Sally (10/5): We found Residence Marzia a good value for money and would recommend it to other travellers especially families. - The location was good. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. There was a games room with pool & fuseball tables. The breakfast(included) was very extensive with varieties of fruits, cereals, yogurts, breads, cheeses, meats, vegetables and pastries. The owners were very pleasant & accommodating, and recommended an excellent seafood restaurant a few blocks away, which they gave us a promotional discount brochure for. The meal was fabulous. Free bicycles were available to use, so we rode up the coast road and into the old town which was so fun. Nothing really

This is truly the perfect combination of an apartment and a hotel - you get all the amenities of a hotel with the privacy and freedom of your own home. You can come and go whenever you want, cook breakfast at your own pace, feel completely at home. The full kitchen with all necessary equipment makes it so convenient. The staff (Alberto and Alex) are incredibly responsive and always ready to help. You can feel this is a family business where each guest is treated with genuine care and attention. Highly recommend to everyone who values freedom, comfort and quality service! The only downside - you won't want to leave! 😊

We would have enjoyed a greater choice of restaurants close by. Rolando and Alex were very friendly and accommodating, very clean apartment and had everything we needed. The bus into Rimini town & station is near and very efficient.

Maydelin (4/5): Average property on great location - Great location. Not all the costs are disclosed up front. Extra charges for cleaning. We stayed four nights and no cleaning was done and towels were not changed. Food in the fridge spoiled because whenever we left the room the power would turn off. Eventually we were given a second room card but the power would still not remain on while we were at the beach. Zero customer service, there was no one at reception at any time. Whenever I asked for anything (extra card, iron) was told to go to another hotel to get it. Kitchen not suitable for cooking as it's small and not equipped. Quite noisy from nearby entertainment at night, but it would quite down after midnight. Window coverings did not keep the room dar at night.

After hours contact was difficult as I locked self out of room and had to sleep in reception area on first night. Own fault however would have been nice to be able to make contact. Resolved the next morning as a PIN code to the room was given. Maybe an option on checkin.

The apartment was excellent - clean, spacious, very comfortable beds and just perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even offered free bikes for guests who wanted to cycle around. For breakfast, we headed to a nearby hotel owned by the same family. Let me tell you, it was incredible! The chef, who is originally from Romania, is a true master in the kitchen. Every morning was a delicious treat. Another big plus for this location is its proximity to Fiabilandia station. We didn't have a car, but the Metromare made it easy to get around. We used it to travel to Rimini, Riccione, and even further destinations like Ravenna, Cesenatico, Pesaro, and San Marino. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough! It was a perfect home base for exploring Rimini and the surrounding area.

The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They offer free bicycles for those who like to cycle, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, I must commend the delicious breakfast served at the nearby hotel, also owned by the same hosts. The chef, such a lovely woman originally from Romania, is a top chef. Conveniently located near the Fiabilandia station, transportation was easy. The Metromare allowed easy access to charming destinations like Ravenna, Cesenatico or San Marino. However, our personal favorite was Santarcangelo di Romagna, a true hidden gem. Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rimini and its enchanting surroundings.

Oleksii (8/5): Nice place for vacation with kids - Location is close to be perfect - just 200 m from the sea. The apartment is big enough for a couple with a small kid. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Lot`s of good restaurants nearby. Air conditioning system is clogged with dust, but still does the job. The mattress is big enough, but harder then one could expect.

Very clean, well furnished (in real the room is better then it seems on the pictures), amazing balcony (street=sea side view), almost at the beach (thanks to hotel the sun umbrella and beds for almost half price), in the centre, supermarket 1 min or 5 mins bigger one, welcome set in the room, close to metromare (10 mins to the Rimini centre), best hosts, thank you for late chcek-out!
