- sharma (9/5): -
- Bhav (6/5): - The price was quite high considering the facilities provided. Even basic amenities like complimentary mineral water were not included and had to be charged separately. The breakfast was good, but the items were not replenished quickly, which was a bit disappointing.
- Murakami (10/5): -
- Rupsa (4/5): It was somehow manageable for 2 nights but definitely not worth the price! - Room size was very good, quite spacious. It had the adequate facilities with electric kettle along with tea and coffee. Overall hotel was clean and seemed like a 3-star property For this kind of property, the price was exorbitant. It was comparable to 5-star hotels like Marriott or ITC. But the cleanliness or maintenance was nothing compared to the better hotels. The bathroom especially was quite pathetic. The shower was leaking from all over the place, hot water came quite late after turning on the taps, and the towels were of pathetic, cheap quality.

- Kamaljit (1/5): Very poor hospitality food wasn’t good not to your expectations - Nothing I wouldn’t say the lemon tree
Hotel is 4 star , lobby is rubbish no atmosphere at all , soon as we checked in they told us you can’t drink alcohol in the hotel, you can’t even drink out side, we have paid so much money not happy at all the way you see this hotel in the pictures it’s nothing like it, I have wasted my money for that place Soon as you enter the room you can smell the damp, some of the electric plugs weren’t working , the bathroom were filthy the shower handle came in my hand I had to call at the customer service they said we will send someone I will send you the photographs,
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very helpful staff
- Pritam (10/5): As above - Good location clean and friendly staff I didn’t know it’s a dry state but foreigners should be allowed to bring their own alcohol every counties even some Muslim countries like Dubai etc allow . We took alcohol unknowingly and they broke all the bottles worth £110. They should at least kept it and give us back on our return.
- Sukhwinder (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wasim (9/5): Superb -
- Sushant (1/5): Worst experience - It's worst property with high cost
- Rahul (8/5): Very good - Very polite and helpful staff Wifi wasn't great and you had to pay for fast wifi.
Bed linen wasn't spotless
- Atulay (9/5): Good property - Everything is good They've started pricing this excessively
- Aleta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harsukhdip (4/5): - Sewage smell
In lobby. Stingy in giving an extra bottle of water even though charging for 3 people occupancy
- VISHAL (10/5): - Relaxing hotel for our visit to home town of Patna. All staff accommodating to make our stay as homely as possible!
- Ahsan (1/5): Pathetic - Just the location Everything else about the property was really sad, very unhygienic, bad facilities , very poor food.
- Sajan (7/5): Good -
- Apratim (8/5): Very good - +ve: location, clean rooms -ve: food and service at the restaurant could have been better
- Mathew (3/5): five star prices for a terrible badly maintained hotel - The location was good shower leaked, the carpets were filthy, the kettle was broken, the staff were overworked. Took me an hour to check out because the billing was a mess.
- Divya (3/5): Poor - It comes under 5 star property but the services ambience everything was lesser than 3 star... The lift was also not working properly and too croudy everytime we need to wait 10 min just for lift....specially the food very less option in breakfast... Overall not worthy
- Ruby (10/5): - Excellent service and staff are very good especially in the restaurant
- Arun (6/5): Pleasant - Food was assumed Room service and night staff behaviour
Specifically Mr jakir , rude and arrogant.
- Gvr (8/5): When we were seated in the lobby with guests who came to see us and we were surprised to know that they don’t serve coff -
- Shivam (9/5): Superb -
- Chatterjee (7/5): Good -
- Hiren (3/5): Bad staff will never stay there - It was clean The staff is very arrogant and they gang up against the Coustomer specially the security in charge he things as if he is the head of all departments
- Atulay (9/5): Superb -
- Murmu (3/5): i would never recommend anyone for this hotel - The hotel experience was disappointing, with exorbitant prices that did not align with the advertised rates on booking.com. Additional taxes were charged beyond what was initially shown, making the overall cost significantly higher. The food quality was average, yet the prices were high for the mediocre offerings. Furthermore, numerous hidden charges were not disclosed during the booking process on booking.com hidden charges
- Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - Very central, clean and comfy hotel in hectic Patna. Staff at the restaurant took very good care of us and food was nice. Enjoyed the pool, too.Room was spacious and very clean. The nasty carpet in the aisle outside our room.
- Dheya (5/5): Passable - Nothing Service
- Lucky (7/5): Good -
- Jayalakshmi (3/5): Poor -
- Chandni (6/5): A pleasant stay in Patna - The pool area is lovely. The rooms are decent - comfortable. The only TV channels were Hindi news. Overall the location is a bit odd not much to walk around.
- Shrestha (6/5): Definitely not a 4 star stay. - The cutleries were dirty. Asked them to change it for a clean one but were given dirty cutlery again.
Food was not of good standard.
- Dr (9/5): Superb - Decor, cleanliness, food.
Location convenient.
Staff courteous. Time taken at restaurant to serve food too long.
- Abhinav (6/5): Pleasant - The price for buffet for in-house guest should be on lower side as compared to walk in guest
- Hormazd (8/5): Good well maintained property in Patna that need to improve on it’s food options. - Clean and spacious rooms. Good staff who are ready to help at any time. Food choices a bit limited and a tad overpriced. There were 3 weddings at the hotel at the time I stayed there so if you want a bit of peace might not be the best choice.
- Nitesh (9/5): Superb -
- Figgles (8/5): Very good -
- Ramesh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Krishna (7/5): Good -
- Ibrahim (1/5): I am shocked - Nothing literally . There is no internet most of the time. Also the bed is very bad and the mattresses are not clean. If you want any service, the worker will come to you after half an hour.
- Rustom (9/5): Excellent ans if I had to choose a hotel for my next visit ti Patna I would certainly Choose this ho - In short the hotel was excellent and I had no complaints whatsoever in any of the departments. They run a nice tight ship and I was very happy about it. Keep it up Nothing that I can think of
- Gireesh (6/5): Pleasant - Food, overall ambience Common area cooling was less.
- Manoo (9/5): Wonderful stay - Despite being the only hotel brand in the city, they are managing the customers very nicely and have not gotten into the monopoly mode. The property is in the middle of the city and reaching any corner is pretty easy. Staff is very nice and courteous, stay was very comfortable and the food was good too. While the room was pretty clean, common areas like the lobby, restaurants and the lounges need attention regarding their cleanliness of the upholstery.
- Sukhdeep (9/5): Superb -
- Neha (4/5): Disappointing -
- Deepak (9/5): Superb -
- Ramkumar (1/5): Bad - Nothing Very poor maintenance of bathroom
- Daya (6/5): Wastage of money - The location and the brand name attracted, but it was not according to my expectations Fungi over table, chair etc. The hotel is not as it was 4 years before. Poor towel, untidy and overbleached bed linen and towel
- Sanjeev (8/5): Very good - Situated at a very good location, very good exterior and interior, cleanliness and very much spacious.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- GANESH (8/5): - We had a flight to catch the next day. So we stayed here overnight. I would recommend it.
- Dyron (4/5): Save money and stay elsewhere - This hotel wants to portray itself as upper class and exquisite. But it is not an exquisite property. Stay elsewhere. The price tag far exceeds what you get in return. Food is just mediocre. Front desk is not welcoming. Laundry prices are exorbitant! It is a medium property, but does not reach normal Lemon Tree quality. Property and rooms need attention. Nightly cost is way too high. Should be halved.
- Pritha (4/5): Disappointing -
- Gaurav (9/5): Superb -
- Sandeep (7/5): Good Hotel but .missing some key elements. - Location
Rooms Shampoo and other bathing items were vert basic and does not match with Hotel status.
Breakfast was just average
- Kunal (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sinha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sanjiv (8/5): Good value. Great hospitality. Great rooms. Food and restaurant service could be improved - The hotel is great and is like an oasis in an otherwise very busy area. The check in was a little slow though. But the hospitality of the staff was great. Very good value for money. The food could have been better. I had peaked into the kitchen on the 8th floor (it was open actually and so easily seen) and I thought the kitchen could have been cleaner. The restaurant staff needs more training though. Lots of helpers milling about but the food is slow and haphazard. Service into the swimming pool area - only about 15 metres away - was not allowed and I had to cajole them to serve a simple cup of tea there. So yes this is an area for improvement
- Kumar (4/5): disappointed - with this high price facility is very poor room was very small with price
- Dalbir (2/5): Very poor -
- Hrishikesh (6/5): Not at all value for money . Check if there are better places - Everything was just ok . Staff not courteous . Frankly poor service Staff are not polite . The place is run down and noisy . Fittings are dirty and the place is frankly not worth the money .
I also ended up paying about £50 more than a friend for the exact same room - we were next to each other which is regrettable .
I would recommend introducing things like Good morning , please , thank you etc Also checking on us during our stay . Also replacing all the broken fittings like dustbins and cleaning the doors of the lifts which are dirty
- Shah (8/5): Very good -
