LT_Dallas (6/5): Good Location, a little dated but comfortable - This is a good location for Littleton or Centennial. The rates are fair, it includes breakfast and the rooms are comfortable. It is showing some age, but it is kept clean. There are minimal items in the kitchens, but enough to get by for a few days. The view of the mountains is very pretty. What they do for fragrance throughout the hotel, especially in the guestrooms, is OVERWHELMING, causing me a migraine. That needs to be corrected, or something a guest can correct. And, they need to greet rewards members at least with a bottle of water. Breakfast has good variety. They always seem to be short staffed, but overall would recommend.

yehwhatevr (2/5): Disappointed... Don't stay here if you have any pet sensitivities or allergies as the ENTIRE hotel is pet friendly. - I checked in on Thursday evening, January 1, 2026, after traveling from Southern California to Denver to celebrate a late Christmas with my daughter who lives in the area. I had stayed at this hotel previously and had a wonderful experience - so much so that I left a glowing five-star review, posted multiple photos, and even a video. I was genuinely excited to stay again. Unfortunately, that excitement was very short-lived. At check-in, I requested a top floor room and was assigned a second-floor room instead. I understand that requests are not guaranteed, so I accepted this without issue and went to my room. About an hour after unpacking, I began sneezing and coughing and felt a tightness in my lungs. As someone who suffers from allergies, I assumed this was a normal reaction, took allergy medication, and went to bed. I woke up multiple times during the night coughing and sneezing and generally feeling unwell. The next morning I woke up with extremely red, swollen, itchy, watery eyes and severe congestion. I quickly showered and prepared to leave. As I passed the front desk, I stopped and asked (Pam) a simple question: “I’m in room 209 - is that a pet room?” She replied, “The entire hotel is pet-friendly.” I asked for clarification: “You mean every single room is a pet room?” She again replied “The entire hotel is pet-friendly.”…. I then replied “Well, I guess that explains this (as I pointed to my very swollen red watery eyes and congested nose) She responded very curtly, “YEP” I was genuinely shocked. That policy seems unnecessary, impractical, and a significant deviation from standard hospitality practices. I left the property very upset and concerned about how I would make it through the remaining 3 nights feeling as terrible as I did. I contacted IHG through their website and spoke with a compassionate and helpful agent named Girlie. She fully understood my concerns and attempted to contact the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. She told me she would send the details via urgent fax and that someone would contact me within 24 hours. She confirmed that I was not currently at the hotel and asked for the best phone number to reach me; I provided my cell phone number. No one ever contacted me. I waited the full 24 hours, then followed up again with IHG. Shortly after my follow up, I was contacted briefly by the hotel manager, Brad. During our short conversation, I explained both my frustration with the all-pet policy and my physical reaction to the room. He stated that he had called me the night before, but that he had called the room - even though he already knew I was not on property and had my cell phone number. He then abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence… This makes it very difficult to believe that he made any sincere effort to reach or assist me. He did not leave a message (if in fact he did call the room), he did not call my cell phone, and did not attempt any other form of contact. Additionally, I was later provided with the hotel’s internal response notes, which were both inaccurate and insulting. Brad referred to my allergy reaction as “alleged,” falsely stated that I had already stayed 5 nights when my reservation was only 4 nights total and I had only stayed ONE night at that point, and labeled me as rude for simply stating facts and expressing legitimate concerns. His tone reflected a lack of empathy, professionalism, and accountability. My reaction was not subtle or fabricated. My eyes were visibly red, swollen, and burning. I relied on allergy pills, allergy eye drops, and allergy nasal spray continuously just to function. Anyone who saw me could tell something was wrong, I looked (and felt) terrible. This situation is not merely an inconvenience, it is a health and accessibility issue. By refusing to offer any pet-free accommodations and by dismissing my physical reaction as “alleged,” the hotel failed to engage in any reasonable effort to accommodate a health-related accessibility need. I feel this issue needs to be reviewed not only as a service failure, but as a failure to reasonably accommodate a health-related accessibility need. To be clear: I fully support hotels being pet-friendly. I understand how important that is for many travelers. However, designating every single room as pet-friendly eliminates any option for guests with allergies, sensitivities, or even simple personal preferences for a pet-free environment. Accommodating one group should not require completely disregard of another. This is not “me versus pets.” This is a common-sense operational concern. There is absolutely no reason this hotel could not designate a pet-free floor or a portion of rooms to accommodate guests with allergies or sensitivities, while still serving pet owners. The current policy suggests that the people who implemented it do not personally suffer from allergies and did not consider how it would impact others. I am deeply disappointed — in the condition of the room, in the dismissive responses I received, and in the complete lack of basic human compassion shown by a hotel manager in the hospitality industry.

The people were nice and I really was looking forward to being there, but my rating for this stay is at three stars because the facility uses such highly scented cleaners that I could barely breath. It was the floor cleaner because I had to go rinse off the floor with water and paper towels in order to reduce the smell. The windows do not open so that floor cleaner scent was just strong and stuck. It permeated into the hallway. We were there for the night only as we were driving across country to the get another state. I'm just happy my wife and I did not get a migraine from that.

Rebecca (6/5): Cleaning supply smell overwhelming - The odor of the cleaning supplies was overwhelming. (That said, the room was clean but we had to prop the door open and turn the fan on.). No maid service on Sundays. Breakfast bar was poorly attended on Sunday, fine on Monday.

Dennis (2/5): If you are a dog or cat this is the place for you - The good: Nice sunset view The bad: EVERY room animal friendly- not advertised; general animal smell; torn carpet; gum on chair & ottoman; outdated furnishings; rusty shower; looks like same dirty cloth used to clean mirrors, TV's and fridge; dirty; sticky floor in bathroom and kitchenette; wife fell and broke her hip at hotel; staff reaction was, "oh".

I asked to be checked in early but it was not addressed. I felt like the man at the desk around 230pm was not helpful whatsoever and seemed bothered by paying guests.

Dennis (4/5): Mediocre at best - Super mediocre. Room was musty. The breakfast has a good selection but the Gen Z person allegedly in charge couldn’t be bothered to take her earphones out to refresh the coffee urns, the yogurt and fruit buffet or to even clean the dishes and utensils. Convenient location but needs TLC or staff that cares even a little bit. Guy at the front desk was helpful…on the plus side.

Raimi (8/5): - Breakfast was phenomenal each day! Room could have been cleaner--carpets worn & need a deep clean, floors in bathroom vanity area needed deep clean, bed skirt had stains on it. The mattresses are pretty soft & worn, probably time for new ones.
Matthew (8/5): Serviceable — sums it up - I’ve always liked this hotel mainly due to its location and proximity to some of our plans, but it’s worth noting that the housekeeping service always uses waaaaay too many chemicals in cleaning the room. (I’m talking about burning nostrils, throat and eyes…) The front desk attendants are usually well-trained but somewhat indifferent to our presence. The breakfast is not particularly healthy but is serviceable (if you don’t care what you’re putting into your body). They were doing construction when we were there, apparently adding on a pool. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were clean, but there were crumbs under and around the couch in the sitting area that our dog unfortunately and easily discovered.
Lindsey (10/5): - This property was centrally located for all the things we wanted... Red Rocks, hiking, brewery, waterfalls. The happy hour was fantastic! The bed was really uncomfortable, but is over looked bc of the 5 stars in every category.

Verified traveler (2/5): $343 for this!?! - The hotel and room smelled like chemicals trying to mask dog/pet odors. The pullout bed had pee stains on it. I mentioned it to the front desk and he said, ‘yeah, I’ve been trying to get my manager to buy new ones’… one of the towels had a blood stain on it. The shower had disgusting and dangerous mold all around the base of the shower. The only thing my children were looking forward to was the pool and it ended up being closed.

Mike (9/5): Nice hotel that we have stayed at before - Better than most hotel breakfasts. The fresh fruit was excellent with strawberries and blueberries. Bed was comfortable. Nice suite with kitchen and living area separate from the bedroom area. Air conditioner was noisy. They should have put the cold air return on the living room side instead of the bedroom, not forward thinking.
Diane (7/5): Sad that the hotel was booked to be together and some changed hotels. - Clean and excellent breakfast We booked our room months ago and there was no notification anywhere that the pool was under repair. The night before our arrival some of the family found out and changed hotels.

Christina (10/5): - One of the reasons i love staying here is that the suites have a bedroom door, which keeps the bedroom area pretty isolated from noise in the hallway when youre trying to sleep. It's a comfy space, and the porch has a firepit with stunning views.

Vicki (10/5): Excellent! Excellent! - Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. It is immaculate inside and outside. Spacious, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is similar to the offerings on a cruise ship! They even have a social gathering Mon-Wed from 5:30-7:00 pm. They provide wine, beer and different snack items each night. We had meatballs and delicious homemade bread.

Eric (4/5): - Upon check in clerk wasnt nicest. Fridge was poor quality. Ice maker did not work. Asked where we could get ice and was told, "in your room, in your freezer." Fire dept was called as elevators broke down twice with people in them. Used stairs from 4th floor with all luggage. Finally, received bill to CC after date of check out. When called they said for pantry purchase. Not us. Was told to call back next week to handle it. Think twice before reserving!
Lawrence (10/5): - Checking in was super easy. The room was what I wanted. The kitchen was a bit dirty and plates seemed to have a residue. I prefer hand washing to the dishwasher. Both sitting areas has a television. Pull out sofa bed was decently comfortable. Plenty of towels and more for the pool if needed. Good enough fitness room to work up a sweat. Staff very pleasant and courteous. I am liking the Stay Bridge brand across the country so far! Will be looking for more when traveling, thank you Stay Bridge!

But the cleaning team used a chemical that was not diluted and inhaling the air in the room they gave us resulted in chemical burns that we are still feeling the effects of more than a week later. It was an unfortunate experience and I don’t know if we will try this hotel again.
