Es war riesig mit einem bequemen Bett und renovierten Böden und Waschbecken. Nur an der Badewanne erkennt man noch, dass die Zimmer schon älter sind. Es gibt morgens gratis Kaffee. Jede(r) Mitarbeiter war ausgesprochen freundlich. Mit dem Auto sind es nur ein paar Minuten nach Durango. Es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit mitgebrachte Streaming Dienste am TV zu verwenden. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

- Shannon (10/5): Excellent stay in Durango! - It is a wonderful, quaint place. The rooms are great, it’s clean, and peaceful. The staff is amazing as well. I will stay here again. One minor inconvenience was I had a trailer with me and it made parking difficult. However, I was able to unhitch it and park it next to my truck. No one bothered it.

- Larry (7/5): Great price.comfortable room, decent location and staff was very helpful - Close enough to walk downtown or you could use the trolly across the street. The room was large. Lot of space to move around. Room was clean and bed was firm. The cost of the room was well worth it compared to other hotels closer to town. It is an older establishment but well kept. The soap dispenser in shower didn’t work. Of course I didn’t find that out till after getting into the shower. Only amenities was a small bar of soap. No elevator so make sure to request a lower level if you can’t manage stairs.

Obviously beaten down after a life with her. As I mentioned above, the room was filthy! The air conditioning filters were 90% occluded with black sticky goop and the room just smelled dank. There was no continental breakfast, not even a doughnut or muffin. The hot tub was not operable and the days were in the 80s. I have stayed in a lot of dive motels in my 61 years of living ... this one takes the award for worst ever.

It was close enough to downtown and the river, making walking an option. The bed was awful. The springs were worn out in the middle, making us feel like we were sleeping at an angle. There was no heat in the room, but they did provide a space heater. Signs were posted to not back into the parking spots. The first morning, a car was parked backward outside our room, and the driver warmed it up for over 20 minutes, filling our room with fumes. I understand this isn't the hotel's fault, but it would have been nice if they had addressed the rude customers.

Rooms were stuffy, had some over-powering air freshener scent, and the mattress has seen better days. Sinks are too tall for the vanity, and no where to hang towels. We did not get much sleep, because the place is super noisy, being right on the main road. Traffic does not really quiet down. We skipped breakfast (not really sure if there was one), since another guest parked outside our room turned their car engine on at 6:20am, and woke us. Their truck still idling when we left at 7:15am. With costs of everything increasing, this place for $115/night was over-priced.

- Scott (2/5): Very Bad - Nothing Dog poop everywhere, could not walk anywhere. Grass 8 inches high in courtyard. We asked for first floor because we are handicapped. They could not accommodate us. Nobody could help us get luggage up the stairs. Had to go one step at a time. Woman at front desk could not hear anything. You ask her a question 3-4 times. Could not answer. Asked for new towels got the third degree. Our towels were wet and stinky. Homeless people digging in ash trays and garbage.
