- Utea (9/5): Modernes Hotel, direkt am Shinkansen Bahnhof - Das Hotel liegt direkt an Shin Osaka Bahnhof, was das Reisen mit dem Shinkansen sehr angenehm macht. Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, modern und das beste... eine Jura Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby 🤩. Der beste Kaffee bisher in Japan! Die Zimmer sind, wie aber eigentlich überall in Japan, sehr klein.

- Kyoko (10/5): １泊で旅気分に浸れるホテル - 駅から近くてよかった。ホテルのサイトに、駅方の道順を掲載していてほしい。新大阪付近は、道がわかりにくくく、横断できる道かどうかが、googlemapだけではわかりにくいため。また、今回車椅子での移動でした。新大阪駅から車椅子での移動についても、道順があるとよい。 朝食がやよい軒でやすくてよかったが、フロントでは１０００円の朝食券を案内された。しかし、やよい軒では、ホテル宿泊者には５００円での提供メニューの表示もあった。フロントではその案内はなかった。

- Andrew (8/5): Excellent hotel once you find it. - Clean, modern and professional rooms. Too hard to find the right exit from Shin Osaka station. Admittedly, this is the problem with Shin Osaka - too many exits, lack of consistent signage, easily getting lost and having to navigate the freeway as a pedestrian. I suggest the hotel could give some directions to patrons about which exit to find (Minami Gate) and then it’s just around the corner.

- Xiaoying (2/5): Disappointed - close to Shin-Osaka station We were genuinely disappointed that the hotel front desk refused to assist us in disposing of a completely broken suitcase, even though we explicitly offered to pay an additional fee for the service. Under Osaka’s waste disposal regulations, such an item is classified as oversized garbage and cannot be discarded casually. Proper disposal requires making an advance reservation with municipal services several days ahead of time. For travelers like us, who were about to leave Osaka the next day, this made compliant disposal practically impossible. At the same time, we had multiple pieces of luggage and simply could not carry a broken suitcase with us. As a last resort, we spent an entire evening dismantling it into smaller parts so it would no longer qualify as oversized waste, and left it in the room. Situations like this put guests in an unreasonable position. Many travelers facing similar constraints may feel compelled to dispose of large waste improperly. By refusing even paid assistance, the hotel effectively shifts the burden onto guests and risks encouraging non-compliant or even unlawful disposal practices.😓 Additionally, the hotel’s cleanliness and housekeeping services were disappointing. We found a damaged toilet seat upon arrival and requested a room change. However, the issues continued. We accidentally left a toothbrush in the first room and a pair of women's Mary Jane shoes in the second room after transferring. The cleaning staff failed to notice these items in both rooms. To make matters worse, we never received any notification about the lost property, even four days after our departure. Since we had already left Japan, we could not recover our belongings. It is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for the staff to overlook guest belongings twice without making any effort to contact us.😅😡

- Chiye (8/5): Good place to stay if you have an early train to catch from Shin Osaka. - The breakfast was a great way to start off the day. We especially liked the Japanese breakfast. We had a little trouble finding the hotel at first but once we figured out how, it was very convenient and close to the station. The room was clean and comfortable but space is tight. There’s not a whole lot of space to move around once you have your luggage spread out.
- Mihail (8/5): Normal short stay in Shin-Osaka. - I didn't particularly like it... because I prefer the Y's Hotel in the same area. Yes, it's very close to the station. Yes, hotel has a restorane. Yes, overall, everything is clean and quite new. But... nothing special. They may not be to blame, but the information leak affected them. I wasn't caught, but I did receive emails "from them." The railway is nearby, and the approaches to the hotel are narrow. Well, again, nothing special, other than being part of a large chain.
