• ta (3/5): Szczerze NIE POLECAM - W obiekcie nic - dobre było tylko to , że wszędzie blisko ale taki jest Rzym Okropna pościel, ręczniki fatalne . Nie było informacji, że kuchnia jest wspólna z innymi lokatorami. Woda ciepła tylko gdy leciała w kranie w umywalce i pod prysznicem . Fatalne naczynia , nie było nawet porządnej szklanki , talerza itp. Wszystko w szafkach zamykane na klucz jakby było co chować - dramat jakość tych rzeczy !!! Stół we wspólnej części lada dzień się rozpadnie , krzesła trzeszczące a łóżko nie wygodne. Miły właściciel ale pora zadbać o to miejsce !!!

• thomas (1/5): Betrüger Hotel! Hat uns fast unsere Gesundheit, Nerven und unseren Urlaub gekostet! - Nichts! Finger weg! Fake positive Bewertungen! Horror Erfahrung. In unserem Zimmer wurde vorher geraucht (wir haben uns schon gewundert, warum das Zimmer mit komplett geöffneten Fenstern und das an einer Hauptstraße gelegen) erfolgte. Nach einem Spaziergang und geschlossenem Fenster war klar warum. Das komplette Zimmer, Betten, Vorhänge, alle Stoffe haben schlimm nach Zigaretten- Rauch gestunken. Der Inhaber hat erst gelogen und dann nur geantwortet, wir können ja das Fenster öffnen. Er hat dann so getan, als ob er uns am Telefon nicht mehr verstehe und ist nicht mehr ans Telefon gegangen. Das Zimmer hat knapp 500€ für 3 Tage gekostet! Der Inhaber hat keinerlei Hilfe oder Lösungsvorschläge angeboten! Booking.com hat uns 75€ Gutschrift (das ist also das Äquivalent für die Gesundheit eines kleinen Kindes für das Unternehmen Booking.com) angeboten. Uns ging es definitiv nicht um eine finanzielle Gutschrift und schon gar nicht mit einem kleinen Kind. Wenn dies die lächerlich Unterstützung durch Booking.com ist, werden solche Betrüger Vermieter, weiterhin so frei handeln, ohne Konsequenzen befürchten zu müssen! Aus der Beschreibung bei Booking.com war ebenfalls nicht klar ersichtlich, dass das außerhalb gelegene Badezimmer durch eine Gemeinschaftsküche führt. Für eine Familie mit kleinem Kind, völlig ungeeignet! Darüber hinaus, überall Schimmel, keine Sauberkeit, einfach widerlich! Bilder belegen dies!

• Nathan (10/5): Wonderful cozy apartment only minutes from the everything! - Everything you could need or see is within a 20 minute walk. Plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. The room was clean, private, and staff reached out frequently during our two week stay to check in and replace towels. We did have a mishap (completely our fault) with one of the room keys on our last day - Mr. Luca was on it immediately and got us into the room ASAP. He's an incredibly fair and generous gentleman and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome. No complaints at all! Everything was above and beyond what was advertised.

Nous avions les 2 chambres et la cuisine au milieu, donc tout l'appartement, c'était parfait. Rien. Les joints de la salle de bain ne sont pas très propres, cela pourraient gêner certains, mais les chambres sont bien refaites donc nous étions satisfaits de toute la place et du confort global même si un peu rustique...
• Susana Rosa (7/5): Agradável. - A localização era muito boa. Ser no primeiro andar foi ótimo. Ter acesso à cozinha e zona comum foi bom para o tempo que lá estivemos. A casa de banho tinha um cheiro desagradável e as toalhas de banho apesar de lavadas cheiravam um pouco a mofo/humidade.

Había que esperar 10 minutos para que se caliente el agua de la ducha, y abrir varios grifos. La tv no era smart, solo tenía algunos canales de antena, no estaba especificado. No estaba claramente especificado que la habitación era en piso compartido, justo en frente y poco espacio entre habitaciones. A la gente joven podrá gustar pero a nosotros no tanto, y no es claro en la descripción. El servicio de toallas estuvo aplicado pero podría ser de mejor calidad. Como todo en general teniendo en cuenta lo que se abona por cada noche.

Solo recuerda que del precio que pagues , no viene incluido el impuesto de la ciudad que tienes que pagarlo por persona y en efectivo cash cuando llegas .

• Karim (10/5): I would definitely book it again! - The apartment is right in the heart of Rome—walking distance to literally everywhere! Mr. Lombardo is a wonderful host, extremely kind and helpful. I had forgotten to pay my city tax since I was only staying for two days and feeling overwhelmed, but he was very understanding about it. The flat itself is charming, clean, and the AC works so well that I actually had to turn it off at night! I highly recommend this place, especially for gay travelers—it’s within walking distance of all the best gay bars, hammams, and clubs. Truly a gay-friendly, welcoming stay.

Excellent Restaurants also in abundance.. A variety of small shops...Irish pubs down side roads which are very authentic and staff are amazing. • Yelitza (1/5): NO RECOMENDABLE!!! - La ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo, a pocos metros está la Basílica Santa María La Mayor y a unos 15 minutos andando el Coliseo y la estación de tren Termini 1. El baño olía a humedad y le faltaba limpieza, paredes con hongos 2. Toallas parecían mal lavadas, tenían mal olor. 3. Duramos 3 días y el agua de la ducha solo salió caliente el último día 4. Aunque el Aire Acondicionado era de pago no los dieron gratis, pero claro no funcionaba, el primer día no prendió, al día siguiente fueron a repararlo y funcionó unos minutos porque al prender el de la cocina se fue la luz. Supuestamente solo se podía prender uno a la vez. Luego fueron a reparar la luz pero el aire no funcionó durante tres días, en pleno verano. La verdad que fueron 3 días sin dormir por el calor agobiante.

The view from the apartment is stunning and everything was perfectly clean and well-kept. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend. Hot water would not really work properly - black mould in bathrooms and bedrooms. A/C was very loud and could not be left on for long periods, which was difficult given the extreme temps in Italy. The towels given did not smell clean. The pillows were also so flat and non-existent. Wasn't really made clear that there would be other people staying at the same floor as you.

Room comfortable and clean, but bathroom could do with update. - Perfectly located for exploring Rome. 4 minutes walk either way to the 2 metro lines and 10 minutes from the main train station. Beds were comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, apartment clean. Basic kitchen supplies, not that we cooked, but good to have fridge and kettle. The water was really cold, noticed after a very cold shower a note on the boiler to say we had to run multiple taps to get the hot water through. Each time we showered, also had to run the tap in the sink. Shower itself could also do with a bit of an update. The keys were a bit difficult, struggled to get in the main building and apartment door, but got used to it in the end.

• Paula (3/5): Poor - We like the location, because it was near to the attractions and all the good restaurants. We have a lots of issues with the property. The first day the flush of the toilet didn’t work when we used the bathroom, we call the staff and he fix it, but the problem keeps going and we fixed by our own. Later it was the hot water, we couldn’t take a shower the first day until the night. In order to have hot water in the shower, we need to open all the taps of the bathroom, something we never seen. The showerhead was blocked, and it threw less water than expected. Something else it was the A/C didn’t work at all. We communicated the staff, and he came but couldn’t fix it, We had no heating during the entire stay. The towels were not clean, they had a damp smell.

• Mariam (7/5): Not bad, but not the best - The location of the hotel is very good. The building is on a quite quiet street. We walked from the station without any problems with our bags. There are also many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We walked to the Collosseum. Those who like to walk can reach almost all tourist locations without transport. However, there is a metro station nearby and possible to use it. There are all kinds of vessel in the kitchen, although we hardly used it, because we mostly ate out. We were in a triple room, which has a separate bathroom from the room. everything was opened and closed with keys, even the toilet. It is very inconvenient to carry so many keys all day. I think it would be better to update the locks. Also, I didn't like the condition of the towels, I wish they were white because I felt they were washed badly.

The rooms were comfortable. There was some noise during the night from outside, and there were no blinds, only curtains so the room gets bright early.

• Maylis (4/5): Not worth the money spent - The localisation Where do I begin ? - we were asked to arrive at 3:45pm ( I quote « we will be waiting for you at 3:45pm ») and when we arrive, the room wasn’t ready, it was getting clean and then we had to wait 45 minutes for it to dry - the room is supposed to come with the A/C and 24hours before we learned that it was 5 euros per day to use it (in cash!!!) - you can’t call yourself a B&B when you don’t provide anything for the breakfast (no coffee, no tea, nothing). Also, we were offered to use the kitchen for free (???) - when we entered the room, we discovered that the entire shower is cover in mold (cf pictures) and the all room smell the humidity (the sheets, the towels…) - the only product for the shower is a shower gel (3 in 1) for men (we were two women) - the sheet on the bed wasn’t big enough so we spend 4 days remaking the sheet - the hot water : the B&B was full and one night we had to finish with cold water - the A/C is so loud that you can’t keep it for long - the isolation is really bad
• Chariss (8/5): Great stay but for the broken AC that they did not inform us beforehand. - The air conditioning compressor was broken, making a lot of banging noise, therefore we did not have AC for 3 nights. They charge 5.00 euros per day for the AC which was waived. The taxes are paid in cash, 36.00 euros for 3 nights. The location is great and the apartment is clean. AC
• Nilgyun (9/5): good located, confortable, safety place, close everywhere - I really liked the location of the place I stayed at in Rome. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum, which was very easy to reach on foot. The Trevi Fountain was a 20-minute walk away, and from there, I could easily visit all the places I wanted. It took about an hour to walk to the Vatican, which was quite a pleasant distance. Being just a 10-minute walk from the bus station was also very convenient for me. What I didn't like was that there was no hot water on the night I arrived and the next day. I assumed it was a temporary issue, so I took cold showers for two nights, but then I contacted the host and the problem was resolved. The duvet was very warm and caused a lot of sweating; a different fabric might be more practical. Another drawback was the lack of slippers for indoor use, which I think could be considered.

Y la cama estaba un poco incómoda. El anuncio no es claro si es un cuarto un alojamiento entero. El lugar tiene una buena ubicación.

• Ximitiri (2/5): Not recommended - The only good thing about the hotel was the location Extremely dirty, so much mold in the bathroom, dust all over the room that makes it hard to breath. The kitchen had rust in almost everything, the fridge was smelling bad and the dish washer was dirty.

• Anna (8/5): Perfect apartment to sleep in while exploring Rome. - Perfect location with everything within a walking distance. The area is close to a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes. Close by all of the tourist attractions but without all the busyness, hustle and expensive prices. Perfect place to stay for a weekend. The host was easy to get a hold of and communicative. The train station is a short walk away for the apartment. The apartment is located on a very busy and noisy street especially during the night. The road cleaners and trash collectors started working around 3 am. So I would recommend to bring earplugs. For the price, location and facilities of the apartment I would say a bit disturbed sleep and earplugs is acceptable.

• Verified traveler (4/5): I would stay somewhere else next time. - When we arrived the room was hot. We were extorted out of 36 Euros cash just to get the locked up air conditioning remote. No one was ever available for help. We spent over an hour trying to figure out how to get a cab for vary early in the morning when we left. We had to leave an email asking how we needed to "check out". We received an email back several hours later telling us how. The room was nice. The bathroom was spacious for European standards. Just couldn't contact anyone when you needed them.

• Azikzi (9/5): Good location - We arrived at 10 pm, so it was after check in time, then we called the landlord and he came after 10min. He was nice and gave us good info about city and nice places to go. We stayed there for 3 nights, we liked this hotel and the location, It was just a few minutes far from Colosseum. We walked to visit most sightseeings in Rome. Generally it was good 👍 By the way, I always care about cleanness, I prefer white bedsheets and towels to make sure about cleanness, but we had our own stuffs.

Room was clean, could have used towel rails and toilet roll holder. Shared kitchen was available although we didn't use it. Host met us at the apartment and was very helpful with orientation despite our late evening arrival
• Parwar (1/5): the worst - nothing The bedsheets had 2 dark/wet spots as well as the pillows. We had to kill 2 bugs that came from the bidet. The shower did not look clean. It was impossible to get any rest or sleep because of the streetnoise. The description says the B&B is located on a quiet calm street. This is false! It is a very busy street where cars trucks scooters bikes keep driving back and forth without end! The windows don't block any sound at all so you can hear everything outside. (There might as well not be any windows) We had to book another hotel after the first night without any sleep or rest. I would not want any other tourists to waste their money on this location. By far the worst hotel/B&B I've ever been to.

• Nordine (5/5): A onetime experience but never again - I enjoyed the convenience of the place being close to the downtown area, close to the transportation, restaurants and historic monuments. After requesting to check in at 1 pm and having approval. I was waiting at the front door to get access. In addition, the place is not as described, tv not working, breakfast not provided.I will not recommend this place for the price I paid.
• José (10/5): Exceptional - It was a great stay at Lombardo B&B. Amazing experience!!! The bedroom was silent, super clean, confortable and very well equipped. The host was very funny, polite and available. He gave very good tips about less-touristic places to visit and wonderful restaurants at bargain prices. This property is few minutes walking from all the main Roman attractions and the 2 Roman metro lines are 1 minute walking.  Incredible value for money. Highly recommended.
• Florincatri (5/5): Rome 1 - Location 0 - 1. Great location 2. Super confortable matress 3. Hot water 4. Fresh towels and clean bed sheets every two days 5. Many restaurants and open shops nearby 6. Polite and responsive host. 1. Super smelly drainage 2. Very noisy street/poor Windows. Hard to sleep at night. 3. Old and unconfotable pillows 4. Cold at night 5. Loud and old Indoor AC unit, kind of smelly as well. 6. Old and almost unfunctional remotes for TV and AC. 7. The host wore the shoes inside so we considered the floor to be dirty. 8. No flip-flops were given. 9. There is a pressure that you need to always keep quite, as the property has two bedrooms which are rented individually. Of course, this would not be a problem if you book the entire flat.
