The room was big, cleaning was done very well It’s amazing how little, a lot of money gets you in Florence. WiFi didn’t work, cell reception was very poor in the building. We had to plug out the fridge to plug in the coffee maker, because if the distribution of the sockets. Someone also painted over the hinges of the wooden shutters, which meant you couldn’t use them properly. Shame, as those shutters would have been amazing. Loud morning due to the staff cleaning from 8am, but the room came with complimentary earplugs

• Matthias (7/5): Bei meinem nächsten Besuch würde ich mehr Geld investieren und ein besseres Hotel wählen. - Rooftop war sehr schön. Die Lage war gut. Man war in 5 min. fußläufig direkt in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Toilettenspülung von anderen Zimmern extrem laut. Für die Zukunft muss in diesem Zimmer + Bad mal wieder etwas investiert werden!

There was a mix up with our room the first night (we checked in after hours), but they switched everything the next day. Very clean, very spacious. Anthony answered our questions and ordered our early morning taxi upon departure. Our room had robes and slippers. The bathroom was large. We will return. Nothing.

Die Lager war gut mitten in der stadt. 1 nicht sauber , das zimmer hatte noch Insekten drin siehe Fotos. 2 ich hatte ein Hotel mit Parkplatz gebucht dieses Hotel verfügt aber über keine Parkplätze, ich musste mein schlüssel abgeben und mein Auto wurde 5 km weit geparkt.

• cristfe (5/5): Insuficiente - Tenían una máquina de café, estaba cerca del centro y de una parada de tranvía, además de tener la galería de la academia justo en la calle trasera. Precio caro, el edificio era muy antiguo y sin reformar, el ascensor también era antiguo y alguna vez se trabó, era un edificio en el que casi cada piso era una residencia/albergue o apartamentos. El baño era algo incómodo. La televisión era pequeña y estaba mal sintonizada, la cama era incómoda. Tuvimos que hacer el check- in en un hotel que estaba en otra calle porque llegamos después de las 15:00, aunque esto lo avisan por booking y por mensajes. El gel de ducha y champú era en bolsas pequeñas. Las fotos que exponen en booking están demasiado retocadas o se tomaron cuando abrieron, no corresponden con la realidad.

Bekvämt att spårvagnen stannade i princip precis utanför hotellet. Trevligt med takterrass. De försökte checka in några andra gäster i vårt rum första natten, vilket är något som inte får hända. De hanterade det dock otroligt professionellt, och vi fick en gratis frukost. Duschen var inte den bästa. Inte helt rena koppar på rummet, och de fyllde inte på med nya tepåsar.

• Michael (10/5): - At first it was hard to realise it was a hotel, as was an old building converted, but it was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee in rooms but also an eating area was provided with free coffee machine and juice. The washing machine was a great help too. Rooms were cleaned everyday and Antonio was very helpful. The roof terrace was one of our favourite places where we saw Florence all around us. Aftera long day travelling we didn't like having to go to another hotel to book in and get our keys etc. It was dark by the time we arrived we were tired and felt vulnerable.

• Dicken (10/5): I would highly recommend this property. - The bathroom had a huge walk in shower with 2 rain shower heads, 2 sinks, the room was well lit, the bed was comfortable. There was a rooftop that you can get a view of the duomo. Antonio really cared to make sure that you were happy with your stay. The hotel was a 5 to 10 minute walk to the duomo and the Accadamia was 1 block away. The central market was less than 10 minute walk. The hotel also provided a coffee machine that dispensed a variety of options. The security to get into the property was tight. The only challenge with the property was the room was on the fourth floor. There was an elevator but it was quite claustrophobic. We could barely fit two people on the elevator with our two suitcases. The rooftop only had two seats but the seats didn’t have the cushions so you could sit and the stairs are rather sketchy to get up there.

• Anastasiia (9/5): Great hotel, but the room near the kitchen is very noisy. - We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was neat and clean, and the bed linens and towels were white and spotless. The reception staff are wonderful—friendly, very sweet, and they speak English. Overall, we liked the room a lot. There was constant hot and cold water. Also, free water, juice, and coffee were available in the kitchen. The room was cleaned every day. ​However, there was one significant drawback. Our room was located right next to the kitchen, which meant we could hear every guest who went in for coffee or a meal. The main issue is the poor soundproofing, making everything very loud. Additionally, there was a water pumping system on our balcony, so whenever someone turned on the water, there was a constant humming sound in the room. Luckily, we spent the whole day out walking and came back so exhausted that we barely noticed it. But be aware: if you are a light sleeper, you might not be happy with a room near the kitchen.​ ​We ended up with a very noisy room.

• julie (1/5): Worse stay in my whole entire history of travel, please go somewhere else - Front desk guy Anthony was nice and kind and welcoming Found some carpet beetle bugs upstairs in my kids loft around the wall, lamp and bed. About 20 of them. Requested to change room but no other room available and we took the matter in our own hands switch hotels but they still wants to charge that one night. Still resolving that issue right at this moment. The whole place is not very good to be honest. The room is dark and not at all some place we wanted to stay when we got there but we didn’t do anything since it’s booked, the hotel is part of a apt building that has other hotels it seems. Elevator was so scary looking and dusty we didn’t use it much and it’s tiny can’t fit even four people.

• MinasMiami (9/5): - Located just 12 mins away from the main train station. Excellent reception by the clerk when we arrived. Rooms are clean every day. The wifi needs to be improved.

• Manuela (8/5): Anthony and Clara were exceptionally kind and helpful—an excellent addition to the team. - Great staff and an excellent location, with a beautiful view from the rooftop. The top-floor room was clean, comfortable, and very convenient, with everything within easy reach. At first, we were accommodated in a room that did not match the photos shown in the Booking listing. After speaking with the staff, they kindly moved us to a much nicer room, which made our anniversary stay turn out well in the end. There was quite a bit of noise from renovation works starting early in the morning after the first night. However, earplugs did help. Overall, the second floor was noticeably noisier than the fourth. Thank you to the staff for resolving the situation.
• Gerardo (10/5): - Me resolvieron el tema de una cancelación que no me aprobaron, dándome una habitación en otro hotel con mejor ubicación. Trate de cancelar mi reserva pero me dijeron que no era posible por lo que me presenté para usar mi reserva y ya habían asignado la habitación aún cuando me negaron la cancelación, afortunadamente nos acomodaron en otro hotel de mejor calidad y ubicación. Que hayan rentado mi habitación cuando me dijeron que no se podía cancelar.
• Brunella (7/5): Our stay was overall ok, there were some disturbances created by nearby drilling issues. - The mattress was firm and comfortable and the room was quiet in a great central location. You can easily access restaurants, museums and historical venues. The bathroom was on a small size, particularly the shower box, particularly tight. The toilet seat was not secured so when you used the toilet, it wasn't comfortable. The toilet needs attention as there are no shelves apart from the window sill, which was not ideal.

• Angelika (7/5): Mittelmäßig - Die Lage nahe an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz und das freundliche Personal. Das Dreibettzimmer war sehr klein und das Bad ebenfalls sehr klein, Duschkabine kaputt und Spülung teilweise nicht funktionsfähig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu hoch.

• Tobias (3/5): Leider nichts für uns. - Die Lage und der Preis. Es war unfassbar laut, trotz bereitgestellten ohropax. Matratzen waren mehr als durchgelegen und nicht mehr zumutbar. Das Personal war freundlich beim Check in. Sauber war es auch.
• Helio Kenzo (4/5): Ruim - não ficamos. - A localização era boa e a equipe era simpática e solícita. Os quartos pareciam limpos, e tinha uma copa para aguardar e tomar um café caso necessário. Não chegamos a dormir no hotel, pois cancelamos a estadia após ver a estrutura e os quartos. O prédio é igual a muitos outros locais que ficamos na Itália: prédio antigo e não exclusivo do hotel. A recepção é apertada e o corredor para os quartos também, com teto bem baixo. O banheiro da área comum tinha cheiro de esgoto, apesar de aparentemente limpo. As fotos do anúncio são muito mais trabalhadas, iluminadas e em ângulos que dão uma falsa impressão do quarto, que é pequeno, teto baixo, banheiro bem pequeno, e as janelas dão vista para uma área interna. Mesmo com todas essas questões, o quarto não foi muito barato. Cancelamos e pagamos uma taxa de cancelamento alta, mas não tinha como ficar no quarto, ainda mais pela quantidade de dias que ficaríamos que era longa (7 dias).

• Rossana (9/5): Il personale è stato super gentile, ottima posizione - Il personale è stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. Hanno risolto velocemente un problema non causato da loro. Abbiamo fatto check-in all'Hotel Ginori al Duomo, in quanto arrivati dopo le ore 15:00, dove ci hanno tenuto gratuitamente le valigie dopo il check-out. Anche il personale dell'Hotel Ginori di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche. La zona è tranquilla, in centro, posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni principali della città. La camera era pulita, dotata di armadio, più prese per il telefono e cuscini aggiuntivi. Il bagno era forse un po' piccolo ma non ci ha creato alcun problema questa cosa, e comunque era dotato di tutto il necessario. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene, e se dovessimo tornare a Firenze sicuramente non mancheremo di alloggiare di nuovo presso questa struttura.
• Peter (9/5): Great place for visiting Florence - Convenient for major sites and transport in Florence. Room had a mezzanine level bed so gave extra space. The room was cleaned daily and although not part of the main hotel Anthony from reception was there 08.00 to 16.00 and was very helpful. Good views from the roof terrace Plumbing was noisy though we had no street noise as our room faced an inner courtyard

• Alessio (10/5): - Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo fatto diversi hotel a 5 stelle. Questa residenza è stata prenotata per puro caso all’ultimo, ma è stata una sorpresa enorme! Partiamo dal fatto che sia Anthony, il receptionist, che le signore delle pulizie sono super, super accoglienti. le stanze sono abbastanza piccole, ma super ben organizzate. La pulizia avviene ogni giorno, che altro aggiungere? Mi sento di consigliarlo sia alle coppie che alle famiglie, perché hanno anche stanze più ampie, ma wow, devo fare i miei complimenti. Ci rivedremo sicuramente!
• Juan Ignacio (10/5): Estancia maravillosa - La habitación y sus instalaciones a disposición de los huéspedes , los café, jugos y la azotea ! Espero volver pronto porque vale la pena en calidad-precio y la ubicación muy buena. No recomiendo ir en auto , de lo contrario dejarlo en el subterráneo que son 15 € al día.
