- Tolga (8/5): Nice hotel which I would consider again for another stay - The general atmosphere was quite good. Also the design was also decent and calm. The biggest issue was a noise isolation problem. We woke up every morning at 6 o’clock because someone upstairs had to do some kind of cleaning for 30-40 minutes. The staff was kind about the issue but were not able to help us

- Iain Colin Prentice (7/5): Convenient and practical. - The location suited our purpose perfectly. The lounge provides workspace (tables and chairs as well as sofas). This time, teacups were provided. The room was rather small and dark. And I still don't understand why it is impossible to supply black tea, which most British people prefer (fortunately there is a supermarket just down the road...)

Todo su staff, y en especial Jean Piero, el gerente, se preocupó por que la pasáramos bárbaro. Recomendaciones excelentes, ayuda con todo. ¡Un 10 sin dudas! Si buscan lujo y atención personalizada, ¡no se decepcionan! 😊"

L’hôtel est neuf, situé dans un quartier très vivant de Milan mais à l’écart des flux touristiques. Acces aux transports (métro, tram) très faciles. Personnel sympa et le petit café est un bel endroit pour prendre un verre en fin de journée. La chambre, conçue comme une suite, est idéale pour travailler si besoin. Néant

Unica cosa che mi è piaciuta meno il fatto che le camere diano su un ballatoio esterno per cui per andare a fare colazione bisogna infilarsi il giubbotto viste le temperature rigide dell'inverno.

- ellen (9/5): Guter Stil in allem: Design, Komfort, guter Service, Lage, Aussenbereich (Innenhof) - Die Lage ist gut, das Design immer wieder wechselnd und dabei ruhig, erlesen und ansprechend. Das gilt für Lobby, Zimmer und Innenhof. Alles ist gut durchdacht, originell, gemütlich und dabei äusserst praktisch eingerichtet. Die meisten Zimmer heissen Suites und bestehen aus einem Schlaf- und einem Wohnraum, abgetrennt durch eine Tür, wunderbar. Im Wohnraum stehen Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher auf dem eingebauten Kühlschrank, danke schön. Wir kommen seit fünf Jahren nur noch dorthin und immer ist das Personal gleich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, dieses Mal gab sogar einen Begrüßungs-Prosecco. Da apprezzare in particolare la gentilezza e la cordialità di tutto il personale. A volte la comodità è sacrificata al gusto minimalista: ad esempio, si sente la mancanza di un paio di poltroncine e qualche cuscino in più nel divano

C’est vraiment regrettable dans ce magnifique pays . A l’attention de la dirigeante de ce bel établissement je voudrais lui signaler que Milan regorge de très bons artisans en boulangerie. Notamment pas loin de l’hôtel via TORTONA. Je tiens à signaler que chaque matin il y a au choix 3 tartes / cakes fait maison de qualité. De délicieux yaourts, jus de fruits frais,boissons aromatisées aux fruits frais et plantes aromatiques. Seulement 2 sortes de fromages et deux sortes de charcuterie. Au choix et proposé par un personnel absolument exceptionnel différentes préparations aux œufs. Je tiens également à préciser que tout est soigneusement présenté..De même nous remercions tout particulièrement MONICA de la réception pour sa sympathie,professionnalisme,disponibilité et ses conseils restaurants au alentours. - ARTEFACTO (1/5): desconfortável - O hotel é bonito e bem localizado Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado (não funcionava), pedimos para o assunto ser resolvido mas fomos completamente ignorados e mostraram má cara quando nos queixamos. Todo o conforto que se espera de um hotel deste nível e preço simplesmente não existiu. O quarto estava mais frio que o ambiente exterior. A experi~encia foi péssima. Não aconselho a ninguém.

- Diann (10/5): - The is very modern and the rooms were great.GianPiero at the front desk, super helpful with recommendations and is such a charming person! We had breakfast one day at the hotel and everything was good there as well. The hotel is tucked away in a neighborhood area, but is very accessible, especially directly to the Navigli area. There are several restaurants right there that are not touristy and we ate of one of them that was recommended to us and it was excellent. I think we were maybe the only tourist in there which was great.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—something we’ve never experienced to this level before. A special thank you to Gianpierro at reception, who did everything in his power to ensure our stay was exceptional. Equally, Aya from the café/restaurant made sure every detail was taken care of and truly elevated our experience. Both Gianpierro and Aya treated us more like friends than guests, creating a warm, personal, and memorable stay. We would highly recommend Savona 18 Suites to anyone visiting Milan. There was only one little hanger in the room to hang your towels, so when we tried to hang them around the room to dry, they falled to the ground and the personnel were changing them everyday which were not aligned with the intension to stay sustainable (as they were advertising)..
