Curbside parking available 1st come 1st get. The property is very old and has a leaking problem. Floor was wet and got worse. Walls are thin so can hear/smell neighbours, cigarette smoke made sleep difficult and after complaining, same. Some rooms are without windows and it's terrible with the damp floor and foul air. Beds and pillows are old and flat, can feel the springs in your bones. If u don't plan to be in or sleep much, it's fine.

- Grace (6/5): - This hotel desperately needed an upgrade.Bathroom is located outdoor and the condition is horrible. Grayish towels and sheet， also smell smoke coming in our room all night long . I know it’s a budget hotel, I don’t expect much, but this is beyond bad.
- Norazimah (10/5): - Its a great stay here, near to train station 3 min walk, lee garden plaza 3 min walk, hatyai walking street event 1 min walk (only available on certain date), 7E 3min walk, hameed restaurant 4 min walk and lots of hawker n souvenir shop near by 3min walk.....and most importantly its cheap and front desk lady can speak malay....recomended for those who are not fussy with elegent accomodation....worth the price.....

- sydneysteve (4/5): Contact before booking - I made a booking for one night well in advance via Booking.com. Close to my date I decided I wanted to book an additional night. Booking.com was not showing any availability for my extra night. On the 8 December I sent an email via Sandee Room's facebook page...no response. On 10 December I sent a message via Sandee Room's facebook page...no response. On 13 December I sent a message to Sandee Room via Booking.com...no response. On 15 December I cancelled my booking. I don't know whether this hotel is open or closed but I would advise making contact first before making any booking.
- Gaik Ling (10/5): Super nice location - Stay at level 6. When booked it mention shared toilet but actually the toilet is located at balcony - acceptable. Strategic location with reasonable price. Room equipped with aircond and medium size fridge. Like it very much. And able to sleep well

I booked and paid for triple room with balcony and window but upon given was given double room with extra bed and no window and bathroom outside. The room was not the same as shown in expedia. This is my worst experience travelling in hatyai. I had experienced booking this hotel and I very sure how the triple room looks like. This is my last time staying this hotel as the management lacks business ethics. Highly not recommended u will be disappointed!

- stevewooly2017 (10/5): central location on a budget - the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean but small .fine for me as I could walk to everything , markets shopping malls , bars, massage, restaurants etc, my room had no window but ok for me because I only went there to sleep, and I parked my motorcycle right out front in the street, very handy

The hotel is neat and clean, the only cons is the toilet is inside the room and is not a separate space. itis a 6th floor with a small lift. Even can walk to Hatyai Plaza.
- Karelwl (8/5): Clean budget hotel - It just a simple and clean budget hotel with attached bathroom which is 5 minutes walking distance to Lee Garden. No complaint for the room rate what i had paid, highly recommended to budget traveler to Hat Yai.
- rainzrosli (8/5): Affordable and comfy place - On a first view, it was very nice on a reception counter cz me and my friend follow this random tourist on a last minute. The price is quite good based on a room we stayed that is 600 baht per night (Got cheap cz we deal nice and easy. Hahaha). When we entered, the room is quite nice and the matress is very new. It's just that the room is small for two person. Other than that, everything was just fine. Near to the main spot and easy to get transport. I would definitely come back again but will have a bigger room instead. Hahahaha
