The bathtub had mold and burns on it. The air conditioner blew a nasty smell out. There was sketchy people all around. The blankets had holes in them and the pillows smelt dirty.

There was trash everywhere (beer bottles, cigarettes, weed paraphernalia). Our bathroom wreaked of weed smell all night long. A party broke out at 2 am with loud music and no one did anything about it. There were roaches in our room.

Bugs was in the room. The bath tub was so stained I was scared to bathe in it because I couldn't tell it had been cleaned. The door had a crack under it and not sealed. I put a chair behind it to make sure it was secure.

• Theresa (2/5): A budget room is not worth risking yours and your family safety. - Not much. There was a group of men fighting on the third floor at 2:30am standing right outside of our room and pounding on doors, loud enough to wake myself and my bf up(terrified). He looked out of the window and there was a man standing directly outside of our room screaming at people the room next door with the door wide open. When I called down the front desk they said they would “check it out”. About an hour later there were 2 gunshots in the distance. The next morning when I was leaving the lady at the front desk said “Oh it was just our staff watching a movie”. Yeah right! Also there were a LOT of bugs as the door had about a half inch gap straight outside when completely latched.

• Steve (4/5): Disappointing - Booked for two rooms, each with one queen bed. Both rooms ended up having two twin beds. Since we didn't check in until past 9pm, no manager was on duty, and the employee at check-in didn't seem to understand / care about my concerns.

The room didn't have enough lighting, it was dirty, the parking lot was full of pot holes, and it was full of drunk people and drug addicts. I know it's a Motel 6 but I have stayed at waaaaay nicer ones than this and for $73 I expected a lot better.

• Robert (10/5): - When you first arrive, the area might seem a little sketchy, but once you step inside, speak with the staff, and get settled into your room, you’ll find it’s much better than it appears. My only minor issue was that the bottom of the door in my room could use a proper seal. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay while visiting for the Dreamville Festival 2025. Everything went smoothly, and if this were my only available option for lodging during the festival again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. The neighborhood might look a bit rough at first glance, but it’s not bad at all. I truly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

There was a hairball in the AC unit. I never got fresh towel. I didn’t ask for any. I had to take the microwave off of the refrigerator and put it on the dresser so we could plug-in. The AC kept making a loud rattling sound. My room did not come as I ordered. I asked for one queen bed. I got two beds it showed. I had a bathtub. I had a handicap shower. The staff was very nice.

Heater does not work also plus mic and refrigerator does not get cold also! ! Muce issues in this building also very scary and unsafe place to stay!
• Jessica (6/5): - The price online was budget-friendly and it's great that the brand doesn't charge for pet fees. However, the room does need maintenence or a deep clean. The smells got into the room, there was mold on the curtains and some dark spots on the ceiling, one roach seen inside that I killed. I did have a nice experience ordering food in and sharing with the pups before a movie; the location is convenient to shopping and the interstate. I would have liked more towels and a better maintained space sans most of those smells. Soaps didn't seem to be for me/my skin either. Overall some very memorably positive moments inside some less than desirable conditions.

I reported it to front desk and they couldn’t have cared less and offered no type of consolation for what happened.

• Brennan (2/5): Gave me occupied room & tried to charge to fix it - They initially gave me a room that ALREADY HAD SOMEONE IN IT. When I went back to the front desk to get that fixed, I tried to help them by saying, “hey, this room next to it is definitely empty” and they tried to make me pay additional because that other room was a double, not a single. They backed down when I said I’m not paying a penny more because they screwed up. Their second attempt to give an empty room was successful. Mattress probably came out of a prison, or at least came from the same people who make prison mattresses.
