La struttura è stupenda, curata e molto accogliente, e la camera era semplicemente bellissima: spaziosa, pulita e molto confortevole. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente il personale, sempre accogliente, cordiale e disponibile, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Se proprio devo trovare una piccola pecca, il servizio della cena è stato un pochino lento, ma nulla che rovini l’esperienza complessiva. Nel complesso è stato tutto perfetto: tornerei assolutamente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole a Bormio.

There were great bar and food options on site and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and went out of their way to make our stay special. Could hear some noise from the road so just something to be aware of if you’re not used to being so close to a road.

- Motta (9/5): Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno! - Ambiente pulito e super accogliente, spazi comuni ampi con vibes da ostello. Personale gentile e qualificato, sempre a tua disposizione. Ottima prima colazione. Io e il mio partner abbiamo apprezzato molto la bellezza degli spazi comuni con la possibilità di socializzare con altri ragazzi. Posizione della stanza al piano terra, vicino la reception e i bagni di uso comune. Si sentivano tutti i rumori provenienti dall'area comune, ma la problematica è stata risolta con la possibilità di prendere gratuitamente dei tappi per le orecchie alla reception!

Unico neo la posizione: posto all’inizio del centro abitato, quindi per raggiungere il centro storico e zone annesse con le basse temperature dei giorni scorsi noi abbiamo proferito prendere l’auto anche se per pochi minuti. Inoltre per chi ha sonno leggero i rumori della strada principale sono ben udibili (per lo meno dalle stanze che si affacciano sul lato strada), in reception ho visto che sono disponibili tappi per le orecchie. A parte questo tutto molto bello. Complimenti.

Non c’è possibilità di regolare in autonomia la temperatura della stanza, occorre chiedere al personale della reception negli orari di apertura. Non viene fornita una scheda dei servizi disponibili e i suggerimenti per il soggiorno (ristoranti, luoghi da visitare)

Da ritornarci più che volentieri! - Personale cordiale e attento al dettaglio (la persona che viaggiava con me era intollerante al lattosio e si sono premurati di ordinare, per ogni colazione, dolci di pasticceria apposta per lei). Inoltre la struttura è veramente bella e tenuta benissimo. I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura poi sono fantastici, super gentili e disponibili che ti fanno sentire a casa fin dal primo istante! ci torneremo sicuro. Super raccomandato. è molto più che un ostello!
