Le persone dell’accoglienza molto carine e professionali Andrebbero fatti dei piccoli lavori di pitturazione e lasciate almeno due piccole bottiglie di acqua per il benvenuto .

• Atilla (6/5): Unpleasant host, military like check in requirements, great apartment - Very new apartment. Very quiet. Very clean. Very negative, limiting experience with the host. I was basically not able to check in to the apartment because we arrived after 9PM. Instead of trying to accommodate, the host dictated their own terms and we had to book a different hotel to spend the first night. The next morning, the property cancelled the reservation on Booking.com although we arrived at the agreed timings to pick up our keys. Very very stressful start to a vacation, which I will never forgive. The small bathroom has a bitter smell that never clears up. We had to close the door of the bathroom to avoid the smell spreading.

• Jacopo (10/5): Fantastico! Sicuramente Ci Ritornerò! - Appartamento con design moderni e definiti. Fornito di tutti i comfort. Posizione centrale, strategica, raffinata e popolata per lo più da persone di livello così come tutti i locali vicino la struttura. Piccolo imprevisto con la corrente dovuto dal troppo sforzo da parte nostra degli elettrodomestici che abbiamo fatto saltare la corrente in tarda serata/notte erano le 00:00-01:00 e abbiamo preferito non svegliare le persone a quell ora che fortunatamente eravamo già pronti preparati e pronti per uscire, al ritorno lo staff ci ha fornito istruzioni ed è tornata alla grande! Andrebbe sistemata solamente la porta/finestra del terrazzo, e sistemata la macchinetta del caffè e aggiunte più cialde, aggiunti magari 2 cuscini per camera.

• orna (8/5): טוב מאד ויכול להיות מצוין עם שיפורים קטנים - מקום מצוין ומיקום מצוין. גדול מרווח, מיזוג מצוין, הרבה אור חדרים גדולים, כלי משטבח, מקרר - הכל באיכות מצוינת. מה שחסר כדי להפוך ת זה לאידיאלי זה פרטים קטנים- מקום לשים את הסבון ואת השמפו וכו' גם בכיור וגם במקלחת מגבות באיכות יותר טובה, טיפול בדלתות של המרפסת סבון כלים וכו'. וגם- המקלחות לא מנוקזות מספיק טוב.

• Fathi (7/5): My experience at Berera Milan - Very clean apartment but the room ceiling is too low and I had personally hit the ceiling several times. Furthermore we are three persons and we were shocked when we opened the fridge to find out a small bottle of water as acomplmenraty for three adults staying for four nights!!.. lastly, what we found in the bathroom is one small hand soap and four small bottles of shower gel and shampoo again for three adults for four nights !! I suggest that you put more lighting in the second bathroom because it's too dark at day and night..

• Penelope (3/5): Dirty ,outdated,no place for familys.check in two hours later - Lage Good morning, I'm a very frugal person, but this apartment is far from a luxury apartment. I have to say I'm really disappointed with the condition of this apartment. The entire interior is dated. The shower is broken. There are very few dishes. There wasn't even any salt or oil or anything like that to use the really unpractical kitchen. Unfortunately, my children couldn't use the terrace. The ashtrays were full of cigarettes. The entire terrace needs a thorough cleaning. The same goes for the entire apartment. The best thing I'll save for last are the condoms and condom wrappers that were in the children's cupboard. And on which they put their toys. There was hair on the cutlery. There's a lot more I could mention, but I think it's easier to leave it out. We've stayed in many accommodations all over the world, and for this price, this is the worst apartment we've ever had. On a positive note, I would like to highlight the friendliness of the cleaning lady. I don't think she can be blamed for all of this, as you have to be given enough time. If you're now arguing that previous vacationers made this mess, the dirt is much older and couldn't have come from the previous vacationer. At least not solely. I wish you all the best and hope things continue to go well for you. I forgot to mention that there's underwear from previous guests on the sofa. Please tell the cleaning lady to remove it. It was truly disgusting.

We were all covered in bites having slept in the beds. Both taxi telephone numbers provided in the info booklet were no longer in use. Had to order an Uber the night before to get us to the airport.

Enrico was very helpful and responsive to solving problems and to our requests. He guided us for switching on the tripped electric mains. He got a dongle as the wifi was not working. He got miscellaneous stuff which we requested for such as glasses for water, bath mat, etc. He also organised our airport drop. 1. Only one electric appliance could be used at a time. The main fuse tripped on our second day and we had to go down in the basement to switch it on. 2. There was no microwave. 3. The wifi was not working. 4. Basic cooking stuff should be provided: salt, pepper, pepperincino, cooking oil, etc.
• Ann (8/5): Very good - Once our plane arrived at the airport we received a message from the host. We kept in touch through whats app. Excellent communication. The host was at the front door when we arrived. We were told that there was no WiFi when we arrive and it would be sorted the following day, which it was. The location was excellent. If you’re booking this apartment you just need to be mindful that the bedroom ceilings are sloping as it is on the 5th floor.It can be an issue, especially if you get up in the night!! Although there was a mirror in the bathroom only one of the bedrooms had a mirror. I would recommend having a mirror in both bedrooms. We requested extra pillows, and were informed that there was only one pillow each guest. I would suggest that they provide extra pillows for guest comfort. Unfortunately there was a smell of urine in one of the bathrooms. I did try to clean the bathroom however, the smell remained. Some of the electricity sockets were loose. There was construction work in the street outside.

• Dania (10/5): Clean and comfortable property, welcoming host. - First and foremost, the host was extremely welcoming and open. We arrived a little after checkin time, but they were very open and kind to us. They were also very responsive on whatsapp for communication and assisting us with any enquiry we had. The property was comfortably sized for the European standards. Extremely clean and tidy, toiletries were provided as well as housekeeping. Open balcony with seating, which was the exact reason i booked this apartment, and the weather was great to sit every morning with a coffee and enjoy the fall weather. Location to the Duomo center is a bit of a walk around 30-40 minutes which isn’t ideal when it’s raining. Public transport was the option we went with, closest bus and tram stations were 10-12 minutes walk. Otherwise, location is extremely close to Corso Como 5-7 minutes walk where shops, cafes and restaurants are available.

One of the bathrooms smelled really bad, like sewage. It eventually got away after some cleaning. Be mindful of the low ceilings, as it’s a last floor.

Being let down by the host who had so say arranged a taxi for us to the airport on our last day. No show, no response to WhatsApp’s. Ended up walking to the taxi rank and paying half what the host had quoted! Don’t get ripped off!

• Maria (8/5): Great apartment and location, but... - Location and apartment was very good. However, we woke up to no hot water on a Sunday morning in the middle of February and could not get any support from staff until after 11am. This was a letdown that took the shine off of the overall stay. The shower drains also did not work properly so you would finish your shower standing in a pool of water (a small detail but one that needs to be taken care of...especially considering the price for the apartment stay). So if you improve the service availability and fix the drains you might have an outstanding property for future guests.
