• Matthias (4/5): Wir würden jedem abraten dort zu übernachten. - Die Unterkunft war schrecklich. Die zentrale Lage in der Medina kann man als einzigen positiven Punkt anführen. - Das Personal war unhöflich (als wir keine Tour/Stadtführung mit ihnen machen wollten, wurden sie sehr frech). - Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht. Dieses war kleiner, dunkler und im Erdgeschoss. - Beim Checkout wollte die Frau/Managerin mehr Geld als vereinbart/gemäss Booking - obwohl wir ja ein kleineres/schlechteres Zimmer als gebucht, bekommen hatten. - Leider war das Zimmer (Bett und Bad wirkten nicht richtig geputzt und hatten Flecken) sehr schmuddelig und wir fühlten uns nicht wohl. - Das Frühstück bestand aus Fertigprodukten. Alles war sehr lieblos und das Geschirr nicht sauber.

• Samuel (9/5): Great staff and experience - The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent for a real experience in the heart of Rabat. The breakfast was also excellent and they were happy to adapt my breakfast for a healthier alternative. Like any Riad there was some noise from the courtyard and the bed was very tough but these were very small issues it was mostly quiet

They were very gracious about my a member of our party's illness which led to a late checkout and even gave him tea to help. The riad itself is beautiful and ideally located in the middle of the medina.

Breakfasts were delicious. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town but tucked away and quiet. Loved the traditional feel and the beautiful decor. Minor elements of the Riad were a little tired, e.g. quite an old air conditioning unit and a chipped tap.
• John (4/5): Disappointed overall after the reviews we read. - The location was good and the Riad was well decorated and pretty. The bed was very small and very uncomfortable. My wife and I ended up with backache after two nights so we relocated to a hotel for the final night. We explained our reasons to the lady owner. She offered us an alternative Riad but we declined. She told us she wouldn't charge us for the last night. The refund never materialised as she refused to respond to various communications from booking.com. The owner wasn't true to her word so overall were very disappointed with the whole experience, our worst in Morocco in 5 visits in fact.
• Anna (9/5): Schöens, moderes Riad in guter Lage - Modernes Riad in Rabat, leicht zu finden in der Medina. Sehr gute Kommunikation und super nette Leute. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück gab es im Innenhof unten. Relativ ruhig in der Nacht. Wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout auch noch da lassen. Sehr sichere und angenehme Gegend. Man kann super vom Bahnhof zu Fuß laufen. Viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu essen, in der Nähe. Wie oft bei Riads hört man durch den Innenhof alles von den anderen Gästen. Aber das wussten wir vorher.

On cherchait un moyen de transport pour mon père qui avait du mal à marcher et ils nous ont aiguillé vers un service de vélo-taxi qui nous a promené dans tout Rabat ( Je recommande cette promenade super sympa à 100 DH de l'heure. ) On a aussi pu laisser les affaires à l'hôtel en attendant. Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux. Le wifi marche bien aussi. Il y a le parking couvert de Bab El Had à 7 minutes à pied. - Odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain.

• AIZATUL ISLA (10/5): Feels like home - A nice and homely feel in Rabat. The owner and the staffs were very warm and helpful. Excellent location in the heart of medina Cold flooring. However, acceptable as this is a traditional riad.

The manager was very friendly with us and all the guests, created a really friendly environment for all the guests. Young Essam was really kind and helpful, looked after us very well and engaged well with our two youngsters. Essam was full of advice and we did everything he recommended. Our room was huge and beautiful and clean. A nice stay indeed in a beautiful city.

Des del contacte abans d’arribar per quedar amb l’hora d'entrada, indicacions per l’aparcament, súper fàcil de trobar el Riad, la rebuda per part de l’Issam amb una amabilitat extraordinària, amb recomenacions, un te de menta de cortesia… L’habitació extremadament silenciosa, àmplia i neta. L’esmorzar una passada de bo i quantitat… no tenim cap queixa; ha sigut un plaer! Pd: mentalitzar que no és un hotel europeu, és un Riad a Marroc: caseta molt antiga transformada en hotelet ☺️

La terrazza andrebbe valutata e sistemata bene per viverla a pieno. Non sarebbe male un po’ di musica Marocchina di sottofondo tipo quando si mangia.
• Jesus (10/5): Riad céntrico y bonito. Personal súper amable! - Personal súper amable y familiar (Issam es un chico muy agradable y atento). Nos recibieron antes de la hora del check-in con todo preparado. Nos dieron mucha conversación y nos indicaron puntos de interés de la ciudad y recomendaciones. El desayuno estaba listo a la hora que solicitamos (muy variado, abundante y rico). El Riad es bonito y su ubicación está en pleno centro, al lado de la calle principal. Sin embargo dentro es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Nos gustó todo.

Noi abbiamo chiesto la culla per il neonato (fornita gratuitamente). In generale la struttura è molto bella e si sente davvero l'atmosfera del luogo. La colazione offerta è stata abbondante e genuina. Un ringraziamento particolare va allo staff, sempre disponibile a darci consigli sul soggiorno e accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato ad inizio marzo, un periodo un pò freddo e il sistema di condizionamento della stanza è poco potente per riscaldare l'ambiente.

They gave us tips for where to visit and where to eat. They provided a wonderful and delicious breakfast, enough to feed an army! The hospitality was lovely. The room was very comfortable. Showers were good. I would 100% recommend this Riad. Nothing, we enjoyed this Riad and loved the area of Rabat, especially the Chellah.

• Dorota (10/5): It is the perfect place for anyone seeking true tradition and heart. We felt like family rather than - Staying at Riad Dar Saidi was a wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly well looked after. We ordered a taxi from the airport through the Riad, and the host came to meet us at the gates of the Medina to personally guide us to the Riad. It made our arrival stress-free and very welcoming. The hospitality here is top-notch; we truly felt like we were at home. It’s important to note that the rooms do not have TVs or kettles like standard hotels, but for us, that was a positive thing. That is not why you come to a place like this – it’s about the atmosphere and the experience. The food was a highlight of our stay – delicious, homemade, and very generous portions. Every morning we had an abundant breakfast, and for dinner, we enjoyed a fantastic homemade tagine. We also tried the delicious Harira soup, and on Friday, we had the luxury of tasting traditional couscous. The location is in a safe, traditional neighborhood. Since we visited during Ramadan, the streets were lively in the evenings with the voices of people and children playing, which added to the wonderful, festive atmosphere. If you want to feel like family and experience real tradition, this is the perfect place. Thank you for making our stay so special! Nothing

• Derk (10/5): In good hands... - We stayed here four nights and enjoyed the oudstanding hospitality of Issam, Eyoub and . Nejma. Whatever we needed was promptly provided. Having some stomach problems: curative tea came immediately. We felt ourselves in good hands.The room.was spacious and comfortable. The location excellent. The heating was welcome during one of the worst storms Rabat experienced. In short: an excellent place to stay. Nothing really.

The rooms are not small, but they were a bit cold. The air conditioning needed to run for quite a while to warm up the space, though we did visit in the middle of January. Also, since the rooms were on the ground floor, there was a slight smell of dampness.

• An (10/5): Great place to stay - highly recommended - Great location (about 5-10 mins to medina, 15 to the beach and walking distance to all the Medina shops and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfasts provided were plenty and very nice. Accommodation itself was very comfortable for a family of 4, comfortably beds, sufficient space. The staff, especially Issam, was very very accommodating and hospitality. He even got up early to make us breakfast on our last day due to our early departure. As with most riads, it is within the old town so it can get a bit noisy.

Die Atmosphäre war familiär und alle haben versucht uns den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Hotel hat eine "einfache" Ausstattung das aber durch das Familienfeeling" keine Rolle spielt. Das Hotel ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und nicht einfach zu finden.Das sollte auf der Internetseite besser ersichtlich sein.

• Margriet (10/5): Friendliest Riad in Morocco - The stay at Riad Saifi was wonderful, the most friendliest of all our stays in Morocco. Hassan gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was huge and fresh. The staff was always smiling and made you feel very much at home. We had a wonderful stay!
• Milos (10/5): We would recommend this Riad!! - Issam is a wonderful host—very welcoming and available for anything you might need. He prepared authentic Moroccan tea for us upon arrival and explained what to see and visit in Rabat. The accommodation itself is very beautiful and authentic, located right in the Medina and close to everything—about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and the same distance from the ocean. The breakfast is excellent (scrambled eggs, pancakes, flatbread, jam, yogurt, juice, etc.). The room is really nice and authentic. What was especially important to us, because of our late return to Marrakesh, was that we were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation and walk around the city without bags until our departure. All in all, I highly recommend this accommodation! The floor in bathroom and walls were cold during the January night, although there is a huge A/C which worked perfectly, but wasn’t able to get the bathroom warmed. We took additional blankets for covering ourselves during the night and it was good. I believe, when the temperature outside is at least +10c at nights sleeping here is more than good!
