- Iva (8/5): - Zajímavý retro hotel s krásným výhledem. Pokojíky maličkě, ale dostačující. Jídlo s fantastickým výběrem. Obsluha v jídelně velmi milá. Rovněž ve skybaru. Skibus jezdí přímo od hotelu, takže velmi pohodlná doprava do střediska. Bazén dost velký na plavání. Otevřený celý den bez nutnosti rezervace Byli jsme jen na víkend, užili jsme si to a rádi se vrátíme.

- dora312 (10/5): Nice experience - The Horizont Hotel offers exceptional comfort for family vacations, and the hotel's facilities and services allow you to spend your afternoons and evenings actively after skiing. Our family and friends visit this hotel every year, and I hope this tradition will continue. It is a unique hotel with a friendly atmosphere and helpful, kind, and dedicated staff. Maximum comfort, cleanliness, and excellent cuisine are a matter of course here. Everything is tailored to any kind of activity: a ski bus to the slopes, a children's ski lift opposite the hotel, a cable car to Sněžka around the corner, a sauna, a swimming pool, a whirlpool, a gym, massages... There is a parallel program for children in the children's corner. The staff are pleasant and appreciate your loyalty. In short, I highly recommend it!

- Lars (9/5): Tolles Hotel. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hin! - Tolles Ambiente, sehr gutes Essen. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Charme. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen aber alles ist sauber und in Schuss. Parkplatz. Gerade wenn es viel geschneit hat, ist es nicht sehr schön mit parken. Man muss für den Parkplatz Geld bezahlen, dafür könnte man dann auch etwas mehr Komfort erwarten.

- Frank (8/5): Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Kurzurlaub. - Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Teppich im Zimmer wurde leider nicht abgesaugt, so dass man die kleinen Steinchen (Streugut) immer unter den Füßen hatte.

- Petr (4/5): Cena byla dost vysoká na to abychom řešili problémy - Pokoj čistý, personál příjemný Večeře nedosahovala úrovně školní jídelny. Opravdu se to nedalo jíst. Snídaně byla fajn než jsme ochutnali ovocný koláč. Mysleli jsme že zápach jde ze špatně vysušeného nádobí. Ale koláč byl plesnivý. Obsluha ho ihned stáhla.

- Tabea (5/5): Schlechter Service, Renovierungsstau - Reinigungspersonal/Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich und sehr gründlich Zimmer waren sehr klein. Renovierungsstau in allen Bereichen. Personal beim Frühstück -& Abendessen war großteils sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich. Der Wellnessbereich war nicht gut, 1 sehr kleine Sauna, der Ruheraum war eiskalt und zügig. Der Pool war kalt, der Whirlpool war auch zu kalt und schmutzig. Es hat extrem nach Chlor gerochen. Personal beim Sport-& Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls unfreundlich. Der Sport- und Fitnessbereich war nicht wie abgebildet (es gab kein Laufband), die Geräte waren veraltet, teilweise kaputt und mit Klebeband notdürftig repariert. Hanteln waren rostig. Niemand hat die Geräte desinfiziert. Es roch sehr unangenehm im Fitnessraum.

- Roman (10/5): Krásný víkend a super hotel. - Na prvním místě musím vyzdvihnout vynikající švédské stoly ráno i večer – velký výběr a vše čerstvé. Bazén i sauna byly skvělé, okolí nádherné a klidné. Prostě perfektní víkend, rádi se sem znovu vrátíme! Pokoje jsou trochu zastaralé, ale čisté a na víkend to vůbec nevadí.
