The lobby was absolutely beautiful. Everything was comfortable. There wasn’t really much I didn’t like about the property. I wish the pillows in the mattress were a little more comfortable, but it wasn’t too bad.

Very difficult to stay in a room where they have pets stay so why would you give that room out knowing it’s used for animals and we had no animal ?

- Hamlin (4/5): Sad stay - Nice hotel. We've stayed here before. No air-conditioning in our 2 rooms! Our room stayed at 77-79 degrees. Yeah, great, they brought us an air filter blowing thing. Then when i left grage, my parking pass wasn't excepted or my room key! With a line of cars behind me, i paid the $5 just to get out! Unfortunate events, and I'm not sure if I'll stay there again.

Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. The bathroom door was one of those sliding/latching doors that leaves a gap on the side. No hot tub.

- David (6/5): overall nice stay. - excellent housekeeping and office staff very helpful. very accommodating to let us store our bikes in a backroom office. You should advertise that there was not going to be a buffet breakfast the week the university students are off. There was no complimentary tea, coffee. Be nice if the pool had a sauna or hot tub. Hotel didn't have a recycling program or even make an effort to recycle beverage/glass/metal/cardboard or reduce. I only saw single waste containers around the hotel, We Probably won't come back here unless we see a greater effort is being made to recycle. reduce, reuse!!

- James (9/5): Excellent value and location for JMU. Little noisy and uncomfortable beds. - Excellent location and very spacious room. The parking garage is oddly connected via outside walkways, the beds are very firm, no smart tv, and there is quite a bit of noise heard from the Main Street.

The restaurant was excellent! I didn't hear a door slam shut all night. Im definitely staying there again. I would have enjoyed breakfast but really didn't know for a small amount we could have added on to our bill. We did grab a delicious egg on a bagel to go from the cafe!
