• Stephen (4/5): Very, very poor quality… - Well located for our purposes of searching potential homes to buy as we prepare to relocate to Lancaster, PA Very, very dated… shower curtain torn, refrigerator making constant noises keeping one up at night, toilet seat not fastened to toilet, toilet not fastened to floor, TV picture frequently ‘freezing-up’, no TV guide indicating what programs are available for viewing on TV, limited flatware (1 fork, 1 knife, 0 teaspoons, 4 tablespoons), front door makes very loud noise when closing, lobby has PC for guest use, but printer doesn’t function because printer cartridge has not been replaced, listing of nearby restaurants very, very poor and not kept up-to-date and front desk staff not very knowledgeable or helpful.

The shower head had hard water stains and there were indications of moldy spots along the corners of the shower and soap area. There were stains on the chair underneath the cushion.

Rooms are falling apart…toilet seat was falling off of the toilet, busted cabinets in the bathrooms, etc. Also, we were never contacted about nor received a refund for our deposit of $40.

• Lacey (5/5): Clean and friendly facility, but noisy and hard to stay asleep. - The hotel was clean, room was big, staff was friendly. Walls are so thin. You can hear everything in the room next to you and above you. I sleep with a white noise machine and I was up all night because I could hear conversations and foot steps even over the white noise.

• Amanda (9/5): The hotel was very nice. We loved our room. Will stay again - The comfort and how quiet it was. Also the onsite laundry. The cookies sold at the little store in the lobby were expired. But still sold to us. but when I went to the desk and told them about it. She let my daughter pick out anything she wanted to snack on and told us that she would take a look and get rid of expired items.

The volume on the TV wasn't the best. Seemed like the TVs sound system wasn't that good. But that's it.

• pete (6/5): Hotel was great, communicating with the hotel less was not ideal - The room was clean and quiet, kitchenette was very useful given that I was in town with my daughter for a sports tournament. Location was good, close to food and reasonably close to Lancaster (~10mins). In person, the staff were helpful and cheerful. I had to change my reservation to arrive one day later than planned and communicating with the hotel was frustrating!! After contacting the hotel through the Booking.com app to no avail, I called the hotel to speak with a representative and indicated that I wanted to keep my reservation and that I was fine to pay for the day I didn't use. When I arrived I was informed that I was marked as a no-show and that I had to rebook. This situation may be a result of using a third party app but I was left needing to make multiple calls to Booking.com to resolve the issue.

Lots of storage for anyone having an extended stay. Maybe I missed it, but a coffee station in the lobby would have been nice. However you can make your own in the room.
