También pudimos dejar las maletas un par de horas antes de hacer el check in en sus oficinas, que se encuentra a cinco minutos del apartamento.

• GONZALEZ NAVARRO (10/5): Genial, limpio, con ascensor y muy céntrico. - Nos encantó que estuviera tan céntrico y con ascensor. Muy cerca de la estación Sao Bento y de las calles principales caminando. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega, sería que algunas habitaciones tenían humedades en el techo y que las cocinas no tienen horno, pero nada preocupante.

• Abadi (2/5): - מיקום טוב קרוב לתחנת הרכבת ולמרכז הפעיל .הדירה מאובזרת באופן סביר, לא נשלח קוד כניסה, נאלצתי לחכות ברחוב עם מזוודות שעתיים ,למרות ששלחתי מספר הודעות עד שהגיעה נציגה ונתנה את הקוד.תקלות בדירה רצפה דביקה ,מכונת הקפה לא עבדה,המזרון במיטה היה גרוע וקמנו עם גב כואב , המזגן הרעיש הממוקם בכניסה לדירה כך שאינו מועיל ,לא קיבלנו שירות של החלפת מגבות ונקיון, לא ביקר אותנו נציג ,חוץ מהבחור שהביא את ארוחת הבקר,שהיתה גרועה ובלתי אכילה,וכשדיברתי עם השליח הוא התנצל,אנחנו לא נהננו מהשהייה ההתנצלות לא עוזרת.

• Igor (10/5): Conforto e localização - O apartamento superou as expectativas, pois além de conter tudo como no descrito, a qualidade das camas, travesseiros e utencílios de cama e banho eram excelentes. A localização também é ótima, no centro do Porto e próximo aos principais pontos da cidade.

• Margarita (9/5): Excellent emplacement et séjour agréable - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement qui est proche de tous les lieux d'intérêt touristique. De plus, on trouve des supermarchés et plusieurs restaurants à proximité ainsi qu'un arrêt de métro qui permet de rejoindre directement l'aéroport. Enfin, la responsable est venue en personne nous rejoindre devant le logement et même si nous étions en avance sur l'heure de check-in, nous avons pu laisser nos affaires dans l'appartement. Pas de problèmes rédhibitoires à signaler, mais quelques détails. Il manquait des crochets dans la salle de bain afin de faire sécher nos linges de toilette, résultat, nos linges séchaient sur les chaises de la cuisine. L'isolation du bâtiment qui n'est pas optimale : on entend très facilement ce que font les voisins, heureusement les nôtres n'étaient pas trop bruyants, mais on peut supposer que ce n'est pas que le cas dans cet immeuble, mais plutôt un problème général de construction.

Se agradece que cuando llegas tienes una botella de agua y algún detalle para el desayuno del primer día . Estuvo todo bien, pero si eche de menos que nadie pasara a recoger basura en los días que estuvimos. Y que en recepción nunca hay nadie, aunque si es verdad que por teléfono estuvieron comunicados con nosotros por si necesitabamos algo.

• Nair (7/5): Necesita renovar algunas cosas y mejorar la limpieza - He estado varias veces en estos apartamentos y deberían renovarlos algo. Hemos notado que el colchón está muy usado, el baño dejaba mucho que desear la limpieza y tienen unos cojines muy usados y sucios La falta de limpieza. Creo que la higiene es básica. El apartamento hace años estaba mucho mejor cuidado. Se ve que pasan los años y no lo conservan. El punto más débil es el baño y el colchón.

• Εύη Σταματάκη (6/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Μεγάλο και πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα. Η κοπέλα που μας υποδέχτηκε πολύ ευγενική. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ σκοτεινό και αρκετά κρύο ειδικά όταν βραδιαζε. Δεν έμπαινε καθόλου ήλιος. Η τουαλέτα μύριζε από τους υπονόμους. Το στρώμα δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο και δεν είχε σαπούνι για τα χέρια στο μπάνιο.

• FREDDO 01 (9/5): Code, code, code - La liberté Rideaux occultants à raccrocher sur les deux fenêtres de la chambre. Annulation du code d’entrée a 11h alors que nous avons reglé un check out a 13 h après l’avoir souhaité à 15 h. Check out facturé trop cher pour connaître ce genre d’incident. Bien heureux de rencontrer le personnel de nettoyage pour entrer dans la chambre après avoir eu l’accès à la reception grâce à un client sortant.

Vyno taurių nėra, stiprių gėrimų taurių nėra, rankšluostukų stalui nuvalyti nėra, vyno atidarytuvo nėra, kabyklos striukėm nėra. Virtuvės spinteles norėdamas uždaryti, turi atsinešti kėdę, kavos aparatas bėga, kava - pati baisiausia pasaulyje - tikriausiai pigesnės nebebuvo, pusryčiai - tragedija - atneša visiškai šaltus, sudėję savo supratimu - geriau kaina būtų mažesnė be pusryčių, nes jie baisūs.

• HSpedo (10/5): The best place to stay in Porto, simple as that. - The location couldn't be any better, just in the heart and everything at walkable distances, but the cherry in the top is the apartment itself, just amazing rooms, well distributed and extremely clean, possibly one of the best places I ever stayed. Also extra brownie points for the staff, super helpful and friendly. Nothing really, everything was just amazing.

• Ayako (1/5): - After I left the negative review written below, I got a message from the apartment asking me to reconsider my comment. They said they would be available to discuss a “gesture of goodwill” if I did so. We exchanged several messages afterward, but their final response was that they would not proceed with any compensation or further action unless I first removed my negative review. They manipulate reviews in this way. Attached the message I received from them for reference. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We stayed here from 29/12 to 1/1, 2025.
At check-in, we were informed that the management company would change on 1/1 and that the handling of checkout was unclear. Since our return flight was in the evening, we planned to spend the entire day sightseeing in Porto and therefore asked the receptionist to confirm whether we could store our luggage after checkout. However, we did not receive any response for 2 days. On the third day of our stay, I asked the same receptionist again. She told me that on 1/1, staff would be present during the normal reception hours, and that we would be able to leave our luggage without any problem. However, on the morning of 1/1, there was no bread delivery as usual, no staff were present at reception, and no one was available at checkout. 
As a result, we had to find an open supermarket on New Year’s Day, when most shops were closed, to buy bread ourselves, and we could not store our luggage either. Although we had a wonderful time in Portugal, the poor communication and lack of responsibility made the final day of our trip very unpleasant. 
 I’d received a message from the apartment hotel saying, “Do you need a place to store your bags?” 30 minutes after we had already checked out. 
That was too late. We had clearly requested at check-in that we wanted to store our bags after checkout.
