- ricardo (10/5): todo bien en general - Todo muy bien, excelente trato, limpio y a buen precio, el restaurante muy bueno, solo dos cosas, 1, la puerta no tiene seguro fisico interior, cualquier con llave entra a la habitacion estando tu dentro y la puerta no tiene mirilla y 2, te salen con que los sabados no puedes pagar con tarjeta "porque ese dia pagan empleados" y te cobran mas iva la comida, de no ser por eso, experiencia de 10, empleados amables.

El hotel está a pocas cuadras del centro de la ciudad lo cual permite hacer un pequeño y muy agradable recorrido a pie por la zona.

- LD (6/5): Hotel muy frío. - En general el hotel está bien, es nuevo, yo no conocía Tulancingo, pero me cuentan que suele ser muy frío en estas fechas, por ende la habitación era un verdadera nevera, aunque realmente en estos días me tocó un buen clima, de cualquier manera la habitación es muy fría, estar en la calle era mejor que en la habitación. Sería muy bueno que el gerente o alguien del personal durmiera al menos un noche, para que comprendan de lo que escribo. gracias. LD
