Would definitely search for this chain hotel to stay i - It was delicious, a spinach puff pastry was unexpected for hotel self serve breakfast. Everything was so good and they used china, not paper plates! And Denise, the check in staff, was so nice and went out of her way to help me with questions I had, not related to the hotel. And love the shower!

- Wynne (10/5): To us it was perfect and made our weekend stay very enjoyable. - Location was excellent. Right off major interstate and easy to reach. Didn't seem noisy at all and yet there were shopping areas with in a hal mile of the facility. Breakfast was great. Nice variety and I especially liked the yougurt machine and all the toppings. The room was perfect. We stayed two nights so the suite gave us a little extra breathing room. The heat/ac were easy to operate and keep us comfy. Enjoyed the large fridge. We appreciated the recycle container in the room and enjoyed all the Halloween decorations around the lobby. I really can't think of anything they could do to make it any better. I guess if i had to say anything I would say the price. I don't like that they charge more for weekend stays than during the week and the taxes get to be a bit cumbersome. I realize they need to stay competivie so accept it as part of travel.

No fault on the facility but the guest are at times inconsiderate are have music playing loud at night. Luckily the staff handled it as soon as I called.

- KCdogmom7 (8/5): Clean, Quiet, and Convenient - We stayed overnight when returning home from vacation. The location was on our route and off the highway. We arrived later than planned due to a accident that had the highway backed up. We were tired and the check in didn't go as smoothly as it should have but I want to believe the representative was doing her job in wanting to verify everything. We initially had requested a top room floor but since we arrive so late and was going to be leaving out in the morning asked if we could have a room on the first floor (as the hotel was not full or even half full) which we got some push back one. In regard to the hotel, it's pet-friendly which we needed. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and well maintained and the same can be said about our room. It was a king room, and the decor and furnishings were modern and colorful but definitely on the smaller side. It had everything we needed for the night and rather quiet. We would utilize this hotel again if we are ever in the area again.

- tiger4AU (10/5): Great Home away from Home Stay! - Excellent hotel!!! The hotel is very clean,bed/pillows comfy, ck-in was easy and price was reasonable. The layout of the room was very relaxing. It was nice not just having the bed to sit on but an actual couch to prop your feet on. The kitchen was fully equipped along with a full size fridge. Bathroom was a good size but it had s barn door......no privacy.😁 Breakfast was good for a buffet. ( Waffles, eggs,oatmeal, cereal, biscuits, variety of breakfast bread, fruit, breakfast meats)One morning I was thrilled to see chicken tenders and potato wedges! I would definitely stay here again, even with a barn door for the bathroom.

- Tonya (2/5): - I booked this room to stay in while traveling, there were some issues that slowed us down, so I called the hotel to let them know it would be after 2:00am close to 3;00am, they then informed me that although I had paid for the room in advance and called to let them know I would be late they said the reservation would be cancelled but I would still be charged as a no show, which I found to be very unprofessional since I needed that room and then had to pay for another room the same night at a different hotel while still being charged for this room

- Glenda (10/5): Always our first choice when in Midwest City. - It’s always so nice. This was not our first stay here, but it’s always our first choice. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Will be staying at this location if we are driving through again There was lots of lint or some kind of debris in the pool and really took the mood out of swimming, I did tell the front desk person that it was dirty and she did her best to take what she could out which was a plus.

- Jessica (5/5): Won't stay here again. - The location was great. Right in the middle of everything that we needed. There are good breakfast choices and coffee all day and night. I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the issues my family and I encountered during our 10-day stay. Our experience was consistently unsatisfactory, and we received no meaningful assistance from the staff until the day we checked out. We faced multiple problems with our room and the hotel's services: Housekeeping: Our room was not properly stocked upon arrival. We had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities like coffee, towels, and soap. On one occasion, I asked the front desk for soap but never received it. When I brought this up with a manager, my concerns were dismissed. Noise and Staff Behavior: The noise from staff was unacceptable. One housekeeper was audibly yelling at another employee before 8 a.m. on a weekend. We also heard another employee loudly playing a Spanish show or music, which was so loud that we could hear it clearly inside our room. Laundry Facilities: We attempted to use the laundry facilities, but clothes had been left in a dryer for over an hour. When we asked the front desk for help, a staff member told me, a guest, to remove the other customer's clothes from the dryer. This is an inappropriate request and contradicts the hotel's own policy posted on the sign. Drug Use: For the first four days of our stay, the smell of marijuana was strong on our floor, particularly at the end of the hall near our room. Lack of Communication: I attempted to speak with the general manager several times throughout our stay, but they were never available. I then sent an email detailing our experience, but I never received a response. It was not until the day we checked out that I spoke with a manager who was genuinely shocked by our experience and the lack of support we received. My family and I chose to stay with your hotel for 10 days, and the number of unresolved issues was deeply frustrating.

The meeting room was PERFECT for our family social and easily accommodated us having up to 60 people in the room at one time. The large breakfast and outdoor seating area was nice for gathering in the mornings and evenings once the sun went down. Hands down the BEST breakfast selection, the spinach and cheese pastry was a hit! This is a VERY clean and well maintained hotel that is located near a lot of store! A special THANK YOU to Dalana, Director of Sales who I worked with to get all the details straight for renting the meeting room and having a caterer. I highly recommend this hotel!

- April (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Love that they've moved from COVID breakfast even though the prepackaged breakfast sandwiches were amazing. We have always used Home2Suites. Will never listen to the husband again and cancel a reservation and go somewhere different. NA

- Verified traveler (10/5): Doggie DayCare - While I can appreciate that it is a dog-friendly hotel, I would suggest putting dog owners on the same floor. Or offer dog owners a daycare while they are out. Our neighbors dog barked and whined all the time and we were unable to relocate.

The pool was warm and very inviting. Had a lot of fun swimming with my grandkids. This is a hotel i would come back to. Short on towels for the swimming pool area

- Brenda (10/5): - We have been staying exclusively at Home2 Suites on our cross country road trip. Property is very nice, clean. Staff has been very friendly and extremely helpful and really made a difference for us. The only thing was the DirectTV signal wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch TV after our very long drive. Staff was notified and they are on it. I appreciate that!
