• Octavio (8/5): - This is a great hotel, but the restaurant needs some attention. It might be good at other times, but I happened to go there around 15-20 minutes before closing. I asked if it was okay, otherwise I could have left to another restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was not good at all. The beans looked like leftovers and were cold. It seemed like they wanted me to leave, which I could have done if they had told me no more service. I was still eating, but they wanted me to pay. I would have left if they had told me before service! Everything else about the hotel is great, though.

• Mark (10/5): - Absolutely love the staff and this hotel. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and a memorable one. Stayed here 6 times in the last few years the staff know us by name and we know them as well. The breakfast buffet is awesome and food options are great. The bar is well equipped and convenient. They have a good sized pool as well as a terrace for events etc and have live music on the weekends Hotel is gated with security and is safe and secure. We aleways take the balcony suites and they have a great view. You wont go wrong with this hotel.

Y el problema viene de ahí para que para ir a apoyar a mi familia a su cuarto no podía porque la tarjeta no te permitía ir a otro nivel que no era el tuyo. Gran error.

Checking in was also not as easy as i felt it should have been; I had paid ahead and they first tried to charge me, which took a couple minutes to clear up, then they gave me a room without a balcony (which I had paid for) which took even more time to get cleared up. The staff, however, were overall very polite and accommodating. I would recommend the hotel overall, though.

The rooms are clean, the front desk is very polite. The food is great, the waiters and waitress are very friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone that works here. I know one thing. This is not Hilton. We switched rooms 3 different times. 1st had a scorpion on the bathroom 2nd had live cucarachas 🪳 3rd had dead cucarachas 🪳 Then the General Manager Juan Carlos had the nerve to tell us that we have brought them with us. The room with dead cucarachas 🪳 was been inspected by me and the Hilton personal and that’s when we found dead cucarachas. Juan Carlos told us that he would upgrade us to a bigger suite when he found out that cucarachas 🪳have been a his hotel prior to us been there. And we got nothing. They put us back on the same rooms. I over heard other customer having the same issues. Food was horrible, dry. Not flavor. Old from day before. This place used to be what you expected from a Hilton but this is a random corner Motel. - ——————————- Aug 2022 I have been staying here for a couple years now. I have notice that their service has gone down, quality of their food and lack of maintenance to their installation. Their pool is falling a part, hot tub has not work for at least a year. Front desk people aren’t the friendliest. I think it’s time for new management.
