• ATSUNOBU (10/5): 最高！ - 2家族で利用したので、トイレが2つ、シャワールーム、お風呂、の施設は本当にありがたかったです！ 和室があったのも本当にありがたくて、子供達だけで和室に寝てとても楽しそうでした。 プールの水が温水に出来れば言うことなしでした。 少し値段があがってもいいので年中プールに入ることができるといいのになぁ〜。と思いました。

• Jun (1/5): 不潔、不愉快 - 部屋中、蟻まみれで次の日起きたら体にぶつぶつが出来ていた。隣のヴィラに泊まっていた宿泊客が夜中の2時からプールに飛び込みうるさすぎて客層も悪いんだな。と思いました。
• MIN-HAO (10/5): 非常棒的Villa，很有度假和家的感覺 - 1. 有兩個房間是客房、一間和室，都非常乾淨。 2. 設備很棒，有微波爐、電磁爐和大冰箱。 3. 泳池區域也很棒，很有度假感。 入住兩晚，中間不會有打掃和換毛巾。
• Miki (7/5): プール以外は良かった - 室内は清潔で良かったと思います。 寝室とリビングルームがプールを挟んで分かれているので、子供が寝た後大人同士でゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 寝室のカーテンを開けておけばそのまま部屋が見えるので子供の様子も確認できてよかったです。 プールを楽しみにここの施設を利用しましたが、プールの水があまり綺麗ではなく浄水器の様なものが付いていましたがその機械も苔？で緑になっていたり少し残念でした… 施設周辺もあまりお店がないのでプールが綺麗だったら最高だったのになぁと思いました。

• naomi (9/5): とても綺麗で人を繋ぐ - 16名で4棟借りて豪華な作りの非日常を味わいました。時期的にコスパがとても良く、グループのメンバーから喜ばれました。1泊では勿体無いので2泊したいとか、2家族で1棟を借りて、の声が皆さんから上がり、皆さん満足された様です。直ぐ近くの海の景色は絶景です。 私の泊まった棟には、細かいことですが、食器を洗うスポンジが見当たらず、台拭きで代用しました。

• MANAMI (7/5): 痒い所に手が届かない - 建物自体はとても広く、清潔感もあり快適に過ごせました。 徒歩圏内にカフェやお食事処があり食事がには困らない。 5泊6日で宿泊しました。 最初にメールで「玄関の鍵が入っているキーボックスの暗証番号」が送られてきましたが、その番号が間違っていて入れず困りました。記載されていた電話番号へ連絡したところ、正しい番号を確認でき無事に入室できました。 また、館内にはウォーターサーバーやコーヒーメーカーなどのアメニティが無いので、必要な方は持参をおすすめします。 さらに、5泊しましたがタオル類は8組のみの用意で、毎日洗濯が必須でした。特に子供たちは1日に何度もプールを利用したため、とても不便に感じました。

• MEGUMI (9/5): - プライベートプールがあるのは魅力。 チェックインメールが送られて来ず、日曜定休日だと連絡も取れず、50分も色々調べさせられ焦らされ待たされた。たまたまスタッフが現地に来たが、旅行の貴重な時間を返して欲しいと思うくらい。

• HIROMI (10/5): 次は連泊したいです。 - 家族7名で利用しました、ベッドルーム2と和室もあり久しぶりの畳に癒されました。 ター滝の帰りに宿泊で、プールも堪能し、宿のすぐ裏手にはビーチがあり孫達は海でも楽しんでました。早朝の海はステキでした♪ ナビの通りに辿り着いたのですが目的の場所が分かりづらく数分ウロウロして、近くのパーラーの人に尋ねて辿り着きました。 フライパン(大)が焦げ付いてて使えなかったです。

• Stanislava (9/5): Superb - Spacious villa, all needed equipment, two big baths. Comfortable and clean pool. Beautiful beach with white sand - perfect for kids. Located very far away from the stores. If you are without car - transfer from airport to villa is extremely expensive (250-300 USD), closest grocery store is 5 KM (1h walk from villa). There is one store in the area - but there are not sufficient goods and the prices are very high. Restaurants located in the area have limited hours of work and close often earlier due to lack of food. ( bengiamin Burger)
• KEN (8/5): - プライベートプールの存在がとても良かったです。水温も温かく、深さもしっかりあって楽しめました。 泊まった宿の駐車場の奥行きが浅く、レンタカーが停められなかったことだけが唯一の残念でした。 また、コンビニまでもかなり遠いので、買い物は済ませてから宿に着くことをお勧めします。

• Yorikazu (10/5): - １番広い部屋に7名で泊まりましたが部屋の広さ、快適さ、清潔さ、設備の豊富さ、全て最高でした。何より庭にプールとサウナが付いていて夏場には持ってこいの場所でした！金額は少し高めですが、また利用したいと思える施設です。受付の人の対応も親切でした。バーベキューセットが事前に借りれる事がわかっていればと少し後悔はしましたが、それ以外は大変満足です。
• Sayuri (8/5): This is my third time staying here with family. We like the villa and the pool. Coldio villas is a nice place to get a b - It is spacious with plenty of room also for 8 people . The pool is nice Beds are nice Washer and dryer also nice to have Close to the beach and pretty surroundings I had electricity problems one day and contacted staff who helped me immediately. I also got help with sending my suitcases from the hotel to Tokyo. Friendly staff. There was an odd smell from one of our toilets, we didn’t report this but we probably could have. In the kitchen we wished there was sharp cutting knives to cut meat and etc. It would have been nice with a toaster for bread. There is only to sunbeds for a villa that accommodate 8 people. We stayed at the villa in 2018,2019 and 2024 it doesn’t seem like they did anything to upgrade the villa even the slippers indoors and outdoors where the same. Missing lightbulbs outside by the pool and palmtrees.

It has many amenities such as kitchen, cookware, washer, and dr - The property was very spacious, had plenty of seating/sleeping areas (tatami room and beds) for my family. The pool was nice, although it looked larger on the imaging on the website, it was still fun for our family to experience. The couch was made of a wicker type material which was sunken in, worn down and quite uncomfortable. However, we made it work.
• Bethany (10/5): This well-appointed and comfortable house was a great location for a weekend away on Yagaji Island! - This facility is exceptional, the houses are very well equipped and very spacious. Great natural light coming through large glass doors that truly helped bring in the outdoors and a relaxing feeling. Kitchen was large with a large dining table, and the tatami room gave a nice "organic" feeling to the space. The outdoor space was lovely but we didn't use the chairs/tables outside much because it rained a lot during our stay. Bedrooms were great, bathrooms are luxurious with great green tea soap provided (we LOVED the soap lol). Great location secluded on Yagaji island and the pristine beach is super close! Several local restaurants within walking distance, too! The only thing we didn't like was that the pool was not heated--the pool itself was great and was part of the reason we booked this accommodation, but because it was overcast and a little rainy during our stay, the pool water was pretty cold. No fault of management, but it would've been nice if it had been heated.

• Tracy (10/5): - So glad we gave this property another try. Our Christmas getaway was super amazing and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job. The only thing that would have made it better, was if the pool was heated. It was way to cold to get in but everything in their control was absolutely perfect. Already planning our next getaway.

• OONO (10/5): - 2家族で3泊しましたが、部屋も広く寝室も2つ、和室もありプールもついててサイコーでした。 ただ、残念だったのはバストイレが2つずつあったのですが、一つのトイレの下水の臭いがすごくて残念でした。 それ以下は全て満足です。 近くに海もあり人が全くいなくて静かで、、良かった また、次回は海やプールが満喫できる時期にぜひ泊まりたいと思いました。
• Tracy (6/5): - We stayed in Annex 1 this past weekend and we really enjoyed ourselves. However, we were not happy about the mold/mildew in the bathroom areas. When we advised the front desk, we were given cleaning solution and a brush to clean it ourselves. This was very unsatisfactory as it was our first night in the villa. This was a very disappointing part of our experience. Outside of that, we really had a great time. Also, the hallway leading towards the washer/dryer leaked with all the rain. We dried it up and then it came back right as were leaving.
• tomoko (10/5): - とても良かったです。好きな時に人の目も気にせずプールに入れ室内も全てリゾート感最高でした。ただ…リビングと和室はアリがすごくて和室で布団を敷いたのでさが…布団の中もアリだらけでした。プールもアリですごかったですが…外なので仕方ながないです。それより塩素がすごいのと皮脂か油みたいなのが浮いていて少し気持ち悪かったですが水を足して解決して泳いでました。でも、沖縄に行く際はまたリピしたいです。

• Yukiko (8/5): Spacious villa and good sized pool! - Overall we liked the place and kids loved the pool. Nice to have two bathrooms and two toilets for families. There are small things can be improved. Pool should be cleaned properly (there are fluffy stuff floating...) Bin should be collected at least once a day (We needed to bring it to the collection point by ourselves...) Sofa had better days. Middle of it is sinking, which is absolutely uncomfortable and not very seatable. Frying pans are not for IH cooker so that they don't cook properly. It would be more helpful to have more laundry ropes or racks. Although there are washing machine and dryer, more bath/beach towels would make a day easier.

Prefer normal villas room than this room type tatami room curtain is too loose, sunshine get into the room early in the morning. The room is also very noisy with pool machine. And the sofa was broken...+.+
