• Гузар (9/5): - Отличные апартаменты! Прекрасный район - центр города, но при этом очень тихо и спокойно! Апартаменты находятся прямо среди модных и очень красивых люксовых бутиков! Очень близко до площади Дуомо. Все дни ходили только пешком! От вокзала Milano Centrale тоже дошли пешком без проблем (около 25-30 минут). Заселение без каких либо проблем, нас встретила прекрасная, очень дружелюбная девушка, все оформили без проблем и заселились. Апартаменты нам понравились, есть все необходимое (столовые приборы на все случаи жизни, капсульная кофе машина + капсулы для приготовления эспрессо, утюг, фен, полотенца, вешалки, полки для одежды). Нам очень понравилась кровать, она была какая-то особенно удобная и одеяло очень приятно обволакивало, будто спали в облаках (необычное и приятное чувство)! А также есть милый балкончик, с которого было здорово посмотреть вниз на улицу и проникнуться Итальянской атмосферы. Выселение также без сложностей, просто оставили ключи в номере и уехали. Очень советую данные апартаменты!

• Laura (8/5): Soggiorno confortevole. - L'appartamento è in una buona posizione. C'è il riscaldamento autonomo, che ho apprezzato molto. La cucina è abbastanza fornita se si vuole cucinare qualcosa. Ho avuto la possibilità di anticipare il check-in. È adatto per soggiorni di breve durata. La strada è un po' rumorosa di notte e di mattina presto, ma si può ovviare al disagio con dei tappi, come ho fatto io. Ho notato che manca l'adattatore per il phon.

• Sonia (10/5): - Tutto sommato è una struttura adatta ad un soggiorno sia breve che di lunga durata, molto comodo e facile da raggiungere, nonché in una posizione perfetta. Il personale era accogliente e la struttura pulita, la zona è abbastanza silenziosa. Forse il fatto che mancasse un'anta della doccia in bagno, il che faceva uscire l'acqua ma non in modo esagerato, essendo molto spaziosa. In ogni caso si trovano asciugamani per rimediare
• Nicola (8/5): - La posizione ( nel quadrilatero della moda!!) e la doppia esposizione dell'appartamento, arredato molto bene e molto funzionale. Era presente un pò di polvere, infatti io e mia moglie abbiamo accusato un certo prurito dovuto probabilmente ad acari.

• Tetiana (8/5): Зробіть щось з кондиціонером , щоб можна було спати с закритими вікнами) - Місце розташування, чисто. Дуже голосно . З пʼятої ранку місто прокидається, починається прибирання вулиць. Також в апартаментах блок кондиціонера знаходиться у середині , спати з увімкненим кондиціонером не можна, він гучний( Тому виспатись вам не вдасться )

• Ashley (9/5): Really enjoyed my stay and Davide my host was brilliant, I had too much to drink one night and lost the keys to the apar - Really modern comfortable apartment in a a fantastic location with everything within walking distance. If not eating out you had plenty of facilities to cook a good meal. Nothing i disliked.

• Kerry (7/5): Very clean and convenient location for site seeing/ meals out - Very clean Unfortunately very noisy location at night. It is central which is good but noise from the street was very loud.
• Tuğçe (6/5): Great location but unfortunately too much noise in the room. - The location is super nice. not the best street to stay because its toooooo noisy, every single noise is in your room. You should give customers sleepers and you need a small shelf in the shower cabinet, unfortunately the bathroom is not that big as it looks, you might want to update your images. Sleepers is a must + at least 2 bottle of water for welcoming I think…

• William (2/5): Great location, too loud to sleep - The location is amazing. You're in the centre of the fashion district, lovely part of Milan. That flat is amazingly located but you will struggle to sleep. The windows are incredibly thin and there is loud street noise every night. The street cleaners at 1-2am, the trash collection around 4am and the school arrival 7-8am. We were woken up several times every night and had to leave early but were still charged the full amount. Important to note the street itself is quiet but the windows are so thin it doesn't dampen the sound at all. If you can sleep through noise, you'll be fine but the location is not worth it for the price and lack of sleep.
• Ramon (2/5): It was a bed to sleep on, not worth the amount that we paid. - The location. The images were not necessarily true to real life. The apartment did not feel clean or maintained properly. The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower was almost impossible to use comfortably as it was so small- for a average to tall person it’s really not ideal. I would recommend advertising the size of the shower in your listing.

• Dee (9/5): Superb - We had a wonderful stay at Spiga Suites. It's close to the Duomo & shopping center. I would highly recommend this place. The only thing we don't like is that there's no light by the stairs. Or if there was , it was only on the first flight of stairs.
• Renzo (8/5): Good value for money - Location is great. The apartment is spacious and bright. It also has a small balcony. I like the brightness and at the same time I didn't like it early in the morning. There is a school in front of the apartment so it is noisy in the AM.

• Fadi (6/5): Good position, not the best stay due to lack of cleaness and oldness. - The property is located in Spiga, the best area of Milano. Property is spacious and has lots of natural light. The property looks nothing like the photos, it’s old, the matress is broken. Floors and walls are dirty, bathroom door is cracked.
• Alina (10/5): It was perfect appartment to stay for weekends in Milan. - It was really good location, with a lot of luxury shops on the street, the Duomo was +-10 minutes by foot. We met with the owner to take the keys - he was so kind. The apartment was clean, warm and have all things on the photo. It was good is you will have a jealousies on the windows, and give us a slippers)

• S (8/5): Comfortable place to stay in the Middle of Milano - The location of the apartment is about a ten min walk from the Duomo, and in walking distance of many beautiful sights of Milano. The studio is good-sized, with a discreetly built-in kitchenette, on the 3rd floor (w/elevator), overlooking a pedestrian shopping area - actually, it is located on the corner of Via Spiga, i.e. part of The Shopping area, and still very quiet. This is a bright and sunny room. Nice bathroom and entrance hall. Every 4 days there is room service. Guests are supposed to dispose of the trash in the basement - not very pleasant, steep steps down, and a bit grungy. This is a nice apartment, perhaps fix a bit the few signs of 'wear and tea'. Note that grocery stores for water, juice, etc. are not very close by.
