• Yordan (10/5): - Местоположение е много добре ,стаята която наехме беше с двойно легло и ни се стори доста просторна и приятна,случихме и на висок етаж и имахме тераса която беше много хубава ,имахме включена закуска и мислим че е много добре.парните бани сауни бяха супер от много топли до по-леки температури и много приятни аромати.Персонала е супер.Храната беше добра. Температурата в басейна не беше окей,беше си студено.Пицата която поръчахме по никакъв начин не отговаря цена/качество,много слабо изпълнение ,както и пресните пържени картофи, вратата на банята е за смяна. Леглото беше с две отделни завивки.

• Constantin (9/5): We enjoyed the relaxation area as well as skiing - The SPA center was our main point of interest after each ski day finished. Saunas, relaxing zone, pool and jacuzzi were all of them a oasis of relaxation every day. Also, the massages were professionally executed. The breakfast was organized as Swedish buffet and generally was good. The room is spacious and honest equipped but not amazing. The personnel were very friendly and welcoming. The minus point was the cleanliness of the toilet at the beginning of our stay. But It was solved promptly after we raised the concern. The shuttle for the ski gondola has stopped too far from gondola. Also, the announced schedule wasn't respected every time. I hope these points will be fixed until the next winter. Because despite of that we will intend to return here.

• Jonathan (8/5): Brilliant stay and would go back - The amount of amenities. Pool, Saunas, steam rooms, chill out area. Brilliant. Breakfast- could be more variety and mixed fruit bowls. The meats were ok I’m just not used to Middle Eastern breakfast.

Last 2 yrs changed a lot and needs definitely new management. - Well done to the lady at the reception who is working there too many years and altough she was sick she was handling everything with patience and professiolanism. Rewards also to the cleaning team. Nice breakfast but juice and coffee machine were too low quality. Too much noise into the rooms from outside. Drunk British people returned from their night out at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 and everytime they were like they were inside our room and my family was waking up. Bar personell and their supervisor needs to be changed asap. Rude and unprofessional. We ordered pasta and pizza. Pasta were re-warmed and too hard to eat and pizza was cheap supermarket fast. Pool is extremely cold.....It's absolutely forbidden for kids under 5-6yrs old. Outdoor jaccuzzi with too many people and everyone was leaving over there their glasses and garbage. One of the two persons in the reception was too bad at it's service with 5% English level. I'm visiting Borovets 15yrs and this is the first time I received such bad services. This hotel is interesting only to book groups from UK and the rest available rooms are too expensive at booking platforms. The hotel is exactly the same more than 10yrs. Not worth not even 100 euros per night. There are at least 2 hotels in the neighborhood with less price and much better service.

• vlasios (5/5): - Location Stuff unfriendly, several serious malfunction such as the bathtub, poor services (there were not enough towells or bath gowns) the car park was not protected or isolated with bar and was still charged at the rate of €8 per day.

Храната в ресторанта и механата е прясна и вкусна. Закуската е богата и разнообразна. Персоналът е изключително любезен и отзивчив на фона на толкова много гости. Ще посетим отново с удоволствие.
• Αναστασία (5/5): A 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4 star one. - Although breakfast was catered purely towards a British crowd, I enjoyed it, as I did the saunas and steam rooms. Bedroom was also spacious. The shuttle bus worked like clockwork every 20 minutes as suggested, which made life easy when it came to visiting the centre of Borovets. Most of the staff working there with a couple of exceptions, seemed like they weren't happy to be there, and in some cases were unhelpful. Rooms are not sound proofed and you could hear people being loud at all hours of the day and night. The radiator in the room was broken and was working almost all day making the room too hot, and having to sleep with the terrace door open at times. Cleanliness is also not a word I would necessarily use for this hotel either as elevators were not clean, and when it came to the room they just seemed to make the beds, and put extra toilet paper, but no dusting or mopping. It also has no room service, and although the hotel manual says that the tavern is open until midnight it actually closes at 10pm, so one night we had to go without dinner. All in all, the hotel claims that it is a 4 star hotel that charges 160+ euros a night, but at best I would give it a 3 star rating, and wouldn't go back there. It is overpriced, and as it underdelivered.

• Janeta (2/5): Никога повече не бих отишла на това място. - Единственото приятно преживяване бе това, че сервитьорката в механата ми даде хапче против киселини, за което безкрайно благодаря… Само си направете изводите.. Наистина кошмарно изживяване. Отношението, цялостното отношение на персонала е под всякаква критика. Хотелът и като локация и като удобства не става..

• Ivana (10/5): Very nice and clean hotel, near nature - The hotel is very nice, welcoming staff, spa zone well made, very clean. We enjoyed the location however a bit far away it was good to connect with nature. Restaurant food was not exceptional, it was just okay, not exactly tasty, but for a hotel restaurant good food. We really liked the jacuzzi outside, in the winter it's a wonderful experience

• Теменуга (6/5): - Доволна съм от престоя си,за 3ти път сме в хотела. Чисто е, стаите са просторни. Уютно е, топло. Ресторантът предлага вкусна храна. Не ми хареса това, че когато пристигнахме разбрахме , че трябва да заплатим паркинг 8 евро на ден. Халатите за СПА са вече допълнителна услуга, за която също доплащаш 6 евро за целия престой. По-добре е тези неща да са упоменати на сайта или в офертата. Като допълнение, леглата според мен имат нужда от подобрение. Не са удобни.

• Funda (8/5): - Konumu cok guzel, ormanla iç içe , spa harika idi. Oda ve banya yeterince buyuktu. Pencereleri geniş ve sineklik olması cok guzeldi. Hersey dusunulmuş, cok rahat bir tatil gecirdik :) Havuz, spa, jakuzi yeterli ve guzeldi, cok begendik. Otelde hiç üşümedik. Odalar ve otelin içi sıcaktı. Sıcak seven birisi olarak bu cok hosuma gitti :) Kahvaltısı biraz daha iyileştirilebilir. Genelde hep domuz ürünleri vardı, daha fazla ceşit eklenebilirdi. Domates ve zeytinler iyi değildi. Otopark olması ve arabamızı sarj edebilmemiz cok guzeldi. Otopark ücretliydi, otel müşterileri için ucretsiz olmasını beklerdik. Bunlara ragmen genel olarak otelden cok memnun kaldık. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.

• BATUHAN (8/5): Merkezin biraz dışında ağaçların arasında zengin bir kahvaltı edebileceğiniz ve bahçe jakuzisinde dinlenebileceğiniz hoş - Etrafı ağaçlarla çevrili huzurlu bir yerde. Kayak pistlerine araçla çok yakın. Sık şekilde organize edilmiş shuttle lar var. Dışarıdaki hot tub çok iyi düşünülmüş. Kayak sonrası iyi dinlendiriyor. Kahvaltı çeşitleri güzel. Yattığımız yataklar bir miktar içeri doğru çökmüş durumdaydılar. Kimi insanlar bundan rahatsız olabilir. Saat 23 ten sonra oteldeki her şey kapanıyor. Dışarıdaki -8 derece soğuktan döndükten sonra sıcak birşey içmek istiyorsunuz. Ne restoran,ne bar, ne de herhangi başka bir yer açık. Odanızda elektrikli ısıtıcı yok. Ücretini vererek sıcak bir içecek alabileceğiniz bir makine dahi yok. Kayak/dağ tatili konseptinde hizmet veren bir tesiste bu kadar yoksunluk olmamalı. Açık büfe kahvaltı sırasında size çatal-bıçak, içecek servisi yapan garsonlar yok. Benzer otellerde bu servisin çokça yapıldığını gördüm. Gerekli herşeyi alıp temiz bir masaya oturabilmek için 4-5 sefer yapmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz.

• Vera (6/5): Ok, but could be much better. - Honestly, I expected higher quality from a 4-star hotel. It was ok, but not exceptional. The room is very comfortable, but cleaniness is not so high. Carpet is very dirty, my daughter was always walking in her socks, that were black every day. The halway to our room was extemely stinky. Generally, loby and halways lack air, no windows are open ever to get some fresh air in. Staff is nice and helpful. Food is poor honestly, without some healthy options, but mostly deep fried. Location is good, in the middle of the forest, and shuttle bus goes on time, too bad there is no shuttle bus after 6 pm. Overall just ok, but nothing special.

• Elizabet (8/5): Атмосфера - ок, персонал - неучтив и груб, политика на хотела - сложна - Уютна На места мръсна ( при настаняването ни не беше пусната водата в тоалетната, тоест камериерките имат доста пропуски); нямахме халати - от рецепцията ни казаха, че щом сме с резервация от Booking, нямаме халати и трябва допълнително да си доплатим за тях. Аз съм Българка, отседнала в Български хотел и Български курорт. В ресторанта сервитьорките НЕ говорят Български и искат да им се говори на Английски. Имах интеракции с бармана в Лоби бара. Човека е възрастен и би трябвало да знае как да комуникира, за да има бакшиш и как да привлече клиенти. (Не е сложно!) на няколко пъти ходих до бара и винаги беше груб. Исках да вечеряме в Либи бара (менюто е същото като в ресторанта), има и сервитьорка, казаха ми, че трябва да поръчвам от Бара, а не на момичето, защото тя не правела това. В ресторанта НЕ МОЖЕ да се поръчва на свободна консумация и искат заплащане от 30€ на човек за Блок маса. Не разбирам политиката на хотела - механата, лоби бара и ресторанта са с еднакво меню, кухнята би трябвало да е една и съща, но не може да се седи в ресторанта и да се поръча от кухнята, неща от менюто 😄 Заплаща се такса 8€ на ден за престой на автомобил

• Angelkova (9/5): - Хотелът беше прекрасно украсен послучай Коледа и Нова година, което създава чудесно настроение. Има шатъл на всеки 30 минути до центъра на Боровец. Това е удобство за семейства с малки деца. Пеша се стига за 10 минути до там. Персоналът е любезен и обслужването е бързо. Хигиената е на отлично ниво. Храната е разнообразна и вкусна. Бих отишла отново там.
