- Gabriëlle (6/5): Verwacht niet te veel - De locatie is geweldig, het landgoed is mooi. En het huisje groot. Goede uitvalsbasis voor leuke activiteiten in de omgeving. Er was geen personeel aanwezig, waardoor we geen vragen konden stellen. In de keuken van het huisje misten een pan en een aansteker, die moesten we vragen bij de keuken van de bruiloft; die nog gaande was. Jammer dat er buiten geen fijne zitplekken zijn. De badkamer is verouderd.

One bedroom .... nr 1, did not have a airconditioning remote. Luckily we could use the one we had in our other room. It was very hot, so the aircon was a blessing ! Breakfast was pre-cooked and cold.

There was a fridge in my room, but it was loud (even when turning the thermo down), and the vibrations could be heard via the wooden flooring into the bed. I switched the fridge off. 2. There was also wind in the passage (not my passage ... I see how this can be interpreted ...lol ... but no), so I had to push a chair against the door to remove the door rattle. 3. I really really struggled to adjust the water temperature to shower! Either it was too hot or too cold. It was a juggling act. Otherwise, it was super quiet and had a great sleep. I will go back again.

Innovative, unique egg presentation and taste. Emphasis on presentation of the egg 👑🏆. Location therapeutic, intriguing, harmonious land-air-mountains-vegetation-people. The duvét was somewhat short for my physique. The extra blanket helped overcome the discomfort of the ‘for me personally’ short duvét.
- Latoya (5/5): Potential to be a great facility but misses the mark. - The cottage was spacious enough and had all the amenities we would need. There was provision of solar power in case of a power outage. Sufficient blankets were provided in case of cold weather. There was a very, very large number of worms/millipede on the outside wall when we arrived. By the following morning, they had begun entering the cottage, and by the second morning, we found them in all spaces inside, including in the bed. It was horrifying, to say the least. Check in process lacked any form of hospitality. Keys were handed over and you were sent on your way. Wifi was faulty and when I enquired I was informed by the (unbothered) check in lady that it must be the weather with no attempt at resolution. No provision for food on the premises (including how breakfast should or could work). If there was we weren't informed about it at check in. The cottage is right at the entry gate with full exposure to traffic noise. There are movement sensors outside the cottage that trigger an alarm. Considering that there are two cottages next to each other, it does become bothersome and worrisome (since its meant for alerting to possible intruders?) when others are moving around outside.

Our unit was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be returning! While the nearby road might be a concern for some, it wasn't an issue for us.

No staff to assist with check-in after 17h00. And no after-hours coffee- or tea facilties available especially not in the room. It was nice but not wow for the rate

All the staff leaves at 5pm, so there's no assistance after hours if you need anything. On the night we arrived we noticed there wasn't any coffee in our room, which is okay, everyone makes mistakes, but the next day when we asked about, it was met with incredulity, as if we are trying to con the guest house out of 2 sachets of Nescafe instant coffee.
