Maria Chiara (9/5): - Abbiamo avuto un upgrade della stanza inaspettatamente e ci siamo ritrovate in due in un appartamento familiare bellissimo. Curati i dettagli dell'arredamento, pulitissimo e con due bagni a disposizione. Ci è venuta voglia di tornarci magari in estate quando si può sfruttare a pieno la struttura con anche la piscina ed il ristorante. Immerso nel verde delle colline, con il rumore solo degli uccellini ed a 3 minuti esatti da Spoleto .

Giancarlo (5/5): - La posizione La pulizia,la fanno ogni 2 giorni,mancanza di prodotti da bagno, anche dopo la richiesta. La colazione, completamente assente il salato,le torte per 3 giorni sempre le stesse.
EMANUELLA (1/5): Direi, senza dubbio, una sorta di incubo. - La posizione e’ bella anche se, per quanto di seguito, solo apparentemente attraente. La struttura ha bisogno di rinnovo e manutenzione e non e’ assolutamente adeguata a garantire un buon soggiorno. Scarsa pulizia; niente zanzariere alle finestre; nel bagno varie cose rotte; la corrente salta; nessuna connessione internet ne’ Wifi nella stanza; dopo una pioggia l’acqua e’ penetrata sotto la porta allagando l’ingresso.

Guest (1/5): Siamo stati costretti ad andare via a causa di sporcizia e scorpione sul divano. - La struttura esteticamente è molto bella, tuttavia la stanza in cui NON abbiamo soggiornato (perché siamo stati costretti ad andare via) era sporca (piena di ragni e ragnatele) e con incluso uno scorpione di 7/8 cm sul divano. Ciò di cui ci lamentiamo è il fatto che, nonostante la richiesta, non sia stato fatto nulla per togliere lo scorpione dalla camera quando lo abbiamo trovato e non sia stato possibile neanche cambiare camera. Ciò ci ha costretto a cercare un altro alloggio ed a restituire le chiavi il giorno dopo senza averci dormito né la notte prima né quella successiva.

Alison (6/5): Beautiful, beautiful setting but very disappointing that the facilities were maintained better. - Beautiful setting in Spoleto, we loved the views, location and the quiet. Breakfast wasn't included, we had it the first morning, it was quite expensive for what we received. Unfortunately, this beautiful villa wasn't maintained as well as it could be which was really disappointing. Our little room was lovely and clean but it wasn't serviced in the 4 nights we stayed. Having the bin emptied, tea bags refreshed etc and some fresh towels every 2nd day would have made a difference. The area outside our room looked like it could do with blower vaccing as the lovely lounge to sit on was covered in leaves. The pools were dirty, particularly the top one. In 2 months of travel, this pool was the worst in terms of cleanliness. I read this feedback in other people's reviews but it doesn't seem to have made any difference. I found the staff rude (except for the receptionist). One of the reasons we stayed here was so we could use the laundry, I asked if I could use the laundry and the receptionist showed me where the washing machine was, another staff member yelled at me and said I wasn't allowed to use the washing machine/dryer without supervision by the cleaner. We didn't see a cleaner so there was no one to supervise turning on the washing machine, so I didn't use it again. They advertised happy hour each afternoon - which didn't occur. We were the only guests for 3 nights so staff seemed to have time off during this time including the receptionist. The cat however was very friendly and greeted us each day, as were the people at the hotel down the road where we ate dinner 2 nights.
