• Adrian (1/5): - Terrible experience - Unsanitary and no refund! ​I had an awful experience at this property and could not even sleep here. I was checked into Room 3, and it was completely unacceptable. The room was incredibly dirty and had clearly not been cleaned before my arrival. The bedsheets were not changed, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of mold/dampness, and the furniture was literally falling apart. ​The bathroom was in terrible condition as well, featuring rusted fixtures and a clogged sink. To make matters worse, one of the windows wouldn't close properly. Because of these unacceptable conditions, I asked for a refund so I could find alternative accommodation, but my request was refused. Avoid this place at all costs.
• Andrea Mariela (7/5): - Que tenía mesa para cenar y microondas. La cocina no tenía lo básico, como cubiertos, tazas, sartén ni olla, lo cual es absurdo considerando que tenía una cocina. Además, no había jabón y el baño apestaba a cloaca.

• Sarcina (1/5): Un soggiorno horror - Niente La stanza risulta essere totalmente difforme dalle foto, il letto non era matrimoniale ma l’unione di 2 letti singoli completamente dissestati, gli armadi erano a dir poco pericolanti, il bagno aveva il lavandino quasi otturato e dulcis in fundo era presente una nutrita colonia di zanzare, ed anche i muri (tutt’altro che puliti) portavano i segni delle lotte dei precedenti ospiti con le stesse….

Ho contattato l host che non ha risolto l inconveniente: dopo una giornata di diluvio, tornare in appartamento e non avere la possibilità di asciugarsi i capelli non è stato piacevole

Un bel bagno spazioso e con finestra Il letto non è comodissimo, a molle e troppo morbido.Non vicinissimo al centro, ci vuole almeno mezz'ora a piedi! Le istruzioni per il deposito bagagli non erano chiare, ho dovuto chiamare tre numeri diversi prima che qualcuno mi rispondesse stavo cominciando a preoccuparmi

• Sandra (5/5): - Good location. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay for several reasons. Upon our arrival in Florence, we received a message informing us that we could keep our luggage in another accommodation called Hotel Bellavista, which we understand is owned by the same owner. We went there to store our luggage before checking in into our accomodation and were impressed by the presentation and cleanliness of Hotel Bellavista. We assumed that since Buonarroti is owned by the same management, we could expect a similar quality and cleanliness at our accommodation. However, when we arrived, we were very disappointed. The room was in need of a deep clean. The walls and floor were dirty, and the shower had hair from the previous guest. The mirror had not been cleaned and had marks and splashes from the previous guest. The dishes and cutlery were also dirty, and the plates had food remains on the back. The cutlery was not properly washed either, and various spoons and knives had food remains. We believe these dishes were poorly washed by the previous guest and then not cleaned or sanitised by the accommodation staff before our arrival. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, but there is a sign by the front door that prohibits washing clothes inside the room. Perhaps this sign needs to be updated if this is a mistake. We’ve also noticed the sign next to the door that encourages guests to publish a positive review in exchange for a free night to be used in the next year. We think this is misleading and has encouraged guests to publish false or inflated reviews in the hope of obtaining something in return.
• Nadiia (5/5): власники мають подбати про чистоту номеру - Зручне місцерозташування, легка комунікація з власником апартаментів чистота в номері (кришка унітазу була брудна), не зрозуміло стан рушників для рук. Постільна білизна складається з двох простинь (нема підковдри), і відповідно десятки людей контактують з ковдрою. Нема розетки для чайника біля кухонного куточка, щоб нагріти воду потрібно переміщати чайник до ліжка, шум з вулиці та сусіднього номера

Am solicitat check in mai dvreme ( primire bagaje) raspunsul a foat negativ pretinzand ca nu e gata curatenia...nici la ora de check in nu a fost gata curățenia...am lasat bagajele și am plecat ! Dotări de mini bucătărie prezente ....dar lipsă căni pahare veselă! Prosoapele colorate necoform cerințelor hoteliere! Atenție celor cu bagaje si seniori locați e la etajul 2 ....fără lift !!!

Right out of the apartment area, stairs Start and very high chances of falling. Not recommend to stay ever and worst stay.

• Monica (9/5): Mi sono trovata bene, il letto ampio e comodo - La struttura è situata in una zona comoda, vicino alla stazione ed ai bus La camera era situata al secondo piano senza ascensore, per me non è stato un problema . Ho trovato il monolocale pulito e fornito del necessario, il letto matrimoniale comodo ed ampio, come piace a noi italiani.Non c'è riscaldamento, questo per adesso che è ottobre va bene, non so quando farà più freddo come potrà essere qui Lo consiglio per un soggiorno di pochi giorni a Firenze Aggiungererei più pentole in cucina e uno strofinaccio e tovaglia.

• Przemysław (5/5): - Jednym dostrzegalnym plusem była bliskość do dworca. Jesteśmy bardzo rozczarowani zaoferowanymi warunkami noclegu (pokój o numerze 1). Pokój nie był dobrze posprzątany - naczynia nie były domyte, szafki oraz kuchenka mikrofalowa umazane, tłuste, podłoga brudna, ściany odrapane. Braków kubków do kawy czy herbaty, zdekompletowane sztućce. Czajnik elektryczny wraz z wodą schowany był chyba dłuższy czas temu do szafki, więc w środku była pleśń (nie otrzymaliśmy nowego).  Pod prysznicem brak słuchawki prysznicowej- sama deszczownica. Gdy przyjechaliśmy wokół brodzika była kałuża wody. Ponadto woda kapała z wentylacji w suficie w łazience, w pokoju ciągle czuć było wilgoć. Lodówka niestety także miała ślady pleśni, nie działała. Krzywa szafa z klinami przy podłodze bujała się na boki. Mieszkanie znajduje się w budynku przy bardzo ruchliwej i głośnej ulicy. Na szczęście okna były bardzo szczelne i tłumiły dźwięki z zewnątrz.

• Rosalia (3/5): - Purtroppo il viaggio è stato rovinato dalla brutta sorpresa del prezzo della camera. Il prezzo è stato raddoppiato dopo la prima prenotazione, annullata e poi riconfermata con prezzo maggiorato. Purtroppo ci siamo accorti solo in secondo momento, quando abbiamo trovato l’addebito sulla carta di credito. I servizi di rinfresco e deposti inclusi pubblicizzati nell’annuncio non sono stati fruiti perché la struttura troppo lontana.
• Mario (8/5): Great location near the train station, but a bit loud at night - The location on the property was very good close to train station as well as local shops and restaurants. Location is also close to public transportation, so it was easy to get around the city. Location had a full kitchen with utensils, and a nice size bath. There was a lot of street noise at night as the window did not seal properly. This is not a dislike, but just something to note, the property did not have an elevator, and we had to walk up three flights of stairs. But we noticed this and other accommodations during our European stay.
• Pri (10/5): Excellent stay, would come back here. - Everything about the property was super nice! We loved the rooms, the well-equipped kitchenette and the availability of a washing machine. The host also extended our check out time by an hour after we told them of our transport plans. We highly appreciate it. After 2 days of living in the chaos in the heart of Florence, this was a much needed respite with a tram a few 100m away. Nothing, everything was amazing!
• Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to the city centre and to the grocery stores. The room has private bathroom. Value for the money was kind of ok, since it wasn’t expensive one. There is a kitchen but literally no kitchenware… even no cup. Just two single plates. The apartment is old and smelly ( the smell gets bad if you close the window). Also there was no washing machine even though the description says otherwise. And I specifically chose this apartment to do laundry.

• Michela (5/5): I will not come back - I liked the quiet location and the size of the room. In the fridge we found a beer and cold water. When I arrived, I was not told that the building's entry code had changed and I stood outside for about 15 minutes waiting to contact them. When I went up, I discovered that my room had changed from the one I had been told via message. In my room, there was a LARGE MOLD STAIN next to the bed and there was another stain in the bathroom too. Also, there was a sign in the room that promised a free night in exchange for a 10 star review, which I'm not sure is really fair.
• Ross (10/5): Brilliant 👏 - We stayed for six nights. The location was excellent, being close to the iconic buildings, train station, and the starting points of day tours. It was great having the microwave and supermarket nearby.
• Bernard (8/5): Very good - No fuss entry arrangements, easy walk from the train station and then back into central Florence. Great caffe right next door . I know mattresses are a very individual thing but this one was really really firm. Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. And a little thing, it has a good kitchenette but for some reason only has one cup and one glass.

• Mirna (8/5): Pleasant stay in Florence! - We liked that there was a kitchen in the room, bed was OK, location is 20 mins walk from the city centre and 15 min from the train station. There is a restaurant and market just arround the corner. Overall it was great! TV doesn't work. There were a specific odours that weren't very pleasant but they come and goe and we didn't spend that much time in the apartment. Toilet paper was provided only at the beginning of our 6 day stay and towels too. We could probably ask but didn't.

• Perry (5/5): The location isn’t bad the apartment could be a lot better with a few things fixed and serviced. - It was a fair distance into Florence but we like walking so it was handy really. It was clean and had a nice view onto the monument outside, the shower was good. The 4 flights of stairs up to it were a bit tiring, the bed and bedding need upgrading, the wardrobe needs fixing and the leaking ceiling is the worse thing as it flooded the bathroom.
• Goda (3/5): Poor - The wall was covered in mold which was disgusting, trash bin was broken, air conditioner was not working (it was fixed after a day). Also, if you close the window, the smell is unbearable because of the mold.

No power point in kitchenette (have to put kettle on floor), trim falling off inside toilet door, wall quite damaged, ceiling fan noisy. Bit surprised that there is a sign on the wall offering a free nights accommodation in exchange for a 10 star review.

• Sam (10/5): Exceptional - Very good for the price we paid, and as a handy tip, you can park your car in the paid parking slightly up the road. Overnight parking was €20 which was reasonable considering it's Florence.

The corridor had a strong smoke smell but not noticeable inside the room.
