- Kavita (10/5): - The customer service was impeccable. Smiles all round, with staff that seemed genuinely happy to serve you. Our server for dinner was Utkarsh and my parents liked him a lot. He was courteous and attentive and just a really kind young man. Everyone treated us with such kindness and hospitality on our short stay. We all have allergies which we indicated to the hotel before, and they made sure that the room was impeccably clean and absolutely none of our allergies acted up (first time ever staying at a hotel). The breakfast buffet was spectacular. Aishwarya packed us a to go bag because she knew we were leaving that day. Such thoughtfulness really makes a huge difference. Core memories were created. We will definitely be back! I think that atleast one drink should be included in the Dinner Buffet 😊

The rooms were spotless, the floor was quiet, and any issues were dealt with quickly. I’d especially like to mention the restaurant: the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, including both Indian and European cuisine, plenty of fruit, and desserts. We enjoyed the buffet so much that we even chose it for dinner as well. Special thanks to the administrator, Jannat — she was not only highly professional, but also did everything she could to make our holiday feel truly special.

- compass1959 (10/5): A very well deserved stay to recuperate before resuming our road journey. - While driving Pan India we made a four night halt enroute at this Business Centre while returning from Ranikhet to our home station at Hyderabad. We were indeed pampered and looked after very well by the staff. This property is centrally located and very close to upcoming Gomti Nagar Station. Hilton Garden Inn is also opening up another tower next to where we were staying which will be Luxory class. The breakfast buffet spread is enormous, well prepared, and very well displayed with different menu daily. Booking room with breakfast is a must for those who wish to enjoy this property. The surrounding place has lots of eateries and shops that replicate Hazratgung. In general we had a fantastic stay before resuming our road journey down south. The environment was elegant, peaceful, and very welcoming, making the event truly comfortable and memorable. The lunch was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent taste. A special mention to the kathal biryani on the menu which was absolutely delicious and one of the best dishes I tried. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Arvind, Ankit, and Mohit were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm behavior truly stood out. Special appreciation also goes to Chef Rajesh and Chef Gulab for preparing such flavorful and high-quality dishes. Overall, Hilton Hotel exceeded expectations with its beautiful ambience, amazing food, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and pleasant stay experience.

If I remember the names correctly, Aishwarya, Deepesh and Kuldeep were specifically attentive to our needs and interacted pleasantly. Best part of stay in Hilton Garden Inn is their breakfast which is exceptionally good and great value for money. We were the lucky ones to taste their newly launched bullet paratha which had an amazing blend of sweet and spicy flavours (beware, very spicy). Everything was great tasting. In summary it exceeded our expectations. Nothing really.

We had a kid as well and they provided complimentary B'fast and Dinner. On our special request, they even made Galauti Kebabs even though it was not there in the buffet menu. Thank you :-) There was constructions going on near the hotel. The room was well lit and nicely maintained , however, on some places in the walls within the room , the patchy surface was quite visible and some of the furniture looked bit old. Breakfast plan while booking showed Rs. 599 , however, in the restaurant it was around Rs. 1000. I had not booked B'fast earlier as was unsure on our appetite, however, I think the cost should be little reasonable for B'fast and Dinner.

- Meeta (7/5): Comfortable, safe, and value of money - Service is superb, fast check-in, food at the restaurant is great, clean property, location is superb, and quaint, safe for women The room could have used updated fixtures and some additional amenities. It's just enough, but basics such as fixed count tops in the bathroom, fixed electrical sockets, and glass tumblers in the room would be helpful. Staff can be requested to accommodate some of the easier fixes.
