• Rachel (8/5): Decent place to stay - Decent place to stay. Air conditioning is cold, which is great! Check in took forever, there was no one at the desk with a sign saying they would be right back. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to come. The air freshener in the lobby is awful and gave me an instant headache so having to wait around in it sucked. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

• Teresa (10/5): We were pleased with our stay, and we would stay there again if we were in the area. - The breakfast was adequate, everything was fresh. There was fruit, muffins, different breads, bagels, hot items, etc. we did not leave hungry. , One of the two elevators wasn’t working, which meant longer wait time going up and down. At least the other one was working.

Got 2 calls from the front desk saying the person under us was complaining about noise and it’s been for hours. When we were literally not there. We heard it when we got there but it wasn’t complaining worthy. There were ALOT of families with kids staying at the hotel. Staff was really nice. But my son is autistic and it made me feel like he had to be on pins and needles whenever he moved

• m (4/5): Please make sure there is no hair on the bedding or towels! - Pool Comfort Happy hour is a nice touch Staff Ethernet option Basketball court Very disgusted w the amounts of hair found. Attempted to use sheets in the closet that were bagged but they were clearly not clean. There was hair on it I could see through the plastic bag. Went down to get more bedding and that bedding also had multiple strands of hair on it. I ended up buying bedding at Walmart. 2 strikes. Went to the pool and a towel also had hair on it. I’m disappointed and disgusted honestly. Besides that the stay was ok. But that was just too many instances where I found hair.

• Mary (10/5): - The staff is always friendly. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. I LOVE the Social hours on M,T&W night from 5:30-7. Thats such a wonderful perk. This is by far my favorite hotel. We come here every year to visit family and we only stay here. The elevator was having issues. 1 of them was moving extremely slow and the other one the door wouldn't shut properly. So we had to use the stairs the whole visit. Which was a bit of an inconvenience for my cousin who is handicapped. But things happen, and even with this it was still a great stay as usual.

It was a good size so my mom could have enough room to walk around, she’s disabled and she needs to use her walker. I wish we could have been there earlier to check out the hotel more than we did. Everyone I talked too on the staff was wonderful., The pet fee’s were too much and I wasn’t notified of them. Even though I don’t like the fee I understand you need to make sure you have a deposit in case they need to fix anything that was ruined.

• Myungsook (10/5): Excellent Plus - The cleanliness and safety were my favorite of all. Upscale hangers and a suitcase rack were helpful. The full-size refrigerator is always useful for storing food and cooking with lovely, clean dishes. It feels like home away from home! The breakfast was not as good as at other locations. It was one of my excitements to choose the stagebridge. The breakfast dish had a minimum of items and didn't even include milk or a choice of yogurt, for example. It was quite a disappointment.

• Dremeia (1/5): Horrible!!! - The room was infested with roaches. I notified the front desk and they told me they sprayed the day before which tells me they were aware. We had to carry bags out in the middle of the night to ensure we didn’t carry any pests home. It’s was an awful experience.

The location was terrific whereas restaurants and bargain shopping stores were in short driving distance away. The parking was a little challenging because hotel was filled to capacity. This is interesting because hotel next door spaces were mostly empty. Whereas, this had nothing to do with the hotel staff or facility. A couple left their pet unattended. The dog barked a lot because of separation anxiety. When I asked staff to check on dog, they did so immediately. The couple knew their pet did not like being left alone.

• Nannie Mae (10/5): We loved it and so did our grands! - We didn't get breakfast from there but it looked like a nice set up. The staff is so sweet and friendly. We only stay at this hotel in both states. Always like how the parking lot is patrolled heavily. Our bed at the hotel in Georgia is super soft. This bed didn't feel the same. We still slept good though.

Our room was spacious, comfy beds comfy and a nice bath area. My son and grandson enjoyed using the gym and pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious. A good location near restaurants, shopping and the interstate. I'd stay here again.
• odessa (6/5): Don't Book Through Hotels.com for this Hotel - The stay itself was fine - amenities were great, people were super nice, and it's local to everything. The problem we encountered was actually when we checked out. We originally booked through Hotels.com the night we intended to arrive, August 29, using Affirm but didn't actually check in until 2a on August 30. For whatever reason, this screwed up our checkout, leaving us with an extra charge on a separate account. We contacted Hotels.com about this and the hotel supposedly never responded to verify so they told us there was nothing they could do. I contacted the hotel directly and they told me their manager wasn't available; it was 6a so I understood and called back after 7a. The manager still wasn't available but the concierge was great, looked into my claim and said they would refund the charge within 10 to 12 business days. It's been 13 days and $178.41 hasn't been returned. Just book through the hotel and save yourself this trouble.
