The breakfast is very poor and the food products are of bad quality. The furniture in the restorant are dirty. Parking there is a chalange.

- Ayfer (7/5): Das Hotel top nır das geruch von Meer sehr unangenehm im Zimmer - Das Hotel selber war super . Personal sehr freundlich . Zimmer sehr sauber . Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon gebucht, wofür ich auch mehr bezahlt habe. Leider konnte man den Balkon kaum nutzen, da das Meer extrem stark gerochen hat. Selbst das Öffnen der Balkontür bzw. des Fensters war kaum möglich, weil der Geruch bis ins Zimmer gezogen ist. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts, dennoch würde ich keinen Aufpreis für Meerblick empfehlen, da man den Balkon praktisch nicht nutzen kann

- Noyan (7/5): Comfortable and good value - The hotel is new and well-maintained, with modern, clean, and nicely designed rooms. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and genuinely tries to be helpful. There are several restaurants in the complex, which is convenient. The location is decent, and reaching Alsancak and the main nightlife or dining areas only requires a short, inexpensive taxi ride. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. The system is centralized, and the room remote is essentially useless. During winter, it only blows hot air regardless of the settings. The only way to get cooler air is by opening the windows, which is unreasonable for a hotel of this standard. Climate control should work properly without forcing guests to sleep with windows open. This significantly impacts comfort and the overall experience.

- Gudrun (10/5): perfect stay, lovely staff, nice food - all the staff spoke perfect english, everbody welcomed us in this place, everybody has been helpfully in every way, very professional, spevcial wihses for food, teya and so on, were fullfilled in between seconds with a smile the lighst in our room 403 didn't work properly, also the heater didin't work, it was really cold but we just told the reception when we checked out, the women there told us, if we said before, she could've changed to another room :-)
- AMG188S (1/5): Noisy , Dirty , not a relaxing time and disappointed that we was not told of building work before - The prices for food and drinks were reasonable, the hotel décor was nice. The staff were ok but we did not have much interaction with them. Was not told of any noisy and dusty building work that was going on, our room was on the 7th floor and the noise from the diggers next to the hotel and across the main road was extremely off putting to be able to relax in Hotel room. The traffic on the main motorway next to the hotel was noisy all the time till 1am in the morning with constant horn bibbing, The balcony had building dust all over it as well as the glass. Please see pictures. Breakfast was not a lot of warm choice,

I would suggest trying all the local delicacies. A lot of construction going on next to the hotel, so a little noisy and very dusty. But I know that's only temporary and not the hotel's fault.

- Roya (10/5): Excellent quality service - Staff were fantastic, responsible, responsive and supportive . The manager were amazing and one of staff ( unfortunately can’t remember his name ) was extremely helpful. I’d like to thank all staff. The glass of balcony could be cleaner.

- Adnan (6/5): - Vale vs yok otopark havasızlıktan nefes alınmıyor. Otoparktan yukarıya asansör yok ve otel önünde ortalama 5 dakika bekledik karşılayan olmadı resepsiyona söylediğimizde durumu burası 5 değil 4 yıldız dedi bu cevaba hayliyle şaşırdım oda konforu temizlik iyidi.

- OLIVER T (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mitten unter Wolkenkratzern - Lage im neuen Geschäftsviertel im Nordosten der Stadt. Sehr gute Betten und Ausstattung, wunderbare Aussicht auf die FOLKART TWIN Towers 200m, perfektes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, neues Bad, guter Service, gute Restaurants nebenan und an den Folkart Towers, gute Klimaanlage, großer Balkon. Wolkenkratzer Mistral 218m hoch, direkt daneben. Sehr gutes Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis. Vom. Flughafen mit S-Bahn sehr weit entfernt (Bahnhof Salhane 45min, dann noch 350m zu Fuß ). Vom Hotel nach Alsançak mit Taxi 15 min ist aber ok. Ans Meer / Fähre etwa 20 min. Pkw: Man kann im Mistral nebenan parken.

- gabriellegR7753ZH (10/5): Wonderful Service - The hotel lobby is very clean the rooms are wonderful and the staff is very helpful. There may be minor language barriers but it's still a wonderful experience and the language difference hasn't been an issue at all.
