• Christian Alexander (5/5): Ordentliches Hotel - das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Frühstückzeit ging leider nur bis 09:30 Uhr. Sehr schade ... Das Haus hat für meine Einschätzung nur 3 Sterne verdient. Der Spa-Bereich könnte stark veränderte Öffnungszeiten gebrauchen. Die Essenszeiten könnten auch auf normales Niveau angepasst werden.

• Krzysztof (10/5): - Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Dobre śniadania i posiłki do wyboru na kolację. Dobra strefa wellness. Przy hotelu znajduje się sporo miejsc parkingowych. Idealnalokalizacja dojazdowa dopobliskich ośrodków narciarskich. Nie było takich rzeczy.

• Herman (9/5): Amazing wellness, great service from really nice staff, great location near the ski lifts. - Great stay at the hotel. The wellness is one of the main reasons we booked it and it was great! There is a swimming pool where you've to wear shorts and there is a nude section where you can relax in the sauna's and steambath. Also the resting area inside and outside are absolutely great. The staff was also very nice and very service minded. What makes the difference in my opinion is that we spoke with the owner directly and we could tell it was his baby and he made sure everything was in order. The breakfast is great and has warm and cold options. The room was very big as well which gave us comfort. What comes in handy is the free parking and the free "skiraum" where we could store our ski boots and ski's. Just a minor detail: We booked the half pension version which allowed us to have dinner as well. You can chose from four different menu's which is nice but the food is somewhat simple. I've to be honest the price is great and what receive for that price is amazing but if you like a little bit more fancy food you might want to consider a different restaurant.
• Robert (8/5): Wunderschönes Zillertal mit perfekter Unterkunft - wir kommen gerne wieder - Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Abendessen, sehr freundliche Bedienung, gepflegte Zimmer; nach einem sportlichen Tag oder bei Regenwetter konnte man die Saunalandschaft genießen oder baden gehen; auch ein Fitnessraum steht zur Auswahl - alles in allem ist das Hotel Alpina nur zum Weiterempfehlen Die Matratzen im Zimmer waren für unsere Verhältnisse zu weich

Two customers before me and it took 45 mins to get a room. No explanation about facilities, bot even dinner (had half board) or breakfast locations or times.

• maurizio (5/5): - La Spa è veramente ottima, molto bella e tenuta benissimo. La disponibilità a trovare una soluzione protetta per la moto. Al di là della cortesia della Signora alla reception, e dello sforzo di due persone in sala da pranzo di cercare di accontentare le semplici richieste, non è accettabile che in una struttura a 4 stelle non ci sia personale che almeno "parlicchi" in inglese. La sensazione spiacevole è stata che il ragionamento di base fosse: "sei venuto tu qui, quindi sei tu che devi parlare Tedesco/austriaco". La colazione salata è ricca e buona, mentre la colazione dolce piuttosto scarsa. La SPA chiude alle 18 contestualmente all'apertura della cena che si chiude alle 19,30...un pò più di flessibilità in un 4 stelle me la aspettavo e singolare che gli accappatoi erano a richiesta e a pagamento. Ultima "sorpresa": a cena acqua naturale 75cc 6,70€...ero arrivato a 6€ in una sperduta isola greca!!! A cena non c'era nessun menù...abbiamo consumato verdure a buffet e ci è stato proposto solo una cotoletta con patate fritte a 68,00€ bevande escluse...

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. - Es gab ein tolles Frühstücksbüfett.Alles frisch und lecker.Abendessen 2 Suppen und Vorspeisen, Salate,Brot,Käse in Büfettform.Hauptspeise morgens zum Aussuchen am Tisch serviert. Nachtisch.Es schmeckt sehr gut.Aufmerksame Bedienung.Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Saunen.Kleiner Kneippteich und Liegen draußen auf einer netten Grünfläche.Blick auf die Berge.Parkplatz am Haus.Das Zimmer war für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gedacht. (Doppelbett und ein Hochbett)kleiner Balkon.Sitzecke.Großer Flachbildfernseher.Große ebenerdige Dusche,2 kleine Waschbecken,Badewanne. Genug Abstellmöglichkeiten. Es war alles top.Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre schön gewesen.Die Straße hörte man leider tagsüber,aber man gewöhnt sich dran.

• Martin (8/5): - Waren mit Hund unterwegs. Gute Gassirunde in Hotelnähe (entlang des Zillerflusses) Lage im Flachen (jedoch in Bahnnähe - mir wars egal) und relativ Mittig (zentral) im langen Zillertal. Hab nichts gefunden, was nichts gepasst hätte.

• Anastasiia (9/5): Superb - Great food, a lot of breakfast options and dinners were really good. Wellness area is a great place to relax. Our room was clean. The heating was too much, we found that a hotel could heat less.

Sehr sehr schöner moderner Wellnessbereich !!! Könnte glatt einen“ Stern“ mehr bekommen wenn der ganze Sperrmüll verschwinden würde, der überall abgestellt wurde. Z Bsp alte ausrangierte Couch und Sessel auf den Fluren, „hübsch dekoriert“ mit Tischchen und Häkeldeckchen. Aber alles in allem netter Familienbetrieb. ..... eigentlich dachte ich, sei die Zeit vorbei .....der Plastikblümchen im Schnapspinnchen auf den Tischen im Restaurant und im Zimmer. Essen ist in Ordnung, man darf nicht zu viel erwarten.
