luciana (8/5): - Locatia, curatenia, perosnalul, am avut suita, deci camera foarte spatioasa Camera nu avea posibilitatea de a deschide vreun geam ( desi am stat la etajul 3 am avut senzatia ca stam la subsosl, geamuri mate, ce blocau mult din lumina, fara a putea deschide vreun geam, nemaivorbind de faptul ca nu aveai cum sa ti dai seama de vremea de afara, daca ploua/ ninge/ soare etc)
Khawla (6/5): excellent location - The staff were very nice and accommodating. They changed my room 4 times. It is not their fault, each room had a defect. last room which was big (like a suite) had a horrible bathroom. Rooms have an AC that can only heat and not cool the room, I don't know what they do in the summer? The tub very high, the sink very low, the shower head can easily create a hole (stone bit not in a good way) Location is super, near centre (downtown) and park across the street, many cafes and little shops. house keeping very efficient and nice too. The rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. AC, to give cold air during heat.
Natally (10/5): - Totul a fost la superlativ! Rareori găsești un loc unde confortul, stilul și amabilitatea personalului să se împletească atât de armonios. Camera a fost extrem de liniștită, patul incredibil de confortabil, iar micul dejun un adevărat festin. Dacă ajungeți în Craiova, acesta este locul unde trebuie să vă cazați. Nota 10 cu felicitări!

La colazione secondo me non e’ di qualita’ e nemmeno sufficientemente varia, anche la qualita’ del cibo come ad esempio del pane era in generale basico da 6. Il frigobar in stanza c’era ma vuoto.

Ana Maria (7/5): placut - Locatia e foarte buna, aproape de centru. Hotelul are un design placut, functional, camerele sunt curate si prevazute cu tot confortul. Micul dejun rezonabil. Suficient fara exces inutil, mancare destul de variata. Personal amabil, nu insa foarte dornic sa arate flexibilitate. Ventilatorul care nu poate fi oprit si porneste la intervale foarte scurte, facand imposibil somnul. Caldura din camera se regleaza greu. DEesigur, poti deschide fereastra, dar este pacat sa ai caldura in exces si fereastra deschisa. In ideea sustenabilitatii, pe care hotelul o incurajeaza din fericire (atentionarea cu prosoapele) ar fi utila o separare a paturilor, astfel incat sa nu fie nevoie sa schimbati toata lenjeria patului pentru o persoana care a dormit doar pe o parte din pat, o singura noapte. Un punct in plus ar fi modificarea orei de check in. A trebuit sa astept destul de mult, am ajuns la 12 in Craiova si nu s-a putut face checkinul pana la ora potrivita, in timp ce alti colegi din grup au reusit. De altfel, hotelul parea gol.

Dorina (10/5): foarte confortabil - Micul dejun a fost foarte bun. Camera confortabila si curata. Pozitia centrala a hotelului iti permite sa ajungi pe jos la obiectivele centrale. Ar fi convenabil sa existe posibilitatea rezervarii unui loc de parcare in vecinatate. -

Elena Corina (9/5): - Camerele foarte spațioase, curățenia camerelor (se face curat în camere și se schimbă prosoapele în fiecare zi), locația (foarte aproape de centru, de târgul de Crăciun și de mai multe muzee). Pentru noi a fost un plus și parcul din fața hotelului (unde sunt Casele Băniei), care este frumos și are amenajat și un loc de joacă pentru copii. Noi ne-am simțit foarte bine. Nu pot spune că este ceva ce nu ne-a plăcut. Doar ca aspect de interes pentru turiști - hotelul nu are parcare proprie. Există însă parcare cu plată în fața acestuia. Totodată, se poate parca și pe străduțe în spatele hotelului. Pentru noi, a fost ok.
