Special credit to the one who comes in early in the morning to clean the bathroom before the guests take their shower. I found that impressive. On a whole a very helpful and respectful staff. Sometimes the way I was spoken to....loudness, suggestion of frustration...probably culture. At times got the impression I was a bother. People running back and forth making noise like children on the 29th of April and 2nd May.. Internet passes did not work well for the most part. I for one got the impression that people who were previously attempting to disturb my life were able to influence the staff at some point.

- Cheater (1/5): Trash stay. Would not recommend. - Close to subway The rude front desk clerk. She was very unfriendly and when I asked any questions regarding what booking.com stated and what they were asking me for, she became combative and rudely told me I needed to contact my host, because the deposit isn't her problem. Then proceeded to ask me, why I even booked with the them... The TV didn't work and when I was able to get a channel to come in, it was infomercials. The shared bathroom was disgusting and wifi was $10 a day. Went to do laundry and you had to buy a laundry card to load cash on. It cost $10 and could only be loaded $10 at a time. I ended up spending $20 on ONE Load OF LAUNDRY. The wifi was the worst part, because I could have stayed somewhere else and paid just as much money and had amenities most normal places have. Whole place is a scam with hidden fee after hidden fee.

Someone had taken a no2 in the showers and wast cleaned for 3 days even thought we had asked for them to be cleaned . The bathrooms etc were all shared accommodation. Not even a goodwill gesture was offered for the unhygienic situation that everyone was complaining about . Terrible

- Gloria (8/5): Volvería a hospedarme en el lugar - La habitación contaba con parrilla eléctrica y un frigobar, práctico para preparar un desayuno rápido. Tiene buena ubicación, muy cerca de una estación del subway. Times square, Chelsea market, Empire State, Summit, etc. a 15 minutos, algunos menos tiempo para llegar caminando. Agua caliente en la regadera (solo que el baño es compartido). Tenía mis dudas al momento de hacer la reservación por reseñas que leí previamente de otros usuarios, pero al final mi experiencia en el lugar fue buena.

This is completely unacceptable. A decent lost and found policy should include all personal belongings, not just what they decide is valuable. The idea that staff can keep your things if you accidentally leave them behind is incredibly unprofessional and feels dishonest. If you stay here, make sure to sweep the entire room before checking out — because if you forget anything, there’s a good chance you won’t get it back. - Maria Jose (1/5): - Worst Hotel I ever been to. They are scamming, they make you do a deposit of 175 dollars saying that you will get that back but a few days after you have left they just take it from your credit card. Scammers STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A PRIVATE BATHROOM.

- Adil (2/5): - Everything around this facility is great even an homeless is great but the property which goes under the guise of Hotel is not a hotel at all, its scam hostel or collection of multiple receptions operating with zero refund policy and an ego problem of epic proportions. Look the game that I could understand was this facility offers a quick access to beds in new york vicinity alongside to different places and 3 min walk from Empire state building that line is the actual gimmick, look when you in New York you hardly need rides when you have subways and everything around walking distance, the place has 6 Receptions zero value, everyone hustling their own clients or scamming, we were visited by Lord Bugs and When we reported to the host of mine which was not among those 6 receptions in the hostel building, She insulted shouted exact words get use to it and gave credentials of Top Bug contractor of the city took care of the building and you all know the state of new york and bugs go hand in hand. And then very conveniently day later someone went through my stuff and luggage when we were not in the room luckily, how do I know it because I found 2 laundry cards in the room one in the bag and one under the bed. Now you would say you should have report it but to whom apparently all of those receptions downstairs total six mind me and none of it was my host’s And on top of it my 9 month baby got extreme rashes from a bug bites I spent 3000 dollars on this sheet. - Maria (8/5): - I love the location. The place was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We paid an additional fee for late check out. The manager, Eliza Sabet, was rude when she called us saying that we extended our staying. She said, and I quote "I don't have a magic ball to know which guests extended". She might not have a magic ball, but she could have asked the front desk for a list of the guests who PAID EXTRA to stay longer, instead of calling and arguing with guests about their staying. This is basic management skills to coordinate with your staff logistics.

Je n'ai pas apprécié que la wifi ne fasse pas partie du prix car si l'on paye 10 dollars pour 24 heures et on ne reste pas 24 heures dans la chambre. Ce n'est pas avantageux pour le client. C'est inconfortable de ne pas avoir la wifi directement.

The staff doesnt really care about you and there is a ridiculously high property tax aswell as daily taxes you can only pay in cash for. That being said if you do everything right and act accordingly (no guests no arguing) youll be just fine. That being said you can probably get a real hotel with a private bathroom for the same price in the same part of town.
