Without the help of the really professional and friendly staff here, I would have gone insane. Jessica from Sales and her boss Amy, the front desk and the concierge are all super helpful and critical in making this stay a super smooth one. Also, the view of the sky lobby and the river view rooms are OMG spectacular plus its prime location, I would highly recommend this hotel if you visit Fuzhou, the best hotel I have stayed in town. Thank you for all your help, Hilton Fuzhou team, really really appreciate it.

- howardxp1 (10/5): Hands down, one of the nicest Hiltons! Here’s why; - These days I and my wife are perpetual travelers. Most of the time we stay in the Hilton or Marriott brands unless there are none like in small cities or villages throughout Asia. I’m a tough cookie when it comes to value and cleanliness, service and food. Especially the athletic facilities. I don’t want to sound like a spokesman for this property but it really was THAT good. From the impeccable rooms to the very nice pool, gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and cold plunge pool, everything functioned well. I’m a vegetarian and the great gals in the Executive Lounge were great in that they made sure there was always some veggie dishes. Breakfast buffet was enormous and something for everyone. The views are also great and the hotel itself is super sleek. Mention must be made of Sarah in the Executive Lounge and Crystal in the restaurant. They were just incredible daily! Deron and Eunice in the gym area also hold down the fort while Linda does a great job managing the athletics facilities there. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t get to speak to the GM, Alice, as she was away most of the time. Hopefully the next visit. We certainly will return as it was just so nice. I recommend paying a little extra for the suite and Executive lounge as the extra space and dinner make it worthwhile. The only negative was that the individual thermostats in the room is not functional to individually control. The building sets the heat or a/c. So if you like it toasty warm ask for a heater. The elevator system is really painful ( lobby is at the 40 floor . Then to 1 st floor . Then to parking ( 3 elevator !!!!) This CBD neighborhood is still empty and sad. Huge road . Most significantly, you could enjoy delicious local Hokkienese cuisines here!

- Pei (10/5): I would go back. - friendly and helpful staff who went beyond the expected and surprised me with the extra they did, especially the housekeeping. amazing job especially by the one, I don’t know her name, who cleaned my room 5/30. I was there for a wedding and before I left the room, I put on makeup and hurried out, leaving all the eyeliners and brushes out of my makeup bag and laying them on the bathroom counter/sink. when I came back in the afternoon, they were SO organized, with each one of them laying properly and one next to another on a clean hand towel! never had I had that happen to me during my travels and I was gladly overwhelmed! I knew the staff was a she because in the later afternoon she came to my room with the notice about construction noise, and asked me if four bottles of water she put in my room was enough. please do show my gratitude to that lady 1. the changing room was not air-conditioned and hot/humid. 2. on my check out day 5/31 when I was half way of having breakfast, a hotel guest I didn’t know came sit at my table (it was the smallest table with two chairs) when I was away to get my third plate of food. I let him know I was sitting here and still not leaving, he continued eating his food anyway. I had the most awkward and uncomfortable time. my point is: hotel could use a sign that says “occupied” or something to let the guests find whether the tables are in use or not.

When I arrived, Wilson at the reception was very helpful and made a tour of the lounges, restaurants and health facilities. The swimming pool was a little bit cold, but the jacuzzi was perfect. A place to come back.

- bachelor8 (10/5): They provided free dinner and breakfast buffet when club lounge was closed - I was shocked by the generosity of this hotel's management. Due to COVID-19, they closed the club lounge. As a compensation for Hilton diamond members, they provided free breakfast and DINNER buffet in restaurant each day. The most generous Hilton property I ever experienced. This hotel is 5-star luxurious hotel. Pool, sauna, and gym were really great. Hardware and facilities is the level of Ritz Carlton in the North America. Located near metro line 2. Hotel room was located above 41th floor which has a great city and river view.
- Vernon (10/5): comfortable and stylish hotel at Fuzhou - This is our 4th time staying at this Hilton when we visit family at Fouzhou. We love this hotel, very clean (this is very important especially during Covid ), stylish, and the service is very good. We also like the breakfast, a lot of selection, Chinese or western food, healthy and tasty, makes to say, very good service. We stayed for 5 nights at this Hilton this time and had enjoyed our stay there.

- Connoisseur97 (10/5): Breakfast Experience - Hilton Fuzhou offers one of the better buffet experiences, no worse than some of the luxury line hotels I’ve stayed at. I was warmly greeted upon entering the restaurant, and was offered a selection of beverages (including freshly squeezed juices - this per se has already out done many of its competitors). The buffet’s selection was, to say the least, comprehensive. From local fujian style delicacy 面线糊 to Japanese onsen tamago, it truly caters for all. Overall, I’d say Hilton Fuzhou is definitely one of the leading players in the local market.
- MomentsOf (10/5): Think I just found the best buffet in China - There are many things to appreciate about this property. The view, the location and the facility are the best you could find in Fuzhou. Having become jaded by buffet breakfast that tout blend food at exorbitant price sans service charges, I never expected to be knocked out of my socks here. But here we are, writing my first review incognito on Tripadvisor and raving about this gustatory journey. The Hilton buffet achieves a miraculous balance between magnitude and quality. It offers a holistic variety of authentic local cuisine, and western style comfort food. The staff here remembers and honours your request. I am very grateful for the celery juice they prepare for me every morning. If you are a morning celery person and a traveller, you will know what I am talking about. I am of course alluding to the fact that it is often a battle in itself just to get our hands on our trusty celery juice while traveling. I hope when you visit Fuzhou, you may find time to savour this legendary breakfast buffet by the window overseeing the lake, the greeneries and skyscrapers.

- 217jiaqig (10/5): Excellent experience - It‘s my first time to Fuzhou. Choosing to stay in this hotel is a very correct decision. Fam Kitchen has a great view, overlooking the Min river. The staff is excellent! Nice and friendly. Good location! Convenient to transportation.

As a Diamond member of Hilton Honors, I was given an upgrade to a beautiful, spacious suite. The upper floor suite provided spectacular views. The breakfast selection was offered lots of variety of fine quality, perfectly prepared foods.
- Su chiang (6/5): 環竟優,但軟件需待加強 - 其實理環境跟景觀都是很好的,但高興的入主高樓層有景觀房卻被服務人員的態度影響心情,首先,,使用咖啡杯時,發現杯子都没洗乾淨,,杯底一層黑,,,晚上送朋友下樓,因為手機没帶,請總機接我房內的朋友,,但當時態度不好的說,過了時間,不能轉接,我一直聲明我是房客,這時核對很多資料才幫我接電話,其實如果說是想的比較週全保護房客,我想可以用別種說法,用房客心裡比較舒服,當天如果我出意外,緊急要處理該怎麼辦呢?另外是,,,一樓前台,,當我問問題時,來了一位喝了酒的男士,但前台一直要我報我的所以資料,,這時我覺得有欠考慮,没想到我的安全,應該先讓那位男士在旁等一下,而不是我要當面把我的個資報給莫生人,,,,,這是軟件上真的不到位.

Overall i was very impressed and recommend anyone visiting Fuzhou to stay here. This is and excellent place to stay for leisure and business.
- xujiac (10/5): Amazing - The room is big and the view is great. The service in the front desk is also pretty good. The breakfast has variety of Asian and western food choice. My only complain is that the room come with two double bed instead of two queen beds.

- wilmais (10/5): Excellent Hotel in Fuzhou - Recently spent a night in Hilton Fuzhou and it was wonderful. The location is good just beside the water. Winnie from the front desk has been very friendly and helpful. After all it is a good choice for all international travellers.
