• Anne (7/5): Ok - Large room with comfortable double bed ( 2 twins together), good hot shower and excellent WiFi. Buffet breakfast was OK, maybe more choices for Westerners. Pool is clean but quite small with only about 6 beds and the busy road backs on to.it. One side of the hotel backs onto wasteland on the edge of town
• Petr (1/5): - The best thing about Hotel Rigel is definitely its location. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of both the beach and the city center, which was very convenient. However, that is unfortunately where the positives end. Aside from the location, the rest of the stay was quite disappointing. The entire hotel is filthy and has a pungent odor. There is dust, grime, and mold everywhere—in the rooms and the corridors. The AC was so dirty and smelly that we couldn't use it; we had to leave the window open and pray for a breeze. ​Communication was difficult as the staff speaks very little English (thankfully I understand Russian, which was the only way to communicate). To make matters worse, there are electrical issues—every time the fridge cycled on or off, there was a loud pop in the wall and the ceiling lights flickered. On top of that, the building is old and constantly creaks and cracks. I definitely wouldn't stay here again."

• Elena (8/5): - Расположение не на оживленной улице и это плюс. Раньше заселили, удобные кровати, у нас был отличный вид на горы. Хороший и чистый бассейн. Есть бильярд. Всегда есть горячая вода. Завтраки для веганов. Мяса не было. Хорошо хоть яичница была. Уборка чисто поставить воду. Ничего не меняют и полы не моют.

• Iuliia (3/5): В нашем случае соотношение цена качество нас устроило, так как мы за 24 ночи за двухкомнатный номер за 3 взрослых заплат - Хорошее место где находится отель, на тихой улице, ночью было спокойно, ничего не мешало сну. Близко до моря, рядом есть хорошее кафе, кофейня, кондитерская. В номере было относительно чисто, без насекомых. Номер был большой, комфортный, двухкомнатный. Данный отель не соответствует 4 звездам, он находится между 2 и 3 звездами. В номере мебель грязная, с пятнами, полы во время уборки в комнатах не моют, их подметают, в ванной комнате моют. Сама ванна стоит далеко от стенки и соответственно есть зазор через который вода проливается на пол. Шторы очень старые и местами порваны. В общих коридорах на этажах очень много волос, видно их выметают из комнат и оставляют там. И это очень не приятное ощущение идти по такому коридору. Мы говорили персоналу на ресепшен, но к сожалению ничего не изменилось. Полотенца белые, постельное белье уже серое, но без пятен. На завтраки за 24 дня нашего пребывания ни разу не было морепродуктов, молока и сливочного масла, много зелени, фруктов. Мясо очень мало и то оно идет как дополнительный ингредиент к блюду, например овощи тушеные с курицей.

• Vladimir (8/5): - Неплохой отель на отшибе, до моря далековато, выглядит как хрущевка, ковры в коридорах старые, номера нормальные. Для того, чтобы приходить ночевать- вполне нормально. 4 звезды это, конечно, многовато. Примерно 3. Персонал обычный, не навязчивый. Было вполне комфортно проживать. Есть бильярд и спортзал, неплохой спа, бассейн. Учитывая цена-качество очень хорошо. Завтраки обычные.
• Ekaterina (9/5): - ‎Хороший отель, просторный номер, вполне приличные завтраки, разнообразные фрукты, есть выпечка ( 1 вид), чистый приятный наземный бассейн с теплой водой. Особая благодарность менеджеру Ngan i Roi. При заселении дали номер с маленьким балконом и душем вместо ванны. Я попросила поменять, тк на фотографии при бронировании я видела больший балкон и ванну. Девушка на рецепшен предлагала варианты с доплатой и тд и тп. Но как только подошла менеджер, и увидела, что фото при бронировании реально были другими, сразу поменяла нам номер на прекрасный двухкомнатный, с большим балконом и ванной и без всяких доплат. Огромное спасибо ей за такую клиентоориентированность! Это было невероятно приятно! Осталось очень приятное послевкусие после отдыха. Если бы еще отель был расположен чуть ближе к морю, было бы вообще все волшебно 😊. Но мы решили, что гулять тоже надо, что с удовольствием и делали 😊.
• Maksim (9/5): Отель соответствует стандарту цена-качество. Просторные светлые номера. Чисто и комфортно. - Быстро заселили, быстро приняли номер. Расплатился в конце проживания на ресепшене. Завтрак хороший, меню основных блюд ежедневно менялось. Яичницу или омлет готовили при вас. Основные блюда - азиатская кухня, но все очень вкусно. В номерах ежедневная уборка со сменой полотенец. Номера хорошие, достаточно просторные, есть маленький балкон, есть сейф. Нет посторонних запахов или насекомых. От отеля до пляжа 10 минут не быстрым шагом. Сам отель расположен слегка на отшибе, в двух кварталах от мест с активным туристическим движением. Есть бассейн, достаточно большой. Мы неоднократно отдыхали вечером у бассейна. Пользовались услугой прачечной. Жили на шестом этаже в видом на горы. В эту сторону солнце заходит (если кому то это важно) А так, особой разницы нет в какую сторону будут окна. Ни каких строительных работ рядом с отелем не велось Рядом магазин 24 часа. До ближайших кафе минут 10-15 пешком, но рядом есть одно не плохое кафе с китайской кухней. В отеле много гостей из Казахстана, Узбекистана, Таджикистана, России и из Китая. Я бы порекомендовал этот отель как и для семейного проживания так и для гостей путешествующих без детей. (время отдыха - конец июля 2025г) Не хватало на завтраках десерта. Нет ни блинчиков ни кексиков, ни печенек. Соки - это сладкая водичка. Все же отель находится в курортной зоне, и хотелось бы чтоб хоть как то предусмотрели место для сушки полотенец и плавок. Этого нет.

• cliff1608 (10/5): Good stay. - Was all ready to slate this place after the second day of being here, after staying in home-stays and guest houses for the last 3 weeks the atmosphere here felt a bit sterile and corporate but most of all our shower was freezing cold. Thought first day maybe just missed out on hot water but same second day so went to front desk, and bam !!! Room changed straight away, can’t fault that service. Location is good, beach 5 min walk all restaurants 10 min walk. Overall good stay.

There was lots of natural light and the view of the mountains in the distance was very nice. There was also a thin slither of sea view. Staff - Polite, courteous and helpful. Pool - Decently-sized and well-situated outside on the ground floor. Services - There is a well-stocked shop near reception. Area - The beach is a 5-minute walk away and there is a row of seafood restaurants nearby. Breakfast - The range of food options was a bit limited and generally disappointing in terms of taste.

My room was upgraded when we check in even though 9am in the morning. The swimming pool very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, i will come back on the next time.

Halls are little bit outdated and renovation would help. Gym and pool are good benefits. • Verified traveler (6/5): Can do better for 4-star hotel - Experience was fair, would like to highlight: (1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim; (2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage; (3) Hotel was surrounded by construction; (4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety. A good point was the location, it was near the beach, as well as VinWonders cable car / speedboat station.
• Dana (8/5): 100% recommend amazing room amazing hotel - rooms were huge and really clean,bed was the biggest bed we’ve ever seen staff were lovely and helpful! we were on the overnight train so got in a lot earlier then planned and the hotel made sure the room was ready and allowed us to check in really early personal preference but the pillows were really big for our necks wouldn’t have been so bad if there was maybe a back up or two slimmer ones. also we’re in a hotel now with smart TVs (Amazon/Netflix etc) that would have been good as we were stuck in the room all day as it thundered and lightening all day

• Jane (1/5): Terrible customer service and dirty - Nothing...... The hotel is dirty and in need of a deep clean. There were stains on the bathroom tiles and toilet seat. There was a humming noise in room 702 all night. The security guard didn't know what it was so moved me at 2am to room 709. There was no hot water in the room, the customer service was non existent and woman on reception was rude. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 1 night, but was still charged for 2 nights despite the issues which they didnt care about. I wouldn't recommend or stay here even if it was free..

The Hotel is perfectly clean and tidy at all time, fhe fitness room and the pool are just the cherry on the cake..make it just the right place where to stay..5 min walk from the main beach..what can i add..do not hesitate..top🤙

• FionaS186 (6/5): There are better - I would not recommend this hotel as there are better options on Nah Trang, it’s is very dated and I would not rank as 4 star. The staff were quick to fix issues with my room which is why I have given it three stars. The location is surrounded by building works but this is not the hotels fault as this is down to the growth in the town. The breakfast was not the best we had experienced during our visit to Vietnam and the staff were enable to understand English when it came to the cooking station.

The restaurant is crowded with noisy group visitors during breakfast time. Don’t come down too early. The swimming pool is beautiful but much smaller than it looks in the photos.
• Jongjinsim (10/5): Hotel good service - In the summer, I have spent a wonderful holiday in Nha Trang city on my own, I have enjoyed delicious food and visited some beautuful landscapes in this city. Nha trang has a long beach with bright sunny in the morning. The city is also crowded and fuuny at night , especially the city has many interesting activities. I have stayed at Rigel Hotel four stars. The hotels'room is incridible spaciuous and beatiful with large balcony ovewlooking the beach . The hotel has a reasonable price, good service and friendly staff. The hotel has a swimming pool and entertainment room. I hope when i returns, i will book a room with my family . Thanks for you to help me have a marvelous vacation in the city in the summer
• Annette (8/5): Absolutt verdt pengene - Bra hotell med hyggelig betjening. Rommet var også veldig bra med oppholdsrom og 2 soverom. Det var kort gangavstand til strand og hovedgater. Det som trekker litt ned er at det var varierende renhold på rommet og de kunne gjerne komme 2 ganger på ettermiddagen og kvelden for å fylle på med håndklær og minibar/vann. Dette bør de ta samtidig med rengjøringen av rommet. Middagen på hotellet var heller bare OK, så gå de minuttene det tar til hovedgaten for å spise. Men absolutt et hotell jeg kunne bodd på igjen.
• antonvanhee (10/5): Great 1 night stay in Rigel - We are traveling across Vietnam and had a great stay at Rigel Hotel! We were a bit early and could leave our luggage safely at the reception, while having a swim in the pool until our room was ready. Great room, clean and spacious. Used the gym also. The breakfast was really wealthy. A lot of hot Vietnamese dishes, noodles and eggs from the chef, and a huge choice of fresh vegetables. The staff was very kind. We left in the evening with the Sinh Tourist bus. When we checked out, we could do the same as when we arrived: have a nice swim with a cold Saigon!

• Zyamochka (6/5): Feedback - Hello! Your email, which is mentioned in birthday postcard, doesn’t work. Please, do something with people who occupied place near the hotel. There was only one “legal” way to reach the hotel. They occupied pedestrian area, see a picture. Now (13.05.2019) it’s really inconvenient for your guests.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - This hotel has seen better days. It was in an OK spot for walking to tourist areas, but surrounded by construction, and the hotel is very run down. The pictures look way better than the actual hotel. The spa in the hotel was very unprofessional. Another therapist kept coming in and out of the room, and they were talking and laughing loudly. I would not recommend staying here.
• PATRICK (8/5): Bon hotel mais quartier en travaux - Hôtel neuf dans un quartier en plein développement, des chantiers partout. L'établissement est surtout occupé par les Chinois et les Russes. Très bruyant dans la salle du petit déjeuner, on se croit à la cantine de l'école, beaucoup de choix au buffet mais pour les Chinois, pas de viennoiseries. La chambre est spacieuse, la bord de mer est à 500m.

• Lindaspegren (10/5): Excellent service - Went to Nha Trang the last week of our travels. The hotel staff were really friendly and did their best to help us with whatever we requested. As a matter of fact, I got ill and needed to stay at a hospital for a couple of days, the staff came to visit and helped us with translation and this made it a lot easier for us. We are really grateful for all the help during our stay!
• jonathancrisp (2/5): J Crisp - WARNING WARNING - We booked a transfer to our next hotel in Da Lat through the Rigel hotel reception only to be abandoned at Da Lat bus terminal by the very rude driver and told to find our own way to the hotel ourselves despite the hotel reception writing clearly on our ticket where we were to be dropped off at. Be warned stay clear of the transfer company offered by the Rigel Hotel reception !!
• khamanio (4/5): Mixed feelings - Have stayed here in room 806 from 4.11.2018 till 15.11.2018 and faced with strange situation: we were forced to pay 250000 vnd for the broken door in wc that we didn’t break. When we checked in our room the door was already broken (it was really hard to close it properly, maybe due to wet). And unfortunately we didn’t tell it to staff immediately. We just decided not to close this door. So it was very surprising that we “broke the lock and created the whole in a pulpit wall where the door is mounted“. And of course we couldn’t proof anything, because “our staff very carefully checks rooms every day” (and I need to point that the problem was found in the one day before our checkout). But there are no doubts that it is not true. Because near the bed on the right side there is a problem with electric socket: it doesn’t work (thanks that we don’t need to pay for it also). And nobody has found this problem and told us about it. For management: So please if you are really care about your room facilities then do the first check with guests and show them points that are included in “everyday checklist” and that they are OK. It will allow you to reduce count of nonsense situations. Moreover I need to write this review in as much as possible places because the hotel doesn’t have the book of compliants and suggestions. Or maybe staff couldn’t provide it because doesn’t understand and speak English (nonsense again). About accommodation at all: there is no place to dry wet swimsuits and other clothes, so we dried them right on the shelf under a tv or on upholstered chairs; in the bathroom there is no curtain; some electric sockets didn’t work. Otherwise the room is spacious and clean. Our impression has been spoiled with situation described above so I couldn’t recommend this hotel to stay.

• tamtuyu (8/5): - need to walk 5mins to the hotel, road to the hotel is not fully done hence there were many rocks/dust when you walk to the hotel. our king bed was 2 single beds combined and can feel the gap in between when you sleep. overall it was comfortable and good. friendly staff!
• 982lukaszk (10/5): Great value hotel - Great value hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. We book this hotel for 4 nights while visiting Ngha Trang for some scuba diving. Hotel is brand new located close to city public beach and all eatery locations. It's true that is located in the middle of construction site but this wasn't bother us. Delicious breakfast with all eating options european, asian etc. Great food for lunch and dinner if You prefer to eat at location. We use spa facilities that are priced very reasonable if you compare to the outside hotel ones. I book 4 nights for myself and my wife due to the fact that we got sleeper train to Hoi An at 2000. So we preferred to chill out at hotel before journey. Reception desk staff prepared for us a nice and delicious breakfast for the following day without our request. That was very nice and personal touch to our stay at the hotel. Overaly great location and excellent customer service.

He helped me plan a secret birthday present for my partner and also helped me organise the hotel we stayed at in Ho Chi Minh City. Minh and the team were very welcoming and the hotel is very clean and new. Great value for money and location. Thanks again Minh!

• Ralf (10/5): - The hotel was good, clean, fairly new. Included breakfast with great Vietnam coffee and buffet. The only problem was that surrounding the property on four sides is nothing but a construction site, so beware !!!
• Ross (8/5): Nice hotel, away from the noise! - The staff were very friendly and helpful. I even got an extension to my room for the last day for free. The only problem was that there was a lot of building work going on around the hotel but at least it wasn't right in the noisy centre of town and was only a short stroll to the beach and shops. The balcony wasn't really a balcony. There was only room for one person to stand.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice small hotel close to the beach/ restaurants - The rooms were nice and clean with a huge sized bed. We stayed there during the weekend when the typhoon hit Nha Tram despite the damage it had caused to the hotel interiors - the hotel staff was highly professional, caring and fully accommodating to the guests. I felt safe and well taken care off by entire staff from reception to kitchen.
• John (10/5): New 4 star hotel exceeded expectations - Four star hotel. All details were great. Plenty of electric outlets in room for cellphones and laptops. Strong wifi. Ample rooms, good towels. Beautiful clean pool and gym, friendly service at every turn. 10 minute walk to beach is a little congested right now with construction.so advisable to take a quick cheap taxi unless you are accustomed to walking in SE Asia congestion. We walked to get a little extra exercise. I'm sure the reason for the great value price presently is the adjacent construction. I should mention breakfast was a big buffet, very fresh, we'll staffed, strong coffee. Noisy breakfast due to largee tours in town, but not a problem for me. Best hotel facility and service I have experienced in my third trip to Nha Trang.
