- Connie (10/5): We enjoyed our stay. The amenities were excellent - Loved being close to Graceland. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. Room and bathroom was clean and well appointed. Loved that the shuttle took us to and from Graceland and to the airport. Staff except for person who checked us in were friendly and helpful. Miss Duffy was the best. Made us feel so welcome. The man who checked us in was short with me and not friendly at all. He did what he was supposed to, but made me feel like I was bothering him!

I'm a breakfast person (😁) and to be able to start my day with such a wonderful array of delicious assortment of food was a positive start to the day. There's nothing that I did not like. The rooms were fresh and clean, towels and other amenities were changed frequently. The hotel was nice and clean and staff were on top of their game.

On March 19, the hotel charged me again and told me to contact Booking to get a refund. However, I have been contacting Booking since March, and they keep telling me that my rewards are active to use, but when I check my account, the balance shows zero. I had a loss of $442. No one gets back to me, and they are not resolving my issue.

We had the pleasure of having Ms. Bernie greet us at the front and Caitlyn at the free breakfast. The rooms were very nice and I believe we got great rooms for the value we paid. They were clean and we loved the floors with no carpet. Every once in a while you could hear a plane overhead but not enough to be annoying. You could still get some sleep. We didn’t get to use any of the amenities in our 3 day stay but we did see the exercise room and the pool area and they looked really clean.

The guy who checked us in when we arrived said that he couldn’t take the booking I had through booking.com even though that was paid for. He made me cancel the booking and then rebooked for the same room at a higher rate. When we complained to the manager in the morning she said it would be refunded within the day but it still hasn’t been refunded.

We arrived to breakfast late she went above and beyond to make sure we had plenty, made extra items filled the pancakes and brought them to our table. The hotel is new and clean the beds are comfortable hence the late arrival to breakfast. This location has been easy to navigate town. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling here.

From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. Bernie at the front desk was amazing—friendly, professional, and made check-in smooth and welcoming. She really set the tone for a great stay. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Ms. Duffie and Michelle went above and beyond—they were incredibly warm, attentive, and created such a positive atmosphere. It made the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a very welcoming environment, and the staff truly made the difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis.

Mr Maurice (security) was super genuine and kind to my son, even gave him a few dollars and a much needed pep talk. Ms Michelle refilled our sausage and eggs during breakfast while greeting our family with love and positivity. Ms Duffie was genuine and very hospitable. This was a wonderful visitation and a very clean hotel and wonderful staff. Thank you so much and we will be back. Please recognize these four individuals because they treated us like family. - jasminerI5469LY (10/5): The staff are amazing, room is large and clean. - Ms Duffy you are a ray of sunshine 🌞 The staff were all lovely but Ms Duffy in particular made our experience so memorable and pleasant. She cooked a hell of a breakfast, she drove us around with care and even laughed, joked and engaged with us the whole stay. This lady is an asset to the Holiday Inn ❤️ Cedric and Deedee also made our stay so easy and fun. They organised our shuttle etc and did it with zero hesitation every time! The room was a great size and very clean. The laundry room was also easy and convenient to use while travelling. We'll be back if we ever stay in Memphis again as we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

We needed a shuttle when our rental car was not available, this was arranged and arrived quickly with a very friendly driver. And they shuttled us back again the next day to get a car. The front desk went above and beyond — they helped us book a meal and even arranged a pink limo to collect us for free, which was such a fun and unexpected touch! Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean, making it a really comfortable stay. Breakfast was self-service with plenty of options to choose from. Michelle, who was working at breakfast, was absolutely wonderful — always cheerful and friendly, keeping the area spotless and constantly topping everything up. Exceptional service from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis!

The staff were all wonderful, especially Michelle who prepared an excellent breakfast. She immediately took care of the pancake machine when it needed a new bag and the bacon was far above expectations! Her personality was warm and welcoming.

As we were checking-in a group of people came in for what looked to be some Game Night and every single one of them said hi personally to the young lady at the front. One person told me “Miss Jasmine is so nice, you’ll like her.” I got the feeling this was a community Game Group, which was awesome. The next morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast before heading to the airport and I got to speak to Ms. Duffie who was the sweetest and very personable. We also loved the location due to its proximity to Graceland and the airport. We would absolutely stay here agin.

I had a problem with heat and she went to my room to show me how to turn on the heater. On. Next morning I hit the coffee bar early and the 2 girls working were so friendly and made sure I had coffee for the road. This place met all my expectations and more. - dawnlZ7850VP (10/5): Great Staff and nice place to stay - We stayed here just before Christmas 2025, so we could do the Christmas tour at Graceland, which was just down the street. Hotel was clean, comfy rooms, enjoyable breakfast. Special shout out to Ms. Duffie, and Ms. Celes, who worked the breakfast shifts when we were there. They were wonderfully helpful and very hospitable. Gave us some great info about the area. I hope their supervisors see this because they went above and beyond. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
