La habitación muy limpia, iluminada, espaciosa, el baño muy limpio y bien ventilado, muy buena la dotación de la habitación. Muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro. Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable en Oristano. Sin duda volveríamos a este hotel. Todo estuvo muy bien.

• Bernard (10/5): Super adresse - Super accueil de Marcella dans l'une des 4 chambres de la "colocation". Chambre moderne confortable, propre et très calme avec une bonne literie. Cuisine commune bien équipée et belle terrasse commune, sympa pour le petit déj, normalement non inclus mais les 2 matins, il nous avait été gentiment apporté des dosettes de café et des gâteaux. Très bien placé pour le centre ville avec places de parking gratuites dans les rues sous l'immeuble. Très bonne adresse.

• Paula (10/5): Una joyita en Oristano - La atención excepcional de Marcella. Habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Limpieza excelente. El baño impecable con todo lo necesario. Tiene ascensor lo cual ayuda mucho para subir el equipaje y si vas en coche se puede estacionar en la calle de manera gratuita sin problemas. Ubicación perfecta, cerca de los lugares de interés y restaurantes. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y volvería!!! Que no tuviera desayuno.

• Antonio (10/5): - ​I loved everything about the room and the entire guesthouse. The room itself was very spacious and impeccably clean. Plus, its location is fantastic, only a five-minute walk from the city centre. To top everything off, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was happy to share her extensive knowledge of the city and her deep love for her island.

• Valeriano (10/5): Habitación realmente cómoda, amplia y funcional - El desayuno no estaba incluido en el precio pero Marcella nos dejaba todos los días un desayuno bastante correcto. También nos dejó cervezas en la nevera el primer día y dos botellas de agua. Nos indicó que teníamos también repelente de mosquitos a nuestra disposición y toda la información necesaria para visitar la ciudad, restaurantes, zonas de ocio, playas, transporte público y lavandería. Siempre pendiente de nosotros. Un día que había viento nos recomendó ir a otra playa donde estábamos a resguardo. Una anfitriona muy buena. Si volvemos a Cerdeña repetiríamos el alojamiento. No tenía lavadora. Muchos mosquitos en la ciudad, cuando salíamos a caminar por las noches para ir al restaurante o a tomar algo después si no te echas el repelente lo pasas verdaderamente mál.

• Jiri (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. Room and bathroom were great. We had all we needed. You could see that Francesco and his family really care about their guests and about the whole place. Communication was perfect. Francesco welcomed us, explained everything and gave us a lot of tips for places around. Location is excellent, very close to the city center (400 meters by walk), but it is still quite place. Highly recommended!

You have everything you will need, from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. Will come back again if we visit Sardinia!
• Raquel (9/5): Short and comfy stay - Francesco was very friendly and welcoming! The room was in a nice size with coffee machine, kettle, fridge and some snacks. Bed was very comfy and the small balcony was nice too. Bedsheets and towels were very clean! The room was also very quiet! The shower in our room needs to be fixed since you couldn't change the position of the water. If you only have water coming from the shower from the top and you are very sandy from the beach, it can be challenging. Also, a used soap was forgotten in the shower.
