As a person who travels all over the world, I have never seen a hotel like Arden and their wonderful service. It starts at the reception with the wonderful woman who gave us great service, her name is NUENG, and also the wonderful women who cleaned the new one for us. I recommend to every Israeli who comes to Pattaya to come to this hotel. For me, it is an experience. There is no such thing as we didn't like it, we loved everything and I'm going back there in two weeks for ten days.

• Patrick (10/5): I can't wait to come back! - This hotel truly feels like a peaceful cocoon, a little haven of peace in the bustling city of Pattaya. After a busy day outside, it was always a pleasure to return and relax by the beautiful central swimming pool, enjoy the fitness room, or unwind in the sauna. The rooms are exceptionally well equipped, far beyond what you usually expect from a hotel. Having a washing machine was incredibly convenient for a long stay, and the kitchenette with an induction cooktop was a fantastic surprise. What made my stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Ands, Nong, Toey, Benz, and Kiki for their smiles, helpfulness, and outstanding service throughout my stay. I felt genuinely welcomed here, and I will certainly come back on my next visit to Pattaya! One small thing that could have been improved would have been the availability of an iron and ironing board in the room. But maybe it was available upon request, I don't know. I had a wonderful stay anyway!

Very special thanks to all the lovely front desk staff, especially Nueng, who could not have been more positive and helpful, even during a mistake I'd made. Thank you, Nueng. Amy from housekeeping is first class. She keeps the room immaculate and goes out of her way to help you with any concern. Could not ask for better service. In the restaurant - To greet me each morning at checking station was the smiling Ands, who also led a birthday celebration - cake included! - for me during my stay. Thank you so much Ands and the rest of the team who participated. - At breakfast it was also a pleasure to have May and Pe greet me each morning with warmth and positive energy, and I see trainee Aoy working diligently every single day. - Tae, one of the cooks often preparing egg dishes was a pleasure to deal with and happily makes whatever you need. - I would like to broaden that to compliment the kitchen team overall, including Kaew and Chai, for maintaining consistently high quality, rotating dishes and options for morning buffet. The underground parking, especially if you ride a motorbike, was great as well. Gym space slightly limited.

• Liran (9/5): - התארחנו במלון בחדר עם נוף לרחוב, והחוויה הייתה מצוינת.המלון מתוחזק היטב, נקי מאוד עם ריח נעים בכל האזורים. השירות ברמה גבוהה כל בקשה נענתה במהירות ובאדיבות, מה שממש הוסיף לחוויה. החדר היה גדול, מרווח ונוח, כולל מכונת כביסה - יתרון משמעותי למי שמתארח לכמה ימים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ומספקת, ויש בהחלט תמורה מצוינת למחיר. ממליץ בחום! מה שפחות אהבנו הוא הרעש מהרחוב הוא היה די חזק, במיוחד בשעות מסוימות. לכן ממליץ למי שמזמין לבקש חדר עם נוף לבריכה, כנראה ששם הרבה יותר שקט ונעים

• Arisha (8/5): We had a decent stay at Arden Hotel. - We had a good stay at Arden Hotel. The appliances in the room were very useful and the staff very friendly. The location is central enough although it is on a small street so when walking you need to be careful of the traffic. The pool area is very nice but always very busy. The cleanliness of the bathroom and appliances could have been better.

• Poul (10/5): Superfint hotel - Det er et dejligt hotel med vidunderlige ansatte. Værelserne er hyggelige og rummelige (vi har prøvet 2 forskellige). Vælg et værelse med pooludsigt. Superfin morgenmad indtil kl 11. Poolområdet er rent og med mange liggestole og gode bade- og toiletfaciliteter. Poolen er børnevenlig. Beliggenheden i Pattaya er superfin i forhold til strand og restauranter men vejen ved hotellet er smal og trafikeret. Tag eventuelt hotellets shuttlebus
