• Reshma (8/5): - This place is good for a stay at florence with an affordable price. There is a 7 minute walk to the nearest tram station from there we can easily go to city center. Very comfortable stay with bit away from city noises and crowd. They have all the basic amenities needed including water, kettle and some snacks. But you need to checkin on time and keep their contact number as there is no reception and other staff to welcome you always.

Inoltre non mi hanno rimborsato il pagamento versato.
• Andrea (8/5): Quasi perfetto. - Mi è piaciuto l' ottima pulizia generale, le dotazioni della camera e l'ottima disponibilità dello staff, sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze. Molto apprezzato anche il piccolo mini bar con qualche essenziale (acqua, caffè tisane the e snack) Sono stato ospite per tre giorni perché mia figlia era ricoverata al Mayer... La struttura è comoda perché non molto distante, e lo staff molto attento alle mie necessità. Lo consiglio Purtroppo il materasso era molto scomodo, e le coperte un po' macchiate. Cambiando questi nei, sarebbe stato tutto perfetto.

• Maris (10/5): Breve soggiorno - La camera era pulita, ordinata, arredata con gusto e accessoriata del necessario. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fatto un rapido ed efficiente check-in telefonico. La vicinanza all'ospedale si è rivelata. Grazie.

Una piccola gentilezza è stata l'acqua offerta e già presente nel frigo. Molto gentile la signora che mi ha risposto per anticipare un po il check in vista la nostra esigenza. Gentilissima anche la signora delle pulizie che ci ha aperto e accolto in stanza. La posizione della struttura per noi era comoda per la vicinanza agli ospedali e comunque ben collegata al centro . Riassumendo lo consiglierei e ci tornerei. Niente

• Yunus (7/5): Okey - Overall, the hotel has a design that meets all the essential needs. The bathroom and room are nicely designed, and most needs have been thoughtfully considered. There was a lot of noise. The sound of children shouting was disturbing. The fact that the person who welcomed us didn’t speak English caused a bit of a communication gap. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

• Alexandra (10/5): Really good. - The appartment is really close to the tram stations and makes it really easy to get to the city centre. I had some issues with some noisy neighbours and the host was really helpful with it. At the same time, I needed a late check out and the host made it possible. It was a really nice place to stay. It was really easy to hear everything around the other rooms - not a good isolation.

• Broeker (10/5): Exceptional value! - The room was exceptionally clean, the amenities were very nice, and the staff was extremely helpful and nice! I appreciated the small espresso machine inside the room and little snacks that were provided. The lighting options in the room were also very nice. The air conditioning was very quiet and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature while also being very intuitive to figure out. The walls were rather thin, as I could very well hear a normal conversation occurring in the adjacent room.

• Charlotte (9/5): Perfectly located property to enjoy Florence with a short tram journey - The property was very well located as it was only 5min away from a tram stop going directly to the edge of the Town Centre in only 15min and with very frequent trams. The room was absolutely clean and spacious. Sadly, the insulation was quite poor so we would hear easily noises coming from the other rooms such as the TV. However, it seems one person was particularly loud so it might have been bad luck. Earplugs are strongly recommended for a smooth night.

Tram T1 from Centrale goes every few minutes, it take around 15 minutes to get to the station near this place and then a few minutes walk.
