- Decklin (10/5): It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I wish they had were air purifiers. Other than that everything was ama - It was very cozy and I loved the setup. N/A
- Laura (7/5): Romantic getaway - Cozy cottage Shower doesn’t drain well
Pitch of shower floor pitches to wall and you are standing in a puddle while showering
Other than that place is lovely
- john (9/5): very nice facility would stay there again - the room was very interesting, someone put alot of thought into the design, very cool no place to eat
- Dawn (8/5): Our stay was wonderful! - A beautiful and unique place to stay!
- Nina (2/5): Highly Overrated Hotel - Great location — close to the lake and the park. This hotel feels seriously overrated. The high rating seems to come mostly from the fact that they host weddings and the property sits inside a park — people are probably reviewing it while still riding that “happy event” vibe. But as an actual place to stay, it was a disappointment.
We booked a cottage that I chose very carefully. Because we were arriving late, I tried to notify the hotel earlier in the day — I called, emailed, and messaged through Booking.com using the contact details provided. They responded pretty late and they told us they had upgraded us to the Finger Lakes Cottage, but honestly, it felt like a questionable “upgrade” at best. Arriving in the dark, it was extremely difficult to find the correct cottage. There’s basically no signage or clear navigation around the property.
Inside, the cottage felt outdated — the décor looks like something frozen in the 70s. Half the lights didn’t work. The place also wasn’t clean: dust everywhere, and we even found empty bottles under the bed. There’s a coffee maker, but no cups at all, so you can’t even make coffee properly.
The worst part, though, was the unbearable sewage smell coming from the kitchenette sink. It seems like staff already know about it because there were odor absorbers placed around, but they did nothing. Sleeping with that smell was really hard.
- Daniel (10/5): It was great very Clean and tidy and well stocked thank you for having us we reall -
- Harvey (7/5): - Very cozy and whimsical The shower is in disrepair
- Kianna (8/5): - Liked the location. Nice and private. Close to Ithaca but not right in the town. Great if you want to enjoy a remote cabin experience without the distance from a downtown experience There was soap in the shower from the previous customers. Also the bidet on the toilet did not work.

- Mike (7/5): - Es ist kein Hotel sondern ein Apartment. Für die Art und Lage ist es einfach viel zu teuer.
- Sheri (10/5): - Loved Balloon suite, decor, grounds, quick response from staff. Water pressure in shower
- Duarte Lisboa (8/5): - The accommodation is located in an idyllic place. We even bumped into some 🦌 when leaving for dinner. They could work on the insulation between the units.
- karen (7/5): Probably delightful for an event. - The venue is lovely. Beds were very comfortable. We did not have an event, we just stayed in a room on a no-event day. There was no host on site, the sense was like wandering around in an abandoned space. The amenities available were interesting and upscale, but not particularly practical. There was an old-timey phone booth in our room and a lovely rain shower, but no place to put our wet towels and the fan clunked all night long. I would rather have a place to put my toiletries than a toilet that requires a remote control. We were instructed to pay with venmo if we wanted ice, there were no goodies or bottled water in the room. At this price point it seemed a little like non event guests were a money making afterthought.
- Stefan (9/5): -
- Martin (9/5): - the rooms were beautifully decorated
- Melissa (10/5): Perfect location for peace and relaxation. - Exquisite garden grounds and outdoor vistas. Huge rooms and showers and everything you could want in an overnight stay. Super affordable! The perfect cap to a weeklong trip.
- Bridget (5/5): Beautiful property. Terrible on privacy between the rooms. - Pros for this property included the location, the landscaping and the size of the room; beds were comfortable and the two porches were nice. The initial check in was not good as we discovered the bathroom needed to be cleaned, requiring us to make a trip to the store and then clean the bathroom. The vanity lights were missing one working bulb and the two remaining didn't match - one white and one sort of yellow light. There is also very insufficient space to put your bathroom items if you are two women! Also, the toe stubber of the stone addition at the doors created one rolled ankle and one stubbed toe - dangerous, in my opinion. The coffee maker didn't work and we had to wait while they brought a new one which made for a delayed first morning of vacation. And if anyone had looked at it when they cleaned, they would have seen all of the crud in the bottom of the water tank - it was gross. But the worst part was that they allowed very late check ins on BOTH sides of us (never stay in the Parlour Suite!) which awakened us from our sleep; one after 10pm and one after midnight! Both check ins were not only very loud with these thin walls (very, very thin walls) but because there is no signage on the doors (and one of ours opened easily into one of the rooms with no door on their side!,) both tennants tried very hard to open the doors into our room late at night. There were three different tennants on one side of us for the 4 days we were there and two of them tried to open that door. Loudly. One of them was shining a flashlight into the leaded glass window, trying to see in and actually came up on our porch, searching the door for entry. I had to finally threaten to call the police to get the management to do something about it. Speaking of which, that leaded glass window is annoying if you are sleeping across from it and the neighbor next door turns on their patio light. It shines directly into the room.
- VALENTINA (10/5): - La posizione nella natura e la festa del mercoledì sera
- James (10/5): Special! - What a special place! Loved the decor! Big rooms with character! Excellent peaceful patio to sit on for morning coffee! Bathroom not quite up to snuff with the rest of the room but still good...
- Tracie (8/5): All in all, it was a lovely place to stay. With a few tweaks it would be perfect - The location and room itself were charming, beautiful, and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the whole place was very clean. The biggest concern was that the room didn’t darken from the property lights. There were only sheer curtains that we could find on the main, heavily windowed wall and the stained glass let through quite a bit of light too. We would have appreciated more towels (only two bath towels) and available, quality showering supplies. The soap was tiny and didn’t lather, there was no shampoo and conditioner. It was a little strange not having any staff readily available on-site when our door lock was having trouble opening, though off-site staff was reasonably responsive.

- Betty (10/5): Unique, beautiful and relaxing - The feel of an artist’s colony, with interesting and eclectic decorating. Peaceful and relaxing with lovely outdoor spaces and a common area stocked with games and activities
- Fletcher (10/5): I can’t wait to go back! - The entire property felt magical, every little extra of decoration both in the room and around the property was warm and homie as well as so cute. In addition, it’s just beautiful, the trees/forest, the creek, the bridges, I can’t say enough about the property Nothing!
- Holguin (9/5): I loved my stay there! - The property is very nice. The cabin was beautiful and the bed out of this world comfortable!
- Kathy (7/5): Good -
- Gaile (10/5): Wonderful relaxing escape with awesome staff. -
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - This was a very unique hotel. The setting was beautiful and the room was lovely. We liked everything about it.

- Cook (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne (10/5): Very memorable! - The cottage was truly one of a kind! Amazing detail and attention to unique art effects but very cozy feeling! Can't think of a thing!!
- Fahri (10/5): Amazing location with self service - Amazing location in the nature Some help would have been nice.
- Merajuddin (10/5): Cute room, with great ambiance outside - helpful staff - we reached like 11 PM and the had the access to the room set.
I wish we had more time to enjoy the property!
- Lidia (9/5): Superb - Original interior, clearness, thr wiality of consumables, and how the room was equipped One of the 2 rooms booked did not have clear access instructions. There was no staff in the Park to talk to.
- Holguin (10/5): A wonderful experience! - Everything. It is a gem! I loved it there!
- Michal (9/5): Superb - The place was beautiful!!
Well-kept and peaceful, right next to a flowing stream and at the edge of a forest. Around the cabins, there were small lovely gardens.
The cabin itself was a good, comfortable size and you could really see the thought put into the design. Not everything was very practical, but that didn’t bother me. Communication with the host was lacking. Her responses to our questions were so delayed that by the time we heard back, they were no longer relevant. For example, on the day we were checking out, there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower. We didn’t receive any solution—and not an apology....
- Swanger (10/5): Cozy comfortable place to stay - Everything. Nothing
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Enza (10/5): Refreshing - The grounds and the room was beautiful Can’t think of anything.

- Maria (10/5): Lovely place. The Widh Room was an unexpected and extremely nice bonus. - We didn't get any breakfast
- Diane (9/5): Superb - Good location for me. Grandkids were in a play at the Hanger theater.
I liked how the units were separated It was raining and I felt like I drug the gravel into my car
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suki (10/5): I wouldn't have been surprised to have caught a glimpse of the Seven Dwarfs. - I loved the location. The surrounding environment, nature paths, and situation to the black diamond trail and Taughannock Falls were ideal. The cottages were charming; inspired with stained glass and friendly gnomes. I wouldn't have been surprised to have caught a glimpse of the Seven Dwarfs. I also appreciated the community cottage with it's round fireplace and board games. Everything about it was so welcoming. It was a rejuvenating stay. I was perfectly content. One thing that surprised me was the amount of light that came into the room from the outside light after we turn out the interior light for bed. I was fine with it, but I could see it being too much for a fussier sleeper. We were in the Upper Bunk.
- Yuri (9/5): Nice experience! Love it! - Not taking breakfast due leaving to event early morning (6:15am) Light inside the room during the night from the light pole was too strong...
- Chandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marilyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dzimmer88 (8/5): Very unique - The room was unique and even tho it was a snow storm, the facilities and hang out room with smores and fireplace were so much fun! More hooks and counter space near sink in bathroom.
- Susanna (10/5): Such a beautiful and unique place to stay! - The property was a work of art! The shower was an actual map of the finger lakes made from tiles, with landmarks and history.
- Bart (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place. Very nice extra building with a cool central fireplace. Room could have used a small table and chairs. Also the heater was a little noisy.
- Victor (6/5): I will remember waking up at night with a sore throat ! - Due to my age and physical condition , the bathroom was the best feature . FREEZING for 2 days !! No one to call or assist !! I doubt the owner would enjoy sleeping on such a bed or in such conditions !
- Amy (10/5): I would stay here again. The room was comfortable and adorable. Kitchen area tiny but efficient. Big bathroom and great - Unique property. Awesome bathroom. Very convenient amenities.
- Christy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philippe (9/5): Best value in Tomkins County in January - Very nicely designed interior The mini kitchen is practically unusable
- Atiaan (7/5): Good - n/a n/a
- Husham (10/5): It’s beautiful place need some attention - Clean near high way good space The heat is very annoying
Need some repair
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -

- Elgavish (10/5): great - felt that everything is calculated for our best The mattress probably needs a refresh... but it was great.

- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashley (9/5): Superb - Exquisite cottages, so much attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship
- Susan (9/5): I would stay here again and may do it when I travel to Ithaca again - The room was comfortable and spacious. The outdoors was even better! Liked the location. Liked the location. communication was easy and effortless. Presentation was great. There were cobwebs in the cubby near the telephone booth and one or two hairs on the floor in the bathroom but overall clean
- Richard (9/5): A very comfortable stay in beautiful grounds - peaceful and beautiful grounds, wildlife, good accommodation, a nice common area with a couple of guitars, a piano and a record player (+ vinyl) and finally, a life changing bidet having to look at a not so pretty marquee that was between functions. A stretch tent would work much better with the asthetic. it would have been nice to have seen a member of staff at some point.
- Yanan (10/5): Exceptional - I like the room decoration, and it is very clean. The yard landscaping is very beautiful. The bed mattress is too soft, especially the center part of the mattress. I like a firm mattress.
- Roy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judy (8/5): It was an interesting place, but the notes above detracted from our enjoyment. - The room was lovely and the grounds interesting with lots of flowers and different objects. The room was very cold and we couldn’t adjust the heat with the remote. Also the front door wouldn’t lock.
- Jennifer (10/5): Bohemian getaway - The room had everything one could need. The decor was thoughtful and artistic, nothing generic about this place. The grounds are lovely; gardens, paths, and privacy from the road.
- Michael (9/5): Cabin chic! -
- Smith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Szavrina (10/5): Lovely. - Beautiful property of natural stonework and fairy gardens, next to a babbling stream, with a forest and rolling hill backdrop. Wishing room with record player, piano and guitar and large fireplace to sit and idle and relax in. A great place for gathering of family and friends.
- Liwen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeon (10/5): Exceptional - Very cute place. Just beautiful! Loved marshmallows and the fireplace
. I didn't know there was no stove.
- Janet (10/5): I would definitely go back and will recommend it to my friends. - Very comfortable suite in a beautiful, quiet location. Nice artistic touches inside and out. We didn't want to drive back into Ithaca and found a nice little restaurant just down the road.
- Harris (10/5): Over-all it was beautiful and very comfortable. - The rooms were beautifully decorated and the amenities were great. The grounds were so very beautiful! Had to wait to check-in, there was no staff in the office and the phone was not answered. Had to go looking around for someone to help us.
- Santiago (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peiman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (5/5): NOT WHAT EXPECTED - Clean, unique, quiet, Like a summer camp area, Unique-meaning: antigue phone booth in room, stained glass windows, remote control toilet. TV terrible. Difficulty getting in touch with owner. Rooms were good but grounds and buildings need work. Great place for kids to play in.
