- laticslovely (1/5): Avoid this place. - I didn't stay as I booked because it had a balcony. When I arrived this was untrue so I cancelled my reservation. The customer service is non existent and insisted on charging me a cancellation fee (one night) even though they had inaccurately advertised as having a balcony. I had only booked that evening so there was no loss on their side from the reservation. Apparently you can claim any facilities you like with no consequences and still charge your customers. When these things have happened before at other hotels they've either been apologetic and immediately corrected their advertising or waived the cancellation fee. Here they have gone with denying that there was any false listing at all.

- Santhosh (9/5): I enjoyed my stay. No issues regarding cleaning. - I reached before the check in time and the person at the counter was kind enough to accomodate my request. He upgraded my booking to king size bed. This was an amazing experience. Cleaning was very good. Though I was not in the hotel for full time due to my worl schedule, I did not encounter any issues related to cleaning or any other matter. Nothing to say at this time.
