Distance to the old town was 2km, so a pleasant 20 minutes walk at the coast line. There's a shop right next to the apartment. The apartment was lacking some basic kitchen equipment- a sponge, dishwashing liquid, salt. Mounting a dishwasher would be a big asset of that place!

Manuel (5/5): - Ci hanno fatto pagare giustamente la biancheria a parte per darci degli asciugamani che come si sono bagnati usciva fuori una puzza di sudore incredibile, li ho dovuti rilavare 2/3volte prima di riutilizzarli, per non parlare delle lenzuola degli anni di cristo “sembravano rimediare alla Caritas anzi li c’è L avranno sicuramente più nuove”caldaia dopo 3 giorni si è rotta hanno dovuto montarci un boiler e vabbè, la lavatrice si è rotta il penultimo giorno di soggiorno, non c’è sorveglianza notturna nessuno che ti risponde se hai un qualsiasi e dico qualsiasi problema per esempio non so se ti scordi le chiavi o peggio te le perdi, rimani fuori !!!! Consiglierei vivamente con quello che acchiappano a settimana di sostituire perlomeno i materassi che fanno altamente schifo! Per il resto l unica cosa positiva direi il punto è il terrazzo della casa che è molto ampio.

Daniele (10/5): - Sono stato nell'appartamento con terrazza vista mare con i miei genitori dal 4 al 12 settembre e devo dire che ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta. Avevo prenotato questo appartamento solo ed esclusivamente per la terrazza senza troppe aspettative per l'interno e invece... Appena aperta la porta dell'appartamento sono rimasto esterrefatto. Ogni ambiente ha il condizionatore, ci sono due camere matrimoniali con un bagno per ciascuna camera, un bel salotto spazioso, un angolo cucina moderno e con tutto l'indispensabile (anche oltre). Mobili nuovi e curati. La casa è luminosa e tutti gli ambienti (camere, salone) affacciano sulla terrazza vista mare. Sotto c'è un bar e altri ristorantini, un supermercato proprio a 2 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo goduto di tramonti meravigliosi. La spiaggia libera proprio sotto casa. Prendere il sole in terrazza sulle sdraio quando non mi andava di scendere a mare... Comodissimo. Ho già intenzione di ritornare per il prossimo settembre. Grazie! Tutto perfetto.

The balconies were class too There is nothing in the apartment so you have to bring everything from shower gel to salt and pepper. You also have to pay €20 euro per person for bedding. It does say on the booking to be fair but do they expect people to bring bedding on holiday with them?

Fabio (5/5): Posizione comoda e strategica per le varie spiagge. - L'accoglienza dell'agenzia che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e la disponibilità sempre loro a riparare le varie problematiche che presentava l'appartamento. La casa che si presenta con zero punti luce tranne l.accesso.in balcone e le troppe infiltrazioni che causano muffa presso l appartamento.anche all arrivo la pulizia della cucina non era come deve essere.
Carla (9/5): Relax alla scoperta del Salento - Residence molto grande con ampio spazio interno occupato da varie attività (parrucchiera, estetista, bar, rosticceria, gelateria e ristoranti vari). Con modica aggiunta si può avere un vero e proprio garage ben chiuso e protetti. Per 5 il gestore Salentoville ci ha proposto due appartamenti comunicanti con porta interna( 6+2 posti letto). Metratura da 'casa' effettiva, balconi, stendini, ascensore, condizionatori, lavatrici x 2 e ben 3 bagni (uno solo purtroppo con bidet ma tutti con doccia). Circa 2.5 km a piedi dal centro ma piacevoli da percorrere sul lungomare da cui si gode brezza e tramonto. Per l'accesso al mare bisogna cercare un po' perché la costa è rocciosa ma proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al residence c'è una spiaggetta di sabbia. Consigliatissimo Qualche piccola manutenzione nell'appartamento più grande con 6 posti letto.

Vincenzo Minafra (6/5): C'e' di meglio... - Le stanze sono grandi e di fronte c'e' una spiaggia facilmente accessibile. Il doccino era otturato ma quando li abbiamo avvisati hanno provveduto a sostituirlo. 1. Al nostro arrivo non eravamo stati informati che la piscina era fuori uso. 2. Nel primo giorno in cui siamo stati ospiti non avevano un wi-fi a disposizione per la nostra stanza. 3. Un po' troppo fiscali con il check-out e ci hanno richiesto di far trovare tutto pulito nonostante fossero inclusi i costi delle pulizie una volta lasciata la stanza.

La struttura nel complesso andava anche bene, il problema è che abbiaml trovato biancheria e utensili da cucina che oltre ad essere scarsi erano sporchi. abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi tra, asciugacapelli non funzionante, tapparella che si inceppava, e bidet mezzo funzionante. I problemi sono anche stati risolti parzialmente ma veramente sul momento ritrovarsi ad avere bisogno anche solo alle 20.00 di sera senza nessuno che risponda o possa darti una mano , non è bello e non fa piacere .

Sobulska (8/5): - All’arrivo del residence ci è piaciuto molto l’appartamento soprattutto per la vista mare,anche per barriere per un diversamente abile.abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento da 90mq con 2 bagni con terrazza e vista mare. La cosa che non ci piaciuta è stato l’ultimo giorno di soggiorno perché ci hanno spostato dicendoci che Booking ha fatto un errore e l’appartamento fosse stato occupato.Ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero spostato in un’altro appartamento al 1 piano con 6 scalini per arrivare all’ascensore,avendo un disabile eravamo costretti a salire nell’appartamento tramite il garage,là persona disabile al cambiamento dell’appartamento non ha potuto più uscire a causa delle barriere “6 scalini all’entrata principale e il passaggio del garage era in salita,quindi impossibile spingere una carrozzina per uscire lungomare”. L’appartamento era davvero stretto e con 1 bagno solo,quindi inagibile per le nostre necessità; questo disguido ci ha un po rovinato la vacanza nonostante fossimo quasi arrivati alla fine della vacanza.

Avevo prenotato vista mare e piscina, invece mi e stato dato vista palazzo frontale, con rete anti piccione per tutto il perimetro del balcone con impossibilità di affaccio. Terrazzo che non abbiamo potuto mai utilizzare, perché dalle tende e condizionatori cadevano escrementi e per questo motivo, non abbiamo mai cenato in casa per mancato utilizzo del terrazzo che era una richiesta prioritaria. Cosa dire...Uno schifo.

Wolfgang (8/5): Gute und preiswerte Unterkunft, vor allem für Familien. - Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern, großem Wohnzimmer und separater Küche. Außerdem gibt es eine sehr große Terrasse mit Meerblick! Das Apartment liegt am Meer, unmittelbar an 2 zahlungspflichtigen Stränden. Ins Zentrum sind es etwa 1,5 km in die Altstadt von Galipoli 3km. Es gibt praktisch keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, zu Fuß ist alles recht weit. Daher hatten wir u.a. einen Mietwagen genommen.
Sofia (10/5): Increíble, SUPER recomiendo! - La ubicación increíble, cerca de las playas mas lindas y a 30minutos del centro histórico. El departamento es super amplio, cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Los propietarios muy amables y predispuestos! Me sentí super cómoda y volvería mil veces mas. Todo me gustó!
Restifo (10/5): Comodità assoluta - Mi è piaciuto tutto: la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, mi hanno dato un appartamento piu grande con terrazza vista mare, e devo dire che era pulitissimo, dotato di tutto e super accogliente. C'era persino il kit di accoglienza per la cucina. Io sono rimasta contentissima. Il centro di gallipoli si raggiunge con una passeggiata sul lungomare, intorno allo stabile ci sono tutti i servizi: negozi, bar, distributore. Tutto perfetto

Parenti (5/5): Bella vacanza ma non confortevole - L appartamento come struttura è ottimo, camera e salotto di grandi dimensioni, anche un bel terrazzo. La prima notte abbiamo dormito vestiti perché Il riscaldamento non funzionava,ma c'è il clima che dopo 2 giorni è riuscito a scaldare l ambiente.Mobilio vecchio e consumato(mobile sala senza ante,divano letto sfondato e le pareti spoglie,molto triste)la cucina non attrezzata,manca tagliere/coltello/cavatappi(che mi sono comprato)e c'è solo una pentola grande per fare tutto dal the alla pasta. Purtroppo anche il bagno non se la passa meglio,manca il porta sapone in doccia e la mensola di vetro sotto lo specchio e poi e poi.........In tanti anni che faccio uso di appartamenti per le vacanze non mi è mai capitato una situazione COSI.

Гергана (4/5): - Локациятана апартамента е добра. Сравнително чисто. В апартамента нямаше елементарни неща от битов характер, като кофа за боклук или нож например. Взеха ни допълнителна такса, за която не бяхме предупредени предварително. При пускането на 2 сешоара, токът спря, заради претоварване на мрежата. Нямаше място за паркиране. Нито контейнери за отпадаци наблизо. Като цяло сме разочаровани.

Possono migliorare perché la posizione è ottima e i negozi e bar sotto sono eccellenti ti puoi muovere sia a piedi che in auto in tutta comodità Letti scomodi e servizio di biancheria pessimo, Le lenzuola erano già usurate, l'appartamento è spazioso.

Sofia (10/5): - Appartamento molto ampio, accogliente, pulito e ben tenuto. Ottimo per gruppi anche numerosi. Posizione molto comoda e staff disponibile e attento.
Cavallini (6/5): soggiorno mediocre, ovvio che c’è di peggio ma anche di nettamente migliori - posizione, aria condizionata, acqua calda, personale, balcone pulizia (cuscini con macchie, divano, doccia…), nel bidet non scolava l’acqua, la luce della camera matrimoniale non funzionava, le tapparelle della camera con il letto a castello non andavano, presente solamente un rotolo di carta igienica per 5 persone e 4 notti, non era presente né sapone per le mani né il detersivo per i piatti, gli asciugamani (addirittura pagati in modo opzionale) perdevano pezzettini di cotone, un solo bidone di dimensioni molto ridotte solamente in cucina, nell’aprire il frigo si è smontato lo scaffale per le bevande, la maniglia della porta della camera con il letto matrimoniale ci è rimasta in mano il primo giorno, il pannello che copriva la cappa della cucina non era saldato bene e appena è stato toccato ci è caduto addosso e per finire abbiamo vissuto un attimo di paura in quanto è rimasto chiuso in bagno per una decina di minuti un nostro compagno (il sottoscritto) per il malfunzionamento della serratura della porta.
