Schon bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Atmosphäre war sofort angenehm – fast so, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Alles wurde uns freundlich erklärt und gezeigt, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Service war einfach großartig. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und dabei unglaublich herzlich. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, nur „ein Gast“ zu sein – im Gegenteil: Jeder Wunsch wurde einem fast von den Augen abgelesen. Ein echtes Highlight waren die Suiten. Sie sind wirklich atemberaubend – modern, stilvoll und unglaublich komfortabel. Ja, sie sind nicht günstig, aber das, was man bekommt, ist es mehr als wert. Wir haben uns selten so wohlgefühlt. Auch kulinarisch war es ein Genuss: Das Essen war durchweg lecker, egal ob im Restaurant oder per Roomservice. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass sogar beim Essen im Zimmer liebevoll der Tisch gedeckt wurde – solche Details machen einfach den Unterschied. Was uns ebenfalls beeindruckt hat: Es war immer jemand erreichbar, rund um die Uhr. Egal ob es um eine Frage ging oder um etwas scheinbar Banales wie neue Batterien für die Fernbedienung – alles wurde sofort und mit einem Lächeln erledigt. Dieser Urlaub hat uns nicht nur Erholung gebracht, sondern auch viele schöne Erinnerungen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

This hotel provides the highest level of attention to detail and service. One of our favorite stops in Greece. We stayed in the bed and breakfast special, and paid for our dinners which were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the private pool, ocean view, and room service options (try the American breakfast special!). An overall great stay.

It has amazing staff, great food (the breakfast buffet with al la carte options is one of the best we've had, and we had our favourite evening meal at Eternal Blue ), a well-equipped gym with matrix equipment, and super clean facilities throughout the hotel. The beach and pool areas are typically quiet and nicely spaced out, as guests tend to use the private pools provided in most rooms.

- Nisha (10/5): - Nana princess is a true above five star experience. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are huge and well appointed. We had a two story suite with a private pool. Really well appointed amenities, bathrooms are high tech and showers light up and mirrors have lcd screens built in. The hotel is quiet luxury; and next door you can use the facilities like water park at Nana Golden. The private beach at Nana Princess is also clear and pristine, cabanas and amazing service; the nana golden beach was not as nice. Truly enjoyed our stay as we like quieter resorts that don't feel crowded. What stands out is the service. Every single person at Nana Princess goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome like family. Sofia at guest relations was truly the best! She is so kind helpful and caring. She gave us many amazing dining recs though out our stay and arranged our taxis and everything. The staff is really exceptional and stellar here. The food at meat in point was delicious as well, kids loved it so much we ate lunch there 5 days in a row, and the service standard at bfast lunch and everywhere is all platinum level. Will definitely be back.

The hotel was full but it felt so quiet and peacful. The neighbouring sister resorts offer watersports which is also great. Twice a day housekeeping..the spa..the pools..just all created an atmosphere of total bliss..the staff are the highlight!

- Andrew (10/5): - My family and I are much travelled, in my case for business and leisure. This was the best holiday resort hotel that I/we have ever stayed at! The location is supreme, there are views of the ocean from all rooms and as soon as you walk into the reception area, the backdrop is the ocean - it is stunning. There are so many highlights though: I have never been to a hotel where the staff are constantly cleaning, it was spotless. The facilities are excellent, there was plenty of space and everything that you needed - plenty of swimming pools as well as private pools for most rooms. The food quality was superb, fish, meat and vegan dishes. I read that the chefs are Michelin-starred and I can believe it. Note, that the lunch and evening meals were not buffet-style, you choose from a menu, however, that made the quality even higher in our opinion. The biggest highlight for us were the employees. We have never experienced such personal care anywhere else, from Dimitris the general manager, Michalis the restaurant manager, Thomas the operations manager and the incredible reception and client guest services team. Truly, nothing was ever too much for them, we became friends and they made us feel part of their family. A big mention to Sophia, Chrisa and Maria too! I can’t speak highly enough of them and the biggest tell, is that we can’t wait to go back!

- Bilal (10/5): - Ein sehr Luxuriöses Hotel, mit sillvoller Einrichtung und sehr respektvollem Personal. Bei der Ankunft würden wir von Angeliki Herzlich Empfangen. Es gab bei der Ankunft ein Willkommens Getränk und ein Präsent (Kugelschreiber mit unserem Namen) Daraufhin wurde uns die Komplette Anlage gezeigt und alle wichtigen Informationen mittgeteilt. Als zusätzlichen Service erhielten wir die persönliche Rufnummer von Angeliki, die sich 24 Stunden um uns gekümmert hat, wenn wir irgendwelche Rückfragen und wünsche hatten. Die ganze Anlage hat ca 107 Private Villen mit eigenem Zugang zum Pool und zu der Zeit waren ca 170 Gäste anwesend. Es kommt einen vor, als wäre man auf einer einsamen Insel. Man ist ungestört, es ist sehr ruhig, man kann jeden Moment ausgiebig genießen und wird jederzeit von einem Mitarbeiter abgeholt und zur Lobby oder zum Restaurant gefahren. Es gibt zwei Restaurants. Das erste ist das Fisch Restaurant und das zweite das Meet in Point Restaurant. Wir haben im Meet in Point Restaurant gegessen. Es gab ein 4 Gänge Menü und das Essen war Hervorragend. Die meisten Köche die im Hotel arbeiten, sind mit Michelin Sterne ausgezeichnet. Das spiegelt die Qualität der Speisen wieder. Wir sind schon viel Rum gekommen und haben bereits Top Hotels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Malediven, die Türkei und in Europa gesehen, aber das Hotel hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Danke auch an Herrn Michael F&b Manager und an Frau Angeliki und an den Rest des Teams. Wir kommen wieder.

Very quiet and serene. The sister property next door offers loads of fun activities for the family, but is loud and relatively crowded. It was nice to be able to use the Nana Golden Beach facilities and water park and then retreat back to the peace and tranquility of the Nana Princess. We have stayed in many 5 star properties and this could be the best when considering value for the price!

Wer sich verwöhnen lassen möchte und einen unkomplizierten und luxuriösen Hotelaufenthalt sucht ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die benachbarten Städte Chernosissos und Malia sind sehr touristisch geprägt. Mehr Flair und Atmosphäre haben die naheliegenden Dörfer Koutouloufari und Piskopiano (10 Autominuten entfernt).
- Balasubramanian (10/5): - From the 5 Star welcome, which included the hostess receiving us with beverages,tour of the property and helping us to familiarize ourselves with the hi-tech features in our room, to the excellent breakfast and overall experience, it is definitely a class of its own. We stayed in a seaview room which also came with a private pool. The room was well furnished, including blackout curtains, and they always maintained the room by making the bed in our absence and also left sweet treats and wine for us. The review will not be complete without mentioning the guest relations staff. Angeliki and Sofia were the two staff members who ensured we had a comfortable stay and answered all our questions about the hotel, the general area, dinner recommendations etc. They were extremely friendly and helpful and were there to greet us at breakfast and later in the evening. When there was a technical issue with the TV in the room, Sofia appeared right away and helped us figure it out and also had the technician show up immediately. She was informative about the village (Chersonissos), While we immensely enjoyed their excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, baked goods etc., and the hospitality during the breakfast, our stay would have been perfect if the restaurants offered more choices of vegetarian dishes for dinner. We dined only one night in the restaurant as the options were quite limited for vegetarian entrees and sides. Hoping to see more vegetarian options during our next visit.

Le service ne chambre est assuré par un personnel très serviable et très professionnel. La piscine est très belle avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. - karen (10/5): - We firstly planed a special activity for each day of this short trip. But as soon as we arrived, we felt home and so peaceful. We cancelled each activity that take us out of hotel. One thing that s sure, I’ll come back soon.
- Ching Yee (10/5): - This property is truly 5 star and exceeded so our expectations. We stayed at Nana Princess with a newborn baby and the hotel was very accommodating. They contacted us before check in to organize baby amenities to be available in the room. Upon arrival, the check in was very smooth and personalized. Our room was immaculate. The design is modern and thoughtful. Huge bed, deep bath tub and rainfall shower head, lovely private pool for every suite and direct views of the sea. We were also very impressed by the staff - everyone was welcoming and made our stay pleasant. There are 2 dining options for dinner - we would have preferred a bit more choice, but the restaurants there were well presented. We would definitely recommend this resort and would stay here again.

The service in every aspect was exceptional, the cleanliness was superb, the food was of the highest quality and the staff always greeted us with a smile. - Tamanna (10/5): Just perfect. - Amazing stay, I had my reservations, and there were a couple of issues out of their control. However how they went about to resolve them - was above and beyond. Cannot fault the place, amazing food, amazing service and so clean.
- Duncan (10/5): Brilliant upmarket resort. - The Nana Princess is a beautiful resort. There was nothing bad about it at all. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days after a conference at a different hotel at the end of October. Nana Princess is new, modern and the staff are amazing. It's quite small - very upmarket and swish. The pool with each room was brilliant and the ability to choose the temperature of your pool. We used the indoor pool in the Spa one of the days when the weather was poor. It's a beautiful pool and relaxation area. We went to the beach café/bar each day. There are cabana's and 2 private beaches. We ate at the meat restaurant, which had great food and service but was a little cold as there were no heaters and it was October. We ate at the fish restaurant twice which did have heaters. The atmosphere and ambiance were fabulous and the food and service amazing. The bar in the main building was great with entertainment each night. The breakfast was great and two mornings we managed to get a table by the window overlooking the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The service was inpeccable and the staff could never do enough to make your visit extremely memorable. You will find it extremely difficult to find another hotel cleaner and better equipped with push button technology at your disposal. We will definitely come back in the future!!!
- Fernando7676 (8/5): - Gorgeous new property, the staff were amazing - Lina at reception and Fillis at concierge will not steer you wrong when it comes to food and attractions. The staff are always willing to help you or drive across the property. The sandy beach on property is very nice. The pools are ‘heated’ at 22 degrees; however, it’s far too cold to be enjoyable. The cost to raise the heat by a few degrees is exorbitant. Make sure you rent a car as taxi prices are quite high.

The food options were plenty and breakfast was delicious every morning, the property was gorgeous the best part aside from the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, was the staff who made our stay so relaxing and fun. Paela and Kosta at the pool bar, are so entertaining and personable they made the cold pool water enjoyable.

- TsantikosFamily (10/5): First class in hospitality! - I stayed for 7nights with my husband and 16mth old daughter for a family break. We booked this last minute and we were looking for a short direct flight and transfer from airport to hotel as that is very important when travelling with a child and this hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Our room was perfect.. Junior Suite with private heated pool with sea view. The bed was super king size and they provided a cot bed for our daughter. We made sure we included that in the notes at the time of booking. Personal preference, but we found the bed on the soft side hence we scored a 4/5 for room comfort. Amongst all the comforts in the room, you also have a very high tech spec room. We did experience technical issues and the staff rectified the issue immediately. There are 3 restaurants... main restaurant for breakfast buffet, ‘Eternal Blue’ for seafood opens 7pm and ‘Meat in Point’ opens 1-4pm. Our child goes to bed at 7:30pm and they kindly opened it early for us! All the food is at a very high standard. The best thing about staying here is that even though the hotel is full, there are plenty of sun loungers by the beach to relax and enjoy yourself. All the staff who work here really do make you feel very welcome and you feel part of the family. They go out of their way to help you and they truly make this hotel a first class for customer service and hospitality. It’s been a pleasure staying with you and thank you for making our first trip to Crete one to remember.
- Ilias (10/5): - Out of this world hotel like out of a Bond movie! New, clean, ultra high class hotel/resort. I have never seen nor stayed in such a spectacular facility in all my years of travel, which include mostly Ritz, Fairmont, and other high end 5 star hotels. This hotel honestly puts them to shame; and this is coming from a picky traveler. The service was exemplary. Quiet. It’s too far to walk into hersonnisos, a cool beach town. However, it’s only a 5 euro cab ride. Lots of cool taverns and bars with great food. Lots of space to lay out on their sun beds and you don’t feel like you are bumping into other guests. Fantastic pools and 2 beaches exclusive to the resort. Great large gym for a hotel. Spa is insane. Large and professional massage therapists. This is probably the best hotel in greece and likely Europe. If you don’t love this hotel you likely have brain damage. Congrats to the developers, management, and staff for creating and world class hotel!!
