• Lalie (9/5): Incroyable - La propreté et la grandeur pour habiter à 10, il y a eu aussi la piscine qu’on a tous adorer et profiter Dans notre salle de bain du haut dans la plus grande chambre, il y avait une remonter d’odeur d’égouts qui n’étais pas du tout agréable, des qu’on prenait notre douche ou qu’on tirait la chasse d’eau, l’odeur était présente

• Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - The property was very spacious A lot of things need to be updated, the downstairs shower did not work, the kitchen appliances were old and could do with being replaced and the fence and gate around the pool were broken.
• Jacqueline (3/5): Very disappointed- terrible customer care. - The air con worked well. The wi Fi worked well. The Villa is dated and neglected. The slabs around the pool are cracked and lifted, and the fence around the pool is dilapidated and broken. Broken sunbeds, ripped mattresses. The grass was uncut and long and the whole villa needs updating, with broken shower hoses, smelly en-suite smelling of sewerage. Power points in the main bedroom sparked when we plugged our chargers in. Our main problem was the pool. There was obviously problems with pool pump. The pool water was cloudy, looked dirty and smelt unclean. I notified the agent straight away and engineers called and told us not to use the pool (10 of us in 35 degree heat) so we waited three days. The engineers came to the villa daily and told us they were not happy with the pool. However the agent messaged to say that the pool readings were in the ‘correct parameters’ and it was safe to use, so we did then use the pool. However three of the grandchildren became ill with ear infections needing treatment of antibiotics and pain relief prescribed by the doctor at Mutxamel medical centre. We then decided to pay to use the Bonalba spa pool daily at a cost of over £100 a day. The agent refused to take any responsibility for the pool, offered no reimbursement for our costs of using Bonalba pool. We checked out at 10 am on our day of departure. Removed all rubbish. Following check out instructions. We were shocked to hear that the agent retained our €600 damage deposit, there was absolutely NO damage! The agent said our claims about the dirty pool were untrue! After 10 days of numerous emails and messages, part of our deposit has been returned, the agent has retained a portion, claiming damage to the Villa including a broken fence! Completely untrue. So we did not have the holiday we expected. There are lots of beautiful villas in the area. Choose carefully.
• Michelle (10/5): Amazing location, house, perfect for a family! - The house is amazing. 20 minutes from the airport. Easy to find and Benjamin was there at the gate when we arrived. Everything is so straight forward and the place is immaculate. So pretty and an amazing pool. BBQ area. There is so much room!!! Everything was great!
