- Beatriz (6/5): Clean and well kept, but inconsistent rooms and a disappointing breakfast let it down. - The hotel was noticeably clean throughout our stay and housekeeping was attentive, with towels changed regularly without us having to ask. The beds (in most rooms) were comfortable and the ground floor room was pleasant overall. The location worked well for our group. We were an 8 person group split across three rooms, and the experience varied a lot depending on which room you had. The top-floor rooms (6th floor) had no elevator access for the last flight, which was a real inconvenience with luggage. One of those rooms had a second bed that was very small and uncomfortable, both upper-floor bathrooms flooded during showers, the Wi-Fi signal was essentially unusable up there, and the AC unit leaked. The ground floor room was better, though its AC also didn't work properly. Check-out time was way too early. Breakfast was quite basic, with mostly pre-packaged items and very little staff presence throughout the morning.

- ANA GABRIELA (1/5): Poor staff - Room was clean Staff was unprofessional and rude! She told me to leave the keys in the reception because I told her in advance that I had to leave at 6.45am. Nobody was in the reception in the morning, unfortunately. And both doors needed the key to be opened, so I could leave and take my bus. So I was not able to leave the key in the reception. Immediately I used the building intercom to reach out to her, but nobody answered!! So the only way I found out to leave the building was to keep street door opened with my own luggage while I found a hidden place to put the keys. Immediately sent her a message with the picture and information, so she could get the keys right away when she saw the message. After a while she called me and sent me rude messages, but I had already left, because I had to take the bus, as said in advance.

- claudia (6/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero pessimo - La vicinanza alla stazione Tiburtina Per il prezzo pagato la stanza non era davvero all’altezza: il lavandino in bagno era intasato e non scendeva l’acqua la luce dello specchio non funzionava e quella a soffitto andava a intermittenza il ripiano dove appoggia il lavandino era coperto di nastro adesivo e c’era muffa in diversi punti. La colazione non inclusa viene servita soltanto a partire dalle 8.30 salvo spendere 5€ a testa per delle cose confezionate di pessima qualità. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero pessimo.

- Andrea (9/5): Un bellissimo weekend - La proprietaria della struttura è stata veramente cordiale e soprattutto simpatica. Io e la mia morosa ci abbiamo avuto una chiacchierata più che piacevole. La nostra camera era molto accogliente e veramente ampia, oltre che essere molto bella. La vicinanza con la stazione di Tiburtina garantisce un'ottima posizione per spostarsi comodamente per tutta Roma pur trovandosi in un quartiere carino, senza dover finire nei soliti quartieri malfamati che ci si aspetta dalle zone nei pressi delle stazioni più grandi. Considerando che il prezzo del soggiorno è stato veramente basso rispetto alle altre offerte nei paraggi, direi che sono più che soddisfatto e, se mai tornerò a Roma, sarò più che felice di ripresentarmi presso questa struttura. Unica pecca, il bagno. La vasca presentava un po' di sporco incrostato nei pressi dello scarico che non passa di certo inosservato. Il doccino, inoltre, singhiozza un pochettino e fa fatica a buttare fuori acqua nei primi 2/3 minuti di utilizzo.

- Liudmila (8/5): Если приедем в Рим, то обязательно там еще раз остановимся! - Очень приветливый персонал! Для простого отеля все было хорошо и чисто. Был маленький чайник и холодильник. Это удобно, т.к. мы любим пить чай рано утром. Расположение - очень близко к ж/д и автовокзалу. В соседнем доме есть прекрасный ресторан. Сотрудники готовы оставить ваш багаж и до заселения и после, НО нам нужно было оставить чемодан до полуночи и это уже было невозможно. Максимум до 6 часов после выезда... Но ничего, мы нашли на автовокзале камеру хранения. Прямо этом же доме тоже есть, но там он-лайн оплата, а оплата за наличные только на автовокзале, стойка №9. Сложность входа и выхода. Выдается 4 ключа- от забора, от общей входной двери, от двери в Relais Tiburtina и от нашей комнаты. Везде ключи не электронные, а для замочных скважин..

Lo scarico della doccia era probabilmente occluso con conseguente allagamento del bagno. La stanza era parecchio rumorosa per via dell’adiacente sala macchine dell’ascensore.

- Alessandro (8/5): Tutto sommato il soggiorno é stato piacevole, struttura super carina, unica pecca lo scarico della doccia intasato. La p - La struttura è molto ben curata, la camera veramente bella e super pulita, all’esterno un terrazzo enorme con una bella vista sul quartiere. Unica pecca il riscaldamente che nonostante la massima potenza non ha riscaldato la stanza, e lo scarico della doccia intasato che ha provocato una fuoriuscita di acqua dal piatto doccia.

- Fang (1/5): Wish I had increased budget book a better hotel - I booked the cheapest I can find Facilities was outdated and nothing like the picture. Fabric Curtain panels don’t meet in middle. Worst hotel in Rome out of the 10 I booked. It’s not a hotel, more like a airbnb type. Be aware of the staff working hour. You might need to pay late check in fee.

- Tanya (2/5): I’ll never stay there again and I think their advertising is deceptive. - The room was clean and it was close to the bus station. It felt like an AurBnB. Difficulty getting into the apartment building where it was located and Booking had to contact the owner. Nobody was there despite the hours being listed that someone would be. I had to get help finding it from the restaurant owner. I looked for a hotel, not an Airbnb in an apartment building. Nobody answered their listed phone number. Only when the owner contacted me from a different number was I allowed in. Breakfast area had chain across it, but when I looked, I realized for 3.20 euros I would find much better at a bakery.

Inoltre la colazione, servita in una intima e accogliente cucina comune, è stata tutti i giorni completa e ben rifornita, rispettosa delle esigenze alimentari segnalate. La posizione, sebbene decentrata, è molto buona, vicinissima alla stazione Tiburtina e alle principali fermate dei bus e metro. Ciononostante l'ambiente è silenzioso, pulito e sicuro nei dintorni, permettendo a qualsiasi età di poter uscire e rientrare tranquillamente e senza correre rischi. Le camere sono indipendenti, pulite tutti i giorni e dotate dei comfort essenziali secondo quanto prospettato in fase di prenotazione
