Abby (3/5): It was dirty, breakfast was gross, pool was cold. - Dirty sink and floor in our room. Hair on towel.. the room tile had crumbs right in the entry way and carpet throughout the entire hotel was dirty. Elevator buttons were gross and sticky. Breakfast was awful. Rock hard bagels. 0 banana or apples . Juice was way too sweet. Pool freezing & old rust all around chair lift. Pool shower was missing the handle& nozzle head. Gross. It was overall gross. Paperthin walls the next room was loud all night. I wish we drove straight to our destination, would never recommend and will never be back

Maxine (10/5): - Very clean Pool water was very cold and you did not have tea bags for the breakfast. I always have a cup of hot tea with my breakfast I don’t like coffee. My husband drinks coffee but didn’t care for yours.

Sharon (2/5): - The room was not very clean under the Hyderabad was all kinds of trash and half eaten Pizza there was a razor blade on the bathroom floor there was a terrible smell throughout the building the area rugs were full of dirt and mud the breakfast tables in the chairs were dirty the swimming pool was very small the night staff was rude and talking about other staff on the second day we were there we had to switch rooms because there was a lot of water leaks from the ceiling it was not a very comfortable say it was me and five kids and I will not stay at this location again
john (1/5): the website is misleading and the hotel should have let me know so i could have went elsewhere - did not even stay the website said 2 double beds then when i ordered it, it said it was not guaranteed. so i emailed them and they said they would try but was not guaranteed. i got no call and no email before i arrived that they could not fulfil my request
Keith (5/5): Left very tired because my husband nor myself slept good. - Cleanliness Bed and pillows/ were very uncomfortable. Way too soft. Breakfast/ no OJ and only eggs available were a smotheredcheese omelette that was burnt. Biscuits and gravy were OK.

Ashley (10/5): I loved the view, the location was great. The staff was so kind and was extremely accommodating. You won’t be disappoint - It was 8 mins away from everything. It’s not a big deal but the pillows could be more firm.

We noticed mold growing in the shower, although the bathrooms were otherwise spacious and well accommodated. We couldn't get the thermostat to turn on...thankfully the room was a comfortable temperature.
