SABIDURÍA DEL CORAZÓN (7/5): - Buena ubicación, a lado de Kocatepe y Kizilay. La parada de guaguas de Köroğlu cami en la calle trasera está en la ruta de las principales líneas. El personal, tanto de recepción, como de limpieza y restaurante es cortés y profesional. Las vistas de la habitación son fantásticas y el aparcamiento en la entrada es muy cómodo. El desayuno tipo bufé está bien surtido. Las instalaciones están viejas y deterioradas. El hotel necesita una reforma integral. El precio es un poco elevado, teniendo en cuenta esta circunstacia.

Sayak (3/5): Really dated facility, restaurant food has plastic pieces in it. - Location and polite staff. The standard room was extremely dated only one socket behind a bedside table to charge phone, no phone to call the reception. I ordered food for room service and the cup was dirty and club sandwich had pieces of hard plastic toothpick in it, choking hazard. I do not recommend this place at all.

Kjær Svane (5/5): - Jeg boede på hotellet en uge. Lejligheden var rummelig og generelt god. Køkkenet var dårligt udstyret med de nødvendige ting til madlavning og service til to personer. Jeg bookede hotellet bl.a. fordi jeg så dejligt billeder på booking.com af en have med liggestole, men miljøret omkring poolen og haven virkede forladt. Dørene til haven var låst og rengøringen var ikke optimal. Der var mørkt og ikke indbydende i poolområdet. Jeg gjorde personalet bekendt med min utilfredshed, og de beklage meget. Alligevel blev der ikke gjort rent. Måske overfladisk, men ikke som der bør på et offentligt område. Kanten rundt om poolen var sort af skidt, og man skulle bede om en nøgle for at få åbnet til haven. Morgenmaden var basal. Restauranten virkede slidt, hvilket hotellet generelt gjorde.

Filipe (9/5): Good place when visiting Ankara - Incredibly clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped with everything a family with a small baby might need to spend some days. The employees were all super friendly and available to help out.
Chris (10/5): - This place has a kind of 'faded glory'. A nice property in a decent location, with free parking, friendly staff and plenty of local amenities, just needs some renovations. Pool is nice and gym is ok, but some machines need fixing. The view from our second floor room was stunning, we could see right across the city. Spacious room and comfy beds, although the sofa bed was complicated to set up and we never did work out how to close it. Decent self serve breakfast and washing machine in the bathroom came in useful, just be aware if you intend cooking for yourself there is just 2 pans, some plates, spoons and forks - nothing else, no utensils, cups, glasses... maybe you could ask the staff, we were only staying one night so no issue for us.

Verified traveler (10/5): Konfor, Manzara ve Kolaylık - Salonu ve mutfağı olması tercih sebebimiz. Gerçekten konforlu ve temizdi. Tencere tava gibi mutfak gereçlerimizi yanımızda getirdik. Malzemeleri dışarıdan online sipariş ettik, sağ olsunlar kapımıza kadar getirdiler. Manzarasına denecek söz yok. Odaların ses yalıtımının da gayet iyi olduğunu söylemek isterim, yan odada tv açıkken kapıyı kapattığımız anda yatak odası tamamen sessizdi. Sadece açıklamada küvet/duş kombinaysonu yazıyordu ancak sadece duştu. Bizim için çok büyük bir problem olmadığı için çıkışta resepsiyona da bildirdik, ilgileneceklerini söylediler. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık yolumuz düşerse tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel oldu. Emeği geçenlere teşekkürler.
Derya (6/5): - We only stayed one night and it was more than fine for our purpose. This is an older hotel that needs updating but it was clean and in a good location. We rented a connected double room with kitchen but kitchen cabinets were completely empty with not even glasses or basic silverware provided (in case you were expecting any for longer stays)
Sabi (8/5): Amazing view of Ankara from my room, big pool and gym and friendly residents and staff! - Room was slightly dated, but it is clean with an amazing view of ankara. The bathroom was clean and specious. Shower works great too. Breakfast has a nice selection from eggs, to melon and cheese and breads. The pool downstairs was the highlight for me, also a gym that I didn't use and a sauna but it was jot working. Erdem the receptionist is extremely helpful, along with all the staff. Easy access to buses to Kizilay from the main street or they can call you a taxi. Would be nice if there was some alternative things for breakfast.. apart from that, for the price you get a lovely comfortable hotel.. with a nice lobby and relaxation room with beautiful ottoman paintings and a piano, that I listened a guest playing.

Baanu (6/5): Ok, however pictures does not represent the current state of the property - Staff are great, friendly and helpful and the do go above to help where they can. We had 2 x 2bed apartment and 1 x double bed for a family gathering, so spent a lot of time in the property. The larger apartments were spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The location was great for us, it's calm and quiet neighbourhood with cafes and a shop near by. The property is in need of renovation. The pictures on the website are of the property but maybe from long time ago. The air conditioning system is very old and not effective at all. It was super hot at night and not comfortable specially for the children. There was a problem with our door system for all rooms which meant we needed a new card almost every time we tried to access the rooms, which was super frustrating after the 10th visit to the reception. However we were told this problem was only with our party! The fitness centre was most disappointing! only two of the equipment was actually working and it was super hot in there as no air-conditioning. The pool water was cold, we had two small children with us so this was not comfortable the whole space is dungeon like with no atmosphere. When it comes to the 'Spa" there was a door with sauna written on it but this was not on and the shower was one that we avoided. Breakfast: Limited items which wasn't an issue however with one person serving rooms and topping up the buffet this meant that often we had to wait for food and coffee to be topped up. The wifi is poor and keeps cutting off. The property is fine but not what it is advertised at. I believe if they were to update their pictures and manage travellers expirations then informed decision can be made in regards to staying in the property. I would also recommend to reconsider 4* rating.

Miguel (10/5): Nice places for families - We stay at one of the apparments with my family. There was a lot of space for the kids, and 3 separates rooms. Restaurant have many options and drinks, and there are some simple dishes avaible 24 hrs. We have to stay longer and the staff help us with all the accommodations. The staff is very friendly and supportive, the made you feel at home. On in all is a good place to stay with family. Location is good. Many good restaurants nearby and is very close to downtown using taxi to main attractions is affordable. The place is good if you plan for long stay.

Nazanin (10/5): I will come back again 🤩 - Very lovely quiet place. I choose it because in the pictures I could see that the rooms and the apartments are pretty big and have nice decoration. But the very touching point, staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. I believe that the manager should really proud of them.

A little away from city turbulence, here u can enjoy weather and walk in streets without hustle of traffic. Should facilitate a transportation or shuttle service to kisley square as u have to take a taxi of approx 150 Turkish lira (one way) if u want to go to the hub of shopping mall and restaurants of kizely

Monica (8/5): Excellent service! - We came for a 4 nigths stay as a family. We booked the 2 bedroom alternative, and it was perfect! We had the most amazing view of the entire city from both windows and balcony. The kitchen was very good, but lacked plates and glasses. But here comes the best part of the stay: The service was excellent! Anything we asked was provided immideately by a helpful and smiling staff, I have never experienced better service! So, even if the furniture in the livingroom was a bit old and worn out and it seemed to be few guests at this particular time of the year, we will definitely stay here during our next visit to Ankara too.

Holly (9/5): close to local embassies, value, room service good menu, really enjoyed our stay, city view, great hot water and shower - visited area for local embassy and after traveling overnight arriving early morning we were able to check in early without previous plans. used booking.com on spot and checked in right after. is older building and older furniture but for the value and attentive nice staff would definitely stay again. we ordered meals through room service. Great food and economical prices wifi was spotty not strong but with so many guests using probably just slows the wifi . was able to use just had to sign in a few times. but got the price no complaints just fyi for those that may need strong wifi

Farshad (9/5): A comfortable location for family - The stuff were very cooperative and did whatever I asked. I had to cancel my reservation 3 days earlier and although they were not obligated the returned my rest of money. I asked for microwave system to warm up my kid's milk and they provided it for me. The hotel has a generous management. The building is old style but nice design. It needs renovation.

Imtiaz (10/5): Exceptional - Facilities, location,comfortable When we were leaving six o lock in the morning the guy at reception produced a bill of nearly six thousand Turkish lira and insisted to pay.I explained to him that all the charges have been paid and I showed the receipt to him but he was still forcing us to pay the my wife became very upset after arguments he admitted that his colleagues never told him. I can’t understand that such a big hotel and have poor computer program software or this gentleman wants to keep this extra money for himself which I am sure of that.
Louise (8/5): Comfortable for a few days, attentive staff, nice breakfast - The breakfast was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were cleaned daily and well. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of storage space. The safe was useful and working for when out of the room. The location was next to a main street where it was easy to get food and groceries. If you get a room with a kitchen you have to ask for cooking things, and they bring it to you based on what you ask for. There were holes in the carpet and couch from cigarettes, the wifi was not good - it was very slow and disconnected often due to poor signal. The hotel is older than it looks in the pictures and the bathroom smelled like mildew, but it functioned well.

The swimming pool was closed and the entire hotel is getting old. The staff is doing its best but it was overpriced when come ared with other hotels in the neighbourhood without swimming pool.

The room has that classic/old fashion of those running-down hotel built in the ‘70s and never renovated; and it was probably from the ‘70s that the room was used by smokers, because it was not able to stay inside for the smell of smoke. We left the window open for an entire afternoon but the smell did not go away, walls were soaked in the smoke. Pillows were full of stains (don’t wanna know what kind). The bathroom was quite clean except for the rusty towel holder (maybe there since the construction of the hotel) and the shower where the water did not go down. Breakfast was kinda poor, not too many things.
