Each day we asked to change to the room type we ordered. There was a promise, but no action. Finally, we made a bigger fuss and were given the option to move to another room, slightly better with a window over the interior and two meters from the front desk. The staff was pleasant, particularly the supervisor. The manager was not helpful - all smiles and no action.

I travel a lot for business, and after three consecutive weeks of traveling among four cities, two countries, and five hotels and Airbnb, I finally got to sleep. No vulgar inconsiderate neighbors slamming doors at midnight, no weird noises, no humidity smell, just pure peace and a clean & comfortable room. Amenities are great and the mattress invites deep sleep. This hotel has a wonderful environment, the wall garden is beautiful, the decor, and its staff genuinely care for you!!! I do appreciate that a lot! They made sure to accommodate me in a room close to the street as I requested to have a well-ventilated space. I have a light sleep and was able to be well-rested. Location is convenient, a bit dark at night, but I still felt safe. Thank you for the kindness! I wish there were at least a small desk, and a chair for me to work more comfortably inside the room.

- Daniel (8/5): Enjoyable stay in CDMX - We enjoyed our stay at Casa Prim. We booked it for it's convenient location, not too far from the historical centre but also not in the trendier districts. However, it is a bit isolated in terms of places around there so if you don't want to walk or get taxis to and from places maybe stay elsewhere. We walked to Centro Historico a couple of times in the mornings but would always come back with an Uber in the evenings. The room itself was decently sized although at an odd shape. The staff were friendly and asked every day if we wanted the room cleaned While there are shops around the hotel there are not obvious places to go out for food or drink so if that is a dealbreaker would suggest staying in Roma/Condesa instead.

I mentioned this was a special trip so you would hope they would give one of the nicer rooms... disappointing No instructions for using the safe and it was a bit stiff to open so we had troubles with it at first. It was also very light and didn't feel like a very safe safe... I should struggle to pick it up but I picked it up easily... No full length mirror like in the photos of other rooms Not enough hooks in the bathroom, nowhere to hang hand towel or face cloths One dressing gown for two people Can be a bit noisy, if you are sensitive, bring earplugs, we could hear motorbikes and a staff member coughing in the night I woke up after first night covered in bites on my legs... I believe mosquito bites which is funny since there's no window. After that my mosquito products kept them away. Restaurant reopened during our stay and very noisy from our room, closes at 10pm yet can still hear people an hour later. Sadly I slept badly here, I think the bed was too hard for someone who sleeps on their side, better for sleeping on back.

I booked this property as I was looking for a particularly quiet place to stay in CDMX after a long haul flight, and paid more than I wanted to for this to be provided. However, during my visit there was some evening noise throughout from a nearby bar which disturbed my sleep continuously. This may not be an issue for many guests, but it’s something worth being aware of if you are sensitive to noise. I also noticed a slight odor from the shower drain after use, and the fixed waterfall-style shower may not suit everyone.

- Ashley (10/5): Excellent short notice hotel room with a good location and beautiful, spacious rooms. - We made a last minute reservation after we ended up staying an extra night due to airline issues. The ned was extremely comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxi that got us to the airport at 4:45 in the morning with no problem. The location was walkable to find a meal even rather late on a Sunday evening. We will be back if we are in Mexico City again.

No pudieron resolver un asunto de un simple desayuno. Están remodelando el restaurante, y no tienen lugar donde desayunar, aún así ofrecen estancia con desayuno incluido (obviamente te cobran el desayuno por adelantado) ... al llegar me dijeron que me ofrecían el desayuno en el cuarto, a lo cual yo accedí , sin saber que el cuarto era muy pequeño!! no había mesa ni sillas donde desayunar , osea en todo caso era desayunar en la cama literal. Les pedí porfavor varias veces revisar este asunto porque quería que me devolverian el extra que pagué por el desayuno porque nunca desayuné en el hotel , cosa que nunca hicieron, los empleados del lugar amablemente decían que no podían ellos autorizar eso y que tenía que hablar con el gerente, el supuesto gerente nunca llegó y me lo comunicaron por teléfono, diciendo que tenía que resolverlo con booking.... ok accedí, pedí mi reembolso por booking y solo obtengo negativas de que el alojamiento nunca respondió. Tampoco fueron buenos para enviarme mi factura, la verdad. PÉSIMO SERVICIO POST VENTA. No recomiendo este hotel

O staff foi muito atencioso, simpático, responsivo - nos deixaram uma linda lembrança e cartão por nossa lua-de-mel, nos deram dicas, nos explicaram como usar o transporte público, excelente. O quarto é bom, cama confortável, boa limpeza, ar condicionado, cortinas com blackout. A localização é muito boa em Juárez! O café da manhã poderia oferecer um café um pouco melhor, mas apenas um detalhe.

- Rob (9/5): Amazing start to Mexico City! - Lovely hotel, great room. Staff were incredible, especially the guy on night / early morning reception desk. He helped us when we arrived early morning after a long flight from London. Decor and comfort is top class. The only slight improvement would be to have clothes hangers in the wardrobes.

- Luis (8/5): - Great staff. We felt very welcome. Hotel is very nice, good size room, great matress, and very cleaned. My only complaint is that the bathroom had a sewer smell, probably coming from the drains. Every time we open the bathroom door we could smell it. Other than that we had a great stay. We arrived late and tired so we didn’t complain. We let the staff know during checkout. I hope they can look into it.

- Leslie (10/5): Location and service can’t be beat. - Location is perfect - easy access to some of the best sites in CDMX. Staff could not have been kinder. They were helpful and professional. Every time we walked in or out we were warmly greeted. The room was clean and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and ended up with a room with no window. Next time I would take the chance on potential street noise and request a room with a window. This is no fault of the hotel. We asked for a quiet room and got it.

- MYRIAM (6/5): Rapport qualité prix très discutable - J’ai réservé deux suites… au final, très déçue car ce n’était rien de plus qu’une grande chambre. Pas de bureau pour travailler ou de canapé : obligée de travailler sur le lit. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre donnant sur l’extérieur : un peu glauque. Petit déjeuner plutôt sommaire : pas de buffet. Choix limité. La salle de fitness se résume à deux machines sur un pallier. Ceci mis à part, déco sympa.
