• Gregor (2/5): Sometimes you get what you pays for - in this case not even that much. - Nothing. It was horrible, but cheap. 4 of us were squeezed in a 9m2 room. Air-condition was dripping on me. Barely could climb staircase to my upper bunkbed. There was one toilet and shower as a combination for all the facility. = only 1 person could shower or use toilet in the same tiny bathroom.

• Katie (8/5): Good stay - The place has a great location and the dorm room is small but actually comfortable and clean. The only problem was that the door to the shared bathroom don't close themselves.

• Reetu (4/5): Book if you only care about a seperate bed n bathroom - The room is on top floor without lift. The ac is just for show. The ac vent opens but doesnt work. No electric kettle was there. No drinking water available. The spring mattress was way past it's life. The only good thing is attached bathroom and reasonable prices in prime location.

• Marija (6/5): OK for a night or two max. - Excellent location in the heart of the action. They advertise "breakfaat", "coffee" and "baggage storage", yet provided NONE of those. Anything I asked seemed like a burden.

• Tiên (1/5): Mọi người đọc đánh giá trên gg cũng sẽ thấy nhiều bạn gặp trường hợp giống mình tại ks này . - Chỗ ngày ai định đặt thì né vội nhé ! Mình đặt phòng xong khi đến thì cô chủ báo không nhận khách hết m10 tết, nhưng nếu muốn ở thì phải trả gấp đôi giá tiền. (Sự thật là cô ép các khách đặt phòng đến nơi không có chỗ ở bắt buộc phải ở với giá cao ). Lần đầu tiên gặp trường hợp tệ như thế này mà bên app cũng ko xử lý được.

• E (9/5): Superb - Comfy bed, great location in a buisy area but still quite. Clean and great value for money with the private bathroom. Slightly run down but nothing to complain about

• Maxfr (2/5): Very poor - The people who own the hotel is not friendly! Don't speak in English and even if you make them see a translator they don't want to help the tourists but they own a hotel... Interesting ? The owner have try to make me paid more money than the deal on booking.... Just when you make them seen some bank notes they smile ! They are happy at this moment !!! Also it's not clean the dorm room smell the humidity a lotsssss !!!! It's actually discosting !!! The fan is full of puff ! The sink is full of shit all the time.

• Vu (1/5): Bad - Located in Pham Ngu Lao, the night life street 1. Noise disturbance at mid night. Really loud music. Totally can not sleep well. 2. Bed cleanliness. Obviously, the host did not change any bed linen. Even it's dorm, however the basic bed linen and pillow case needed to be changed. They just fold its after a guest checked out. Completely unacceptable. 3. The host did not manage well the bed arrangement. The guest inside just swap the bed themselves that make the new guest did not having the clean, tidy bed when they arrived. I saw the bed with underwear of the privious guest on the dorm bed and the host just said it's clean. It's really uncomfortable experience. This is an honest review hence I hope we can improve on this.

Anyone speak english and you can’t communicate with them

• Trâm (1/5): terrible - nothing I liked here At first day I came and checked in hotel. the A/C was broken and I asked the owner if I can change the room and he required to pay more. it didn't make any sense then I told him refund me the money then I can go to another hotel and finally he agreed not charge extra fee ( the aircon broken so bad). the room had a lot of black mold, it was terrible. and the water they put on the furniture in the room supposed to used for free but on the last day they charged us money ( smell scammed). totally disappointed

• Jaimee (4/5): Not happy with the room - Good location in Hue The room was very cramped with not a lot of space but this was okay for a couple nights. The main problem was the damp in the room, there was a lot of mould on the walls and especially in the bathroom which is a worry for us.

• Nina (6/5): Pleasant - I stayed in the dorm room. It has just four beds so it's ok. The location is really good and the price is reasonable. The staff spoke zero English. I dont understand how is it possible to work with tourists without learning even the basic words. The bed sheets did not feel very clean.

• Gábor (7/5): Good for short stay - The hostel is very central and close to everything. The bed was comfortable enough. The staff was really nice but didnt speak any English. The room and especially the bathroom were too small. The shower was above the toilet which was wierd and not ideal also the sink had serious plumbing issues. The room celing could have been cleaner.
