• Alannah (9/5): Beautiful place and would book again in future. - The resort was stunning. The wrap around pool was exquisite and the lagoon bar was a nice touch. We loved how central it was to everything and was easy to get in and out. The room was beautiful, loved the colour scheme and the home feel. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) Would have loved to have internet so we didn’t have to hotspot the TV.

• Martin (9/5): Super time in PD - Great comfortable space. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, super facilities, including a coffee shop at reception, a huge pool and a pool bar. Key pick up was fumbled and a fair way away from the property itself, especially when yo have heavy luggage. Better they had a shuttle service or similar to deliver you after you get the keys.

• Amos (8/5): - A very good studio room with a lovely balcony, the kitchen had more than we needed, the location is minutes away from the 4 mile beach, with parking and a lap pool. The supplies for cleaning dishes in the kitchen were insufficient. After a few days, the AC stopped working, and since this room is managed by a supplier not affiliated with the hotel, they didn't fix it until we left. There is no Internet

• Abby (10/5): Excellent end to our holiday 🙂 - Had everything we needed (even stuff like Tupperware and cling wrap which we ended up needing!). Bed was spacious and comfy. Didn’t realise the bath was a spa bath which was a nice addition. Everything was clean and tidy and spacious. The 3 different pools were awesome and the Lagoon bar was a hit!! Honestly would change anything. Maybe just if it was a tad closer to town so we didn’t have to drive in every time (or walk 20min)

• Leeanne (6/5): - We have stayed at mantra Portsea a number of times but this time was by far the worst we have seen the property look. Pools were dirty and not very inviting. The unit definitely needs some upgrades as tiles throughout were very dirty and could have done with a good bleach. We definitely won’t stay here again.

• Alan (8/5): Good location, well equipped apartment with good facilities at the resort. - Good location, clean & tidy. We enjoyed the pool side bar. No coffee or dishwashing liquid. We would to have liked our towels changed.

• Kaitama (9/5): Spacious apartment with good location - The bathroom is very spacious, and lots of rails to hang up towels which is important for me. Easy walk to the beach and even to the city centre. The couch was a bit saggy
• Lynne (6/5): Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The room could do with an upgrade. - The location was great. Walkable to the shops, restaurants and the beach. The balcony was a good size. The room was a studio but big enough for our needs. Initial supplies of tea, milk and coffee were helpful. The bed was uncomfortable and so was the couch. Fair bit of splashing noise early in the morning from the pool. The bathroom had a moldy smell which was uncomfortable being so close to the bed. The bathroom vanity wood was swelling and not a nice sight. The small area of the kitchen did not make you want to cook so we didn't.

The room was comfortable and furnished well, and the attention to detail in how the room was decorated was especially appreciated (there were even books available to read). Thanks for a great stay!

• Anne (8/5): Comfortable attractive apartment with access to good facilities. - Pleasant, comfortable apartment in a complex with good facilities. Three pool areas to choose from. We enjoyed the tennis court & Pool table. Close to the beach - an attractive access path is adjacent to the property. The apartment balcony has a nice view of the surrounding trees. Be aware that the complex has a very child friendly pool which means many families choose to stay there. However the apartment is peaceful as it overlooks a lap pool. As we were traveling by bus it was inconvenient to have to go in to the office at Macrossen St to pick up the key. I was relieved we could leave the key in the room on departure.
• Natalie (6/5): Sun Sand and Beaches what more can I say about FNQ !!! - The apartment was spacious and the bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. The complex had reasonable good facilities with beach access beside the hotel. So there were 4 pools, waterslide, spa, tennis court, games room, pool bar etc. More staff are needed to clean the BBQ's which were messy and dirty although we realize that this is a problem all over Australia at the moment. The apartment was privately owned within the complex so maintenance was needed. For example the bathroom had a foul smell coming from the drain and we had to cover that with a towel the whole 7 days to stop the smell going into the whole apartment. You can only get your room cleaned if you stay 8 days or more so you have to keep washing or airing your towels out the whole holiday no spares. The apartment was self contained but had no oven so if you are looking to save some money there think again. All other things in the kitchen were good.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Property is close to beach and town . Room is tired , needs a remodel. If you close the ranch slider it get very musty and smelly . Bed is big but very hard .
• Ashleigh (10/5): Great hotel - The facility was amazing & service was excellent- so pleasant and helpful. We had a minor issue at the facility and Sarah from Seascape called straight away and fixed it. Just be aware it is a little out of town so if you have mobility issues maybe have a car or stay closer to town. Overall an amazing stay!
