• Sandra (4/5): Would not probably stay here again - It was close to the Children’s Hospital It was not clean had a really bad smell of smoke inside the hotel where I was a non-smoking hotel the laundry facilities were not working, and staff was not very helpful

• Thomas (6/5): My stay was comfortable, clean, and suited my needs. - The hotel was fairly close to the hospital. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. The breakfast bar was lacking a bit. The hotel is in a bad part of town...the staff said that there were no guest computers or business stations because "undesirables" kept coming in an messing things up.

Roaches, dirty, carpet floors sticky, room not properly cleaned, aggressive dogs, loud all night, pool was freezing and dirty, trash was left everywhere, and despite saying they would refund me for the second night that we didn’t stay due to the unhygienic conditions, it still has not been processed. This place needs to be condemned.

The room was dirty, the bedding had stains. The microwave was dirty from the inside. The TV did not work. The location is just completely a urban district (ghetto)!

We left the room clean and a month later they are trying to charge us our $100 deposit without cause or an explanation. We have to come up to the area often for treatments and we will not stay here again.
• Dylan (2/5): - The front desk guy was doing his best. I don’t blame him for our experience. I’m traveling with 2 one year olds and upon arriving I was greeted by a homeless man in the lobby. Fair enough, not a great area. Checked into our room where we found a messy floor and downright lethal negligence. You’d almost expect some marijuana crumbs on the floor and ash on the windowsill, we got that. Cleaned it up. It was when we found a counterfeit opioid likely containing fentanyl, according to Google Lens, that we knew we had a real problem. Luckily, we stopped our 1 year old babies from eating marijuana, opioids and broken glass. After asking the front desk for a cleaning or a new room, they offered me a broom and a dust pan to sweep up the carpet myself? I denied, asking for a new room. I checked the new room which was littered with debris on the floor and said we will clean the current one ourselves. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a vacuum AT ALL. We couldn’t get a vacuum to clean our own room. No housekeeping here. Nothing but the guy at the front desk. So we searched the floor on our hands and knees to ensure our children wouldn’t die from a stay at this hotel. Needless to say I’ll be filing a dispute and staying away from this hotel for the rest of time.

• Zane (8/5): - Front desk person was fun, friendly, professional and helpful. It was noisy outside, north of the hotel, not the hotel's fault. I had to hurry in the morning, so I didn't get to try out the breakfast except for a muffin, which was rather good. The warm food looked good and there were choices. This is the 2nd time we've stayed there. It's not top of the line, but convenient for visits to UC Health.
• Brandi (10/5): - Our bathroom was not cleaned. There was soap scum by the sink, our shower had soap from previous stay on the wall. The employee named Edgar was amazing. He called me by name after check in. Every employee i ran into on friday and Saturday were excellent. The employee at the front desk in Sunday morning was at the desk on a personal call yelling about that person's location. While eating breakfast we had to listen to her yelling and cursing.
• Jorge (2/5): - Terrible experience. The room had ROACHES crawling on the floors and walls, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, the front desk said we would get a full refund. I had to find a new hotel for the 4 days in town. I contacted the mgr and they refused to issue a refund saying since the rooms were booked no refund. Even with video & photo proof they declined a refund. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone. I stay in hotels over 150 days a year and this was by far the most disgusting experience I’ve had.
• Martina (2/5): - My room was not clean; there were hairs and dirt on the bedsheets, as if they had been used. I requested a new room, but the replacement room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The window was wide open. Later, someone tried to open the door, but thankfully I had the door latch on. Though it was concerning that someone had a key that opened the door.
• Nathaniel (4/5): - The elevator was not working. We were on the 3rd floor. Was told if we wait another 15 minutes they would get us on the 2nd floor. After 45 minutes was told there was nothing available. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a small plane taking off every time it came on. Reported it shortly after checking in. Was told maintenance already left for the day, they would come tomorrow. When we followed up, they offered us another room - but only on the 4th floor ... with the elevator not working. No one ever came, nothing else was said about ... Our stay was disappointing.
• David (10/5): - We ended up using the Hotel because the Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton were booked and I needed something close to the hospital. At under half the price of the other hotels it has been a godsend with our required extended stay. It is a bit older but the staff are absolutely fantastic, Hector and Rocki at the front desk have gone above and beyond again and again to help us out.

• clarkc598 (2/5): Don't give them your license! - They took my driver's license on check in and didn't return it. They didn't call the room to say they had it or pass it to me on check out the next day. At the airport I had a real challenge boarding without that license. I did confirm that they had it and they said they would send it to me. Two weeks of polite phone calls trying to track it down and no success. Now they put me on a permanent hold when I call. Getting a new license is not easy task for a busy physician. No doubt they filed in in the trash. This was not a great experience. A formal complaint to United airlines, who sent me there after a cancelled flight. seems in order.

My first room had a baby cockroach in the bed- they moved me to another room but I later discovered old ketchup still on the nightstand. Not sure the cleaning process is super thorough.

When we got back the next staff member said he knew nothing of us needing a handicap room and they didn't have one anymore. Unacceptable as the previous staff knew we were waiting for a handicap room and we reserved a handicap room. The new guy was not helpful in getting my father, who is wheelchair bound, a handicap room. Very disappointing.

• Katie (1/5): Do not go - Nothing The fact that our truck and uhaul was stolen on hotel property during stay. A camera was pointing at the parking spot it was stolen from, one staff member said they have video and security but could not access and needs the manager, and then the manager stated they do not have security and the camera does not work. When asked about the stolen vehicle manager stated "well it looks like it wasn't broken into to be stolen, so it doesn't seem like anything can be done". Manager was seen by others possibly turning monitors off, appears staff may be involved in stealing vehicle and uhaul.
• Kenneth (4/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. You have to request housekeeping to clean your room. The hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. Locals who hang out in the parking lot, ask you for money, and appear to casing you out.
• Junko (6/5): - Breakfast was poor. Stayed different choice hotel on same grade, they had yogurt, fruits, just small extra things. felt being cheap. Gym had no water cup. Only water dispenser. For the price, i would expect a bit more.
• Andrew (10/5): - Like that it wasnt right on the main road, far enough back there wasnt much traffic noise and close enough to a few fast food places you can walk to within 30 to 2minutes away. Room was clean and big enough 3 of us had no hassle walking around in the room.
• Bridget (8/5): The room was clean and quiet. The location was close to the hospital - Clean and staff were friendly I did not feel safe with the location.
• Red Bird (3/5): - The room's were good and gas station and places to eat were very close bye The location is sketchy and the swimming pool was awful. And of course it’s legal in Colorado so it smelled like pot most of the time
• Valeria (10/5): - Helpful staff and clean rooms. Excellent beds! Really enjoyed our stay for my medical appts nearby.
• Berg (4/5): Maintenance needed - Bathroom looked like it was recently updated. Shower stall is exceptional; enjoyed size and ease of entry/exit. Carpeting needs to be updated or at least cleaned. Cigarette burn on vinyl footstool. Blackout drape does not cross over sheers.
• Paul (3/5): - The only real decent thing was the lady at the front desk. Who check is in and out. I wasn't happy that we got to the hotel around 3:45 The check in said as early as 3. We were given a room but it wasn't the room I had reservations for. So I brought it up to the front desk lady and she did get us in the right room. But we had to wait in the lobby, which had no AC on a 103°day. So we roasted during that wait time. Then at 10pm the person who was supposedly at the front desk. Called asking what room number I was in. Then proceeded to tell me that I didn't belong in that room. I corrected his mistake. But I was not happy with how rude he was on the phone. The elevator blew hot air so we roasted again. Also the dark put curtain didn't close. The ac unit in the room was too small for the space it was to cool down so again we were hot until after midnight. One of the lights next to the bed didn't work at all.
• Morales (1/5): I left - There was absolutely nothing I liked It stunk, it was dirty, people doing shady things at the property
